STILL THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE! I had went to Las Vegas for new years by myself as a women, and I wanted to try something new, which I had came across this nice spa! Thanks to Groupon :). I had a full hour session, the worker was super nice , when I tell you this was the best feeling I probably have had in my life I really needed this I felt so clean and most importantly I felt like a woman. The soap for the shower smelled so good as well! Everything was clean! I can't wait to come back . (Also I did tell the worker that I would give her a good review which I can't remember her name but it did remind me of umbrella)

Learned about this amazing place thru the Beauty Boost , It was my first time there and using a Infrared sauna, I was greeted by the gal at the front desk with a smile very knowledgeable walked me to my room showed me how to use all the amenities. This was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I was greeted immediately upon entering. The studio was clean and I immediately felt relaxed with the music & decor. The attendant checked me in and took me back to my private sauna room. She briefly explained the features of the room I booked & was happy to answer any questions I had. The sauna was clean, and just the right temperature for a good sweat. They have blue tooth speakers in the sauna so whether you choose music, youtube, or netflix, you can listen & relax. 40 minutes was the perfect amount of time. You do get an additional 10-15 to shower & change if you so choose. This is an experience I would be more than happy to treat myself to on a regular basis. The initial $25 new client special was a great starter price to test out if the sauna is something you like. I believe their "drop-in" rate is $38 for the private sauna room which really isn't a bad deal. Will be back! Side Notes: They don't have lotion, face wash, or face lotion. I would suggest bringing your own if you feel you will want it. I did but now I know for next time. You do need to be mindful of your time after your 40 minutes is up in the sauna. I personally didn't care for the 3-in-1 body/hair product they provide (scent-wise) so I would suggest bringing a small toiletry bag.

Awesome place! Friendly staff and clean facility! We came for an infrared sauna last week and enjoyed how clean and spacious their rooms were! We love the fact that they have showers for us so were able to shower when we left without feeling sticky. We will be back!

If you need a private sauna with a shower, this is the place to go! I did a trial session for $25 just to see if getting a package was worth it, and I was hooked immediately. So I bought a 3-month subscription and went at least once a week after work. They have 4 infrared sauna rooms, all with its own shower and handheld muscle massager. You can easily book the rooms through the MindBody app and you get text and email notifications & reminders. I have used all the rooms and I find that rooms #2 and #3 are prone to noise as they are both closest to the sounds coming from the movie theatre. Therefore, I like to use either #1 or #4, with #4 being my preferred. My sessions were the 55-minute sessions, so I would have to pace myself to remove all my make-up and clothes in less than 3 minutes so I could jump in to get the recommended 40 minutes. You could technically stay in the sauna for a little longer, but I need at least a good 5 minutes to shower off and an additional 3-5 minutes to get dressed and cool down. The showers all had some berry-scented body wash that smelled good. Also, towels were included for inside the sauna, on the floor, and for drying off your body. At the end of each session, you dropped off the towels in a basket out in the hallway. Now, for the infrared sauna itself, the room is kept at an average of 140 degrees, but there is a touchpad to increase the temp. I believe the maximum you could set the temp is 155, which is already pretty hot (kudos to those who can stand 155 for a full 40 minutes!). Before you enter the sauna, you start the timer located on the little table right outside. You can also access Youtube and Netflix with a remote; I've watched plenty of shows and movies during my sessions. There is also a separate remote to control the lights and the colors, which all have different benefits (there is a chart in the room that explains what each color is for). I liked to keep the color at either red or blue as I found these colors relaxing and soothing after a work day. Overall, I rate this sauna a 9 out of 10. Elevated is right next to the Galaxy movie theatres on Sunset. I typically park in the parking garage right next door as it is very close to the studio and is also more discreet. Also, the staff are friendly and actually remember me because of how often I go. If you have ClassPass, you can also book sessions through the app, though most of the timeslots available are either the early 10am slot or the later 7pm slot.

