Slow slow slow. Figure drivers are using product or just don't care. Faster and way more affordable if you take the 25 min drive to cbcb, bpg, or magnolia and you wont pay as much. Company started strong but my guess is doesn't have the staff or work ethic it did when they started. Wow is almost all I can say. While visiting my mother to help her move I had an anxiety attack (and since I for I couldn't bring my smoke aid) initially called for some answers and help, which I received easily enough, and after mentioning that I had a 3 hour drive to do, I was informed (by the deliverer) that delivery would be in 15-20 min. Fast forward an hour and a half,I call for an update, and am informed it will be another 20-30 minutes. Terrible service, terrible commination, and a terrible time. I'd love to give a review about my already purchased product, but seeing as how I am STILL waiting, I can not. read more
