Literally every single employee at this store is SUPER COOL from the moment I walked in. You can tell the community loves this location, I often have conversations with some of the customers about random things. One of my favorite things about this store is their selection of incense! Came here and bought a battery, within 2 uses the battery button had caved in and clearly was a defective battery. Brought it in with a receipt, was refused a swap for a new battery (which would have been a 10$ battery) Which is too bad because I was ready to make some other purchases and was happy to have them so close to home. Buyer beware, they are selling faulty products and will not even honor a swap, much less a refund. read more

So frustrated by this place. I was in their other location in Walnut Creek and they were quite helpful. They called the Alcosta location to see if they had what I wanted - a very expensive vaporizer. I immediately got into my car and drove to San Ramon only to find out that they sold the unit to someone else. And this happened after I was told they were holding it for me. To make matters worse, the guy working at the Alcosta location was an A hole. Not once did he apologies for wasting my time or misleading me. The place has great inventory l but extremely subpar customer service. They for sure lost a customer. But then again, they clearly couldn't care less. read more

I'll keep it short and to the point. This place is Dope, plain and simple. It's a one stop shop with everything you need for and related to herb/420 paraphernalia and vaping. On the 420 side: 50+ types of cigar/blunt wraps All types, shapes, sizes of papers (short/long/skinny/fat/cones etc..) Hundreds of pipes & water-pipes small-big Volcano/vapes for herb I could go on but take my word for it, their a one stop shop for it all. On the vape side: Coils/carts/drip tips/tanks/batteries/chargers etc etc.. Starter pens-Juice box mods with plenty of selection Juice/bottles/syringes.. Again I can go on but you get the point. I feel like the price is pretty reasonable/fair, especially considering San Ramon rent. You may be able to find something 10% cheaper in a small shop in Oakland, but you'll spend at least that much in gas and burn half the day doing it. As for the service, it is top notch A+. Bashir always greets me with a smile. He is kind, compassionate to everyone, and accommodating. If he's not busy with customers, he'll ask me about my day and chit chat. They stocked Khalil Mamoon, which is the best there is, and that's pretty much what had him sold. Since then, we've swung by a bunch of times to pick up hookah essentials from tobacco to coal to filter tips. They underwent a major renovation recently and the shop looks awesome and very well stocked. They are super friendly and helpful when you need to pick stuff up. They're open rather late by East Bay standards, which is convenient. And if they know you very well, they will give you a good deal. Definitely the cheapest and nicest shop in the hood. read more

Which is annoying because the younger guy will tell me the real price and I'll come in when its the older guy and its always more expensive. Finally a decent smoke shop in San Ramon!!!! I love this place! The employees are super nice and great to chat with . they don't mind you just browsing around and don't pressure you to buy like in Berkeley or at most smoke shops. their pricing is very competitive to the Berkeley head shops and are willing to deal a bit if necessary or you find a better deal online for certain items but for the most part the glass/vape prices are spot on. and the carton/pack prices are cheaper then the old tobacco shop by nations or the gas stations. I hope this place stays or a while as i go here at least once a week to buy something or chat it up with the guys. read more