I visited Elevated Sauna & Cryotherapy for the first time using ClassPass. I've been loving the sauna lately, so I knew I had to find a spot in Henderson for whenever I'm in town... THIS PLACE IS THE SPOT! It's perfect for a self-care day. I went in for the sauna - which is a private room with a sauna suite, TV, theragun, and shower. You have everything you need in the room. They also provide you with towels. When you first walk in, you'll check in at the front desk and will assist you further. If it's your first time, they'll walk you through everything and give you a tour. There's directions in the sauna suite on light therapy, too. Be sure to come in 15 minutes before your appointment (if it's your first time) to check in and get settled. My visit was so relaxing! I was able to watch an episode of the current show I'm watching - perfect way to multitask. The heat fluctuates during your stay in the suite, but you also have control to modify the temperature. Afterwards, I took a quick shower and went about my day. I looked at the prices for membership - and they honestly aren't bad. They're reasonably priced - with different options for membership. You could also plan a sauna session with a friend! I was very pleased with my experience, and look forward to my next visit :)

This place came up on my Instagram feed one day. I love saunas and decided to follow them. It took me a while to get in, and am I glad I did. I took advantage of the new client deal and made an appointment. Next to the movie theater, you can find plenty of parking. Upon arrival, it's already peaceful and are greeted & checked in. When you book your appointment, you choose which room you would like and are directed to your own private room where there is a shower, towels, salt lamp, massage gun, chair, and sauna, of course. A quick and informative run down of how to control the temp and change music, then you're on your way to relaxation. At first I turned the heat down a little, only to turn it back up, as that's when you get full healing benefits. There's also literature in the sauna informing you of each color and what it does in the healing process. I just sat there and sweated it out, stretching along the way. I was proud of myself for lasting the whole time my first time. Since I was going home, and I read natural cool down helps, I opted out of the shower. I felt so good after I left and can't wait to go back! I would love to try cryotherapy and then go to the sauna to get the gull benefit. No better time than now to take care of ourselves.

This was my first time going to an infrared sauna and I am so happy that I chose Elevated for my first. When I arrived, I was greeted, asked if I needed to use the restroom before session and then shown to my private room. Once inside the room, the gentleman that worked there explained how to use the sauna, and others tidbits around the room. Once I closed and locked the door behind me I began taking off my makeup and getting ready to go into the sauna. The music that was playing was nice and relaxing so I left it the way it was and stepped inside. The bench was comfy to me to lay on for the duration of the time. I started sweating around 15 minutes and profusely in the last ten, it was gre After my 40 minute session in the infrared sauna I felt so great and my body felt great. I felt less bloated and just all around different, it's hard to explain. I enjoyed the entire experience and plan on purchasing a package to do at least once a week. If you have never tried it before, give it a go. I planned ahead and brought in my own towel, makeup remover wipes and an outfit that I didn't mind getting in after sweating in like that. Though they have the shower in there, they suggest that you don't shower for 30-60 minutes after to continue to detox process. Detox away! :)

I had never to a been to an infrared sauna before but wanted to try it out, so I searched through yelp for some options and settled on Elevated. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist and asked if I had any questions. I told the person at the front desk it was my first time and they gave me the whole rundown on their services and educated me properly on each one. They even gave me a tour of the studio which I felt was next level customer service to be honest. After the tour I was intrigued by their cryo chamber but decided to go with the infrared sauna. The room and equipment were clean, accommodating, and modern. (which is always nice) After my session I looked through some of the products up front and again, the receptionist educated me on each of their products. I purchased the CBD cream to help with muscle soreness as well as to treat my girlfriend's cramps. All in all, it was a great facility and had very friendly and knowledgable staff. I purchased a groupon and finally finished my sessions. I really enjoy this place. It's a clean quiet studio and the sauna rooms are unique and clean and just make you instantly relax. The frozen towels are genius plus there's a cute pup in the studio- sad I didn't notice until my last visit but I'll be back I'm sure. My last visit I took my fiancé along with me and he e joyed it as well although he did feel a little nauseous after the session- which we were told is normal if you have a lot of toxins. The company was having a Fourth of July special and I tried to obtain the special through their website. It did not give me the discount. I left a message that day with my issue. The store was closed. I called back the next day and asked to speak to the manager, the clerk said she would have her call me-she was out of town. I called back again a few weeks later and left another message. I called back again almost 6 weeks later and finally the manager returned my call. Thank you Elevated staff for my first cryotherapy treatment! I was not sure what to expect from cryotherapy but it was amazing I left feeling great immediately and even a little better as time went on. A friend and I went in today with appointments, and were helped promptly by a friendly staff. Both of us were in and out in less than 30 minutes and probably would have been faster if we didn't have so many questions. There was one machine that we took turns using, we got to stay in the same room the whole time, which was nice. It was very cold, but not unbearable, which for me says a lot I'm Vegas Born and don't like to be cold. Honestly can't wait to go back. Highly recommend. read more

Got to try Cryo here and it was amazing! You would never think you could stand in a machine that blows air out at -240 degrees fahrenheit and still be alive and well. When you walk into Elevated, you are immediately welcomed with a very spiritual and modern vibe, with sage, crystals, pendulums and of course the, what I would define as healing rooms. Multiple private rooms with either a personal Infrared Sauna, Cryotherapy Machine, Massage Chairs, and more! The Studio set up here was very clean, and felt very futuristic! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! read more

Wow, that was one awesome meditation, I felt like I left my body went to happy land and when I got back I was stress free , relax and happy. ( No, I didn't smoke weed ) it was all natural. I'm about to go back next week to try the infrared sauna. I took some photos of rooms so you can see and will keep you updated how it feels. I felt very welcome when I came in , Jen was absolutely very friendly and Michael was amazing guiding us throughout the meditation. Place has good positive aura and smells fabulous that the moment you walk in you feel positive and relaxed. I do recommend this place, after all, somewhere inside us we need healing with our daily worries and meditation will actually help out a lot . Have a stress free day :) read more

What a great find!! I've been looking for a place that offers infared saunas when I came across an ad for Elevated. Jennifer, the owner, was warm, friendly and professional. The space is spa-like, calming, modern, and sparkling clean. Each room equipped with a state-of-the-art infared sauna also offers a beautifully, chic, walk-in shower. There are also great little touches in the room like frozen face towels, soothing music and the ability to control the lighting within the sauna. The prices are very reasonable (considering the experience I was anticipating it being more) I purchased a package deal and can't wait to go back in a few days!! I highly recommend Elevated to anyone who is looking for the benefits of an infared sauna who also doesn't mind a little pampering!! read more

This place is so great! I went to try out their infrared sauna as I had a migraine and heat seems to help (at least it does for me!). I was able to take advantage of their first timers discount, but i'll probably end up getting a package deal next time. Memberships are the way to go if you plan on going religiously though! Obviously. The room was beautiful and spacious! Very well kept as well! Jennifer was super helpful in explaining everything for me before I went in. They even had a massage gun in the room to use prior to getting your sauna on! Might have to splurge on one of those bad boys! The shower in the room to rinse off afterwards was really convenient as well. Good tip: don't forget to bring some water!! The first thing I wanted getting out was water, so I was glad I brought a bottle! read more

Omg omg we are back at it again. Man let me tell you same place, same great service, a few small changes to keep us all safe and TV's in the room as well. I do Fascia blasting and its best done when your body is heated, so I was blasting away in the sauna. I definitely feel like I had 6 months worth of water build up in my body. I bought the summer deal and have been loving every second of my sessions. Jennifer is so nice and never tries to sell you on anything more. My sessions are 40 minutes but when the 40 minutes are up I never feel rushed and I love that. So relaxing and I love that I can control my own temperature preference. Always clean!! As an infrared sauna junkie, I wholeheartedly recommend Elevated for those of us who are too busy to devote much time to self-care. From the layout, to the decor, the ambience, to the little touches like frozen towels dipped in eucalyptus or lavender water, this place is such a treat for the body and mind. Truly healing. I made the mistake of buying tons of infrared sauna sessions, wraps, and spa treatments from Groupon even after discovering Proton Energy years ago (now called Elevated). I feel like the wayward girlfriend who wanted to see what else was out there... but, I'll never cheat on Elevated again! As Jennifer celebrates the 1 Year Anniversary at this current location, I can only wish her much success for all the health benefits this business has brought to me and my sanity. read more

Elevated Sauna & Cryotherapy has been a healing sanctuary for me. As soon as you walk in the space you feel as though you walked into a magical vortex. I always feel such a warm welcome, and the space is spotless clean. I love how I feel after a sauna session and everything you need is provided to have the best experience! Holy moly. My first time ever doing an infrared sauna session and honestly I'm surprised I lasted the entire 40 minutes in there. The studio is set up so nicely and the gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and explained how everything worked. They have lavender scented frozen towels that they give you to help you cool off. The sauna rooms are very personalized and intimate which I loved. There's a shower inside as well as a singing bowl, and they have different music depending on your mood/intentions. The sauna itself is nice and toasty and you can change between different colors or stick to one color. All of the different colored lights mean something. They also have products that they sell up front from CBD gummies, incenses, sage, Palo Santo, you name it. I will definitely be coming back as I left feeling very calm and peaceful. read more

I'm not sure I have ever been more thankful for a business as I am Elevated. A friend brought me here about a year and a half ago. Through some pretty tough times it has been the perfect escape. The owner is kind, compassionate, and you can tell she loves what she does. The saunas are well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. In our busy schedules it is hard to make it in as much as I would like but I always come back to Elevated. read more

I have lipedema and even on the hottest day of Las Vegas I don't sweat. After 20 min I was starting to sweat. I also didn't think I would last 40 min but I did! I am proud of myself. It was the best sauna I have ever used. I feel like I ran 30 min on a treadmill in the gym only more sweating than normal. I will definitely use this more. I highly recommend it to those who feel they need to detoxify or relax with music and make your blood flow more. It was amazing! read more

I've tried a few Infrared Studios in town and Elevated is my favorite. Nothing against the others because the saunas are the same brand. I prefer Elevated's setup. The sauna is in a private room, a shower is in the room if desired, and there's a door to the room for privacy. read more

I love Elevated for so many reasons. It is my sanctuary where I can unplug and take care of myself with an infra red detox sauna. I feel completely energized and refreshed after my 40 minute sauna and people always tell me that my skin is glowing afterward. Horrible customer service and business practices. My husband inquired about packages and bought a 3 session for $79. The very next day, he got an email about a November special- $89 for 5 sessions. Not once did they mention this special when he called to inquire. He then tried calling to see if he can pay the $10 extra for this special that wasn't offered to him at the time. The lady on the phone (owner I think) was very wishy washy and was like "Uhh I don't think I have the authority to do that." Seriously??? We're not asking for a refund, we just want to pay the additional for the 2 extra sessions. Put someone on the phone that does then! We are in the customer service industry as well and strive to please our clients as much as possible and work with them. There was absolutely none of that here! read more

History

Established in 2016.

Elevated Infrared Sauna Studio and The Lori Roberts Foundation is in honor of my mom who fought colon & peritoneal cancer with a brave, courageous spirit. She went home peacefully with the Lord on Feb 7, 2016. I was by her side through her 8 month journey and witnessed the savage effects of cancer on the body. I knew at that moment my soul purpose was to help people with devastating illnesses like cancer reduce their symptoms & heal their afflictions. Although I was unable to save my mother, I knew that it was my duty to educate people on prevention and give others the opportunity to win the battle themselves. My mom Lori was excited to know I had formed the corporation. And by her bedside in hospice, I promised to her I would help others in her name. That's why we offer the discounted price of $20 to cancer patients through The Lori Roberts Foundation.

After a great massage focused on a problem area, I booked a follow-up appointment with the Associate before leaving. As the date approached, I received no communication, so I called only to be told there was no record of my booking. Then, a month later (on the same date I had originally booked), I received a call from the manager, Karina, asking why I had missed my appointment. I explained the prior issue and that no appointment existed on my end. A week later, Karina called again to say they would "courtesy waive" a no-show fee. I reiterated that there should be no fee at all, as I never booked that date. I also explained an Associate never called me as they usually do to confirm the appointment and asked if their approach had changed. She responded that she needed to pay her employee and close her books, which missed the point entirely. She also mentioned an email had been sent - I later found it in my junk folder, but I had no reason to look there for an appointment I didn't make. Had I seen it, I would have contacted them to correct their error. While I've had positive experiences at Lapis & Oak, I'm disappointed in how this situation was handled. I understand mistakes happen, and I'll take steps like booking directly through their website rather than with a person and checking junk folders more often. However, what I find most frustrating and the reason for this review, is the lack of accountability and the tendency to shift blame onto the customer.

There have been times where other patrons are talking and there have been times where the mass masseuses are the ones chatting (audibly). The back walking, deep tissue massages are the ones to get, but not every masseuse is able to do this. Some folks may complain about the lack of English, but that has never posed an issue for anyone I brought here, including myself. There are benefits to being members here, in which prices are always going to average out on the cheaper side and is an option, I would recommend for any local. Needed to run to my car? Left my car keys next to a slot machine? I need permission to leave for a moment...??? Payment is collected in the beginning so it's not like I could run out on a check. When it was time for our services we sat in the waiting area five minutes prior. I'm gonna go ahead and say we sat there for more than five minutes. Then you get walked back and they sit and talk to you about scents, the typical focus area questions, and then the up sales which I asked to skip. By time all of this is done and the massage started it was 10-15 min past the start time. The masseuse was nice but the massage itself was mediocre. Which in a high end spa like awana I should not be feeling like that. Also feel like mentioning focus points doesn't make a difference. At the end you lay there while they wash their hands, move your robe and sandals, flatten the table, and idk what else was getting fiddled with. I laid there for that, got my robe back on. Walked back out of the massage area into the main spa, waited a minute or two for my mom. Went to the bathroom and went back to my locker and when I saw the time it was when my massage should have just been ending! I paid for 90 minute massages but we probably only got about 70 minutes worth of a massage. The late start and talking beforehand and cleaning up after should not be taken out of my massage time. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this. The facility itself is gorgeous. No complaints there. The steam room was great. Sauna was a little weird. The first 15 minutes I was in there there was no sound and then out of nowhere. The lights shut off and then came back on and there was music playing. Almost like a glitch. But it's a really nice sauna either way. They have nice lounge places, although it did get very crowded and there wasn't really anywhere to sit. It is coed, which is nice if you ever came with a significant other. The snack station was pretty elite. They had all different kinds of sandwiches scones muffins crostinis etc. And they did a great job keeping it restocked. I unfortunately didn't get to have any due to my dietary restrictions but they looked delicious. I will say I am a little disappointed because the only thing they could offer me was fruit, which was there when I did the tour, but when I went to get some after I was checked in, they were out and never refilled it. Same with a small hummus cup. I got one and then went in for my massage and every time I check back afterwards, they never refilled it. There's also a menu that list items that they don't have out there. Like different flavored chips that I could've had but the only chips they served were ranch and due to the dairy, I could not have them. The salt room was a little lackluster. Beautiful room, but nobody stayed in there. Amenities are decent. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Combs and brushes in case you forget yours. Hairspray, hair gel and mousse. Makeup removers and a few basic necessities. The drink stations could be a little better. This is the only spa that seems to not have a hot tea station. And there's only one infused water area, which I think they refill the water, but not the fruit because it did not taste infused whatsoever. I would possibly come back to use the facilities. I would not come back and spend this kind of money on a mediocre and shorted massage from here though. Did not have that ahh relaxed feeling afterwards that I expected from Awana Spa which is why I came here. This was a late Mother's Day celebration. Wish it was a little better. Resorts world is my most frequently visited hotel on the strip and I was hoping to love the spa and come back, but I think we will try some other spots instead. Not many pictures due to it being a spa and you aren't supposed to take them.

I recently visited Elevated for their red light therapy sauna treatment, and WOW!! what an experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire vibe felt intentional, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The red light therapy itself was incredible. I loved that you can actually customize the mood lighting to match the energy you want....whether it's calm, uplifting, or focused. It really enhanced the whole session in a way I wasn't expecting. You can even add salt to the sauna for a minimal cost, which gave the experience an extra therapeutic boost. The front desk employee was extremely knowledgeable, walking me through everything and answering all my questions with patience and confidence. Before my session, she gave me a frozen cold towel that felt AMAZING and was the perfect finishing touch. I tried Photon Light Therapy for the first time today and I can not begin to say how amazing I felt afterwards. I felt way lighter and just overall recharged. I will definitely go back for more sessions in the near future. Jennifer was super accommodating and cared immensely to make sure my session ran smoothly. After being caught in a fire and suffering 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my forearms, on the recommendation of my partner I added the IR Sauna to my treatment regime.
