They gave me a bottle of water on my first visit.
Crystal M.

I've been a huge fan of infrared saunas since around 2017. There was a small business here that I would frequent about 3 times a week. It was clean, the owner was personable, and I was going to resolve some auto-immune symptoms. She sold the business probably 2 years ago and I never went back with the new owners. I found Perspire through some adds and gave it a try. The rooms are nice. I believe 4 of them have a shower to use. My first complaint is that on my first visit there was peaceful meditation music playing and then suddenly a commercial break interrupted my sleep. I asked them about this after my session and was assured that I could request the settings be changed for my next experience. Great. The next time all was well. I came back and when I set up the appointment I added no add in the notes. Well, they didn't get it right that time and I had already removed my clothes and was nestled inside the pod by the time I started hearing adds for a dating service over and over again. Ruins the whole experience. Another star has been removed because I needed to put my account on pause because I was traveling to Japan for 2 weeks and then coming back for only 2 days before traveling all over the US for a while. When I came back to start my services again my credits had expired. The receptionist said that many people hadn't understood what the pause meant and that they would loose their unused sessions. Clearly if multiple haven't understood this is due to improper explanations. I've got 2 sessions left and I'm not sure if I'll continue to go. I'm paying $89 for 4 sessions which is a decent rate, but half of my experience so far has been a little unpleasant

Had my first sauna experience yesterday and really enjoyed how relaxing this was. I ended up pre-purchasing 4 more sessions! The hostess was very welcoming. She escorted me to my private room, which I requested one with a shower, and she showed me how everything worked. The space was very clean with calming lights and relaxing beach music. I absolutely loved having time to myself to temporarily escape from the world. I also noticed that my skin felt so hydrated and a little tighter afterward; I also slept really well that night. Although I enjoyed it greatly and will obviously be back again, I do have 3 small pet peeves... 1) You get 40 minutes total and the hostess immediately started the 40 minute timer before leaving the room. I really wish you were given 5 minutes to undress and get comfortable before the timer started. Maybe set the timer at 45 minutes to give people that time? 2) With a shower room, to ensure I had time to rinse off, dry off, and get dressed, I had to cut my sauna time short by 10 minutes. I'd gladly pay a little extra to have 10 minutes after the sauna shuts off to shower. I imagine even without a shower room, you'd need time to dry a bit and get dressed. So the 40 minute sauna time is truly only 25-30 minutes. 3) I loved the relaxing beach channel with the calming music, but loud commercials that abruptly came on randomly to interrupt the music was not calming. Wish they had a designated channel of uninterrupted spa music. My annoyances were small, but I do hope they address them at some point for a more & fully relaxing moment for all patrons.

Dunno if I got lucky rolling the dice on a first place ever to try sauna with red light therapy, but this place wins everything. Immaculate in the cleanliness department. Staff is Incredibly professional, welcoming and overall pleasant wonderful people to be around. Came after hitting legs. Body feels great. Looking forward to more sessions.

I came in for a complimentary session through my pilates studio, and came out with a membership. The studio is located in same plaza as Whole Foods. There is parking right outside the studio, though if you come during a busy time (late afternoon) you may need to park a little farther out. Upon entering, you check in with the front desk who will bring a cold lavender towel to your room and let you know the room is ready. The suite is equipped with one floor towel, one medium towel, and one large towel, along with the small cold lavender towel. The sessions are only 40 minutes, so I typically give myself 30 minutes inside the sauna and 10 minutes to shower off and put on clothes. The cold lavender towel is great to wipe yourself down after showering, or if you are in a non-shower room, right after getting out of the sauna. Each room as a TV and remote and the sound is inside the sauna itself. There was one session where Netflix and Disney+ was logged out on the TV, but thankfully I was able to access Amazon Prime. Also, using the controls in the sauna is confusing; I still have not figured out how to start the countdown timer, so for now I've been using the timer feature on my phone. There was also one session where the sauna stopped heating up and the temp started going down, so I had to reset the sauna and it started working again. If you go over your allotted session, they will give you a courtesy knock. Once you are done, they ask that you bring your used towel and drop them off in the receptacles near the front. This location has private sauna 10 rooms with a restroom at the very end of the hall. Rooms 1, 4, 6, and 8 have showers. I wish their app labeled which rooms have showers as I ended up booking one room without a shower. Booking through the app is very easy. If you need to cancel your session within 2 hours before you scheduled time, you have to call them. I do wish they had longer sessions (50 minutes) as there is another studio in town that I used to go to where their sessions were 50 minutes.

Them never telling me it's going to cost a drop in fee price.

I come from Colorado. Had my studio call as well as me to book appointment weeks out. This studio was super rude once I got there! They said I had to pay a drop price which I hold an annual membership. They never discussed this when booking the appointment nor in any of there text messages. I'm sorry but I own a franchise and the owner of this studio nickels and dimes people. I witnessed a guy who wanted to change his membership and they told him he would loose all 30 of his sessions. Like what?!? All because he wanted to down grade his membership because he wasn't being able to come all the time but really liked the place! He then also said he would just cancel if they weren't going to allow him to use all there credits! Seems like this franchise owner is hurting and needs to reevaluate their business.

Two different sauna room sizes. The bigger room includes a shower and is handicap accessible.

Sara and Kari were so helpful by explaining everything to me including how to use the sauna, benefits, and the memberships. The facilities were very clean-including the sauna. I saw someone with a cleaning cart which was reassuring. I will be coming here for my drop in sauna sessions when I need a little detoxing in my life!

Ask the Community - Perspire Sauna Studio - Green Valley

When booking my next session through the app, how am I supposed to know which suite numbers are shower rooms?

Rooms 1, 4, 6, and 8 are shower rooms. I had to ask the front desk directly as the app does not label them.

Are the saunas private?

Yes! The Saunas are private, yet large enough to accommodate up to 3 people! I'm 5'2 and I can lay across the bench

Moss walked us through the entire process and made sure we felt completely comfortable and prepared for both the sauna and float sessions. This place is genuinely life-changing. The sense of peace and clarity we felt walking out is almost indescribable. I'm honestly shocked there aren't lines out the door and a three-month waiting list--it's that good. When ownership stops caring about customers, staff, and even basic maintenance, it's a clear sign of a failing operation. At that point, the business either needs to be sold or shut down. More importantly, it needs to be audited, because what's happening here raises serious concerns about how you handle customer funds and outstanding liabilities. My issue is not unique. Multiple people have already complained about the same thing: you refuse to refund unused float sessions. I still have four prepaid credits from years ago tied to an account you refuse to honor, simply because I won't accept a $9 credit. That's not a resolution, it's dismissive. This is exactly the type of pattern the Nevada Consumer Affairs investigates. Complaints like this don't just sit there, I will get my refund and encourage others to do the same if they are having similar issues. At this point, it's not just bad service, it's bad business. You are clearly broke and a liar. You doctorred your books to make it look like you have done nothing but give away services. Omg I can't wait for you to get audited.

As a reward for participating in my gym's annual competition (think of it like their own version of…read morethe summer/winter Olympics, but it happens every year), I received a $50 gift card for this place that was good to use for the entire month of May. They have a ton of services that you can choose from and it was a little overwhelming trying to choose just one. Some of their services that they offer are IV therapy/shots, facials, and core services. What I wanted to try was either their red light therapy or infused sauna service. I also looked into their facial services, but all facials here were booked for the rest of the month. I booked an infrared sauna session for 5/16/26 at 1:15pm, but since this was my first time here, I had to arrive a half hour early for a client consultation appointment. They had called me about an hour in advance to confirm my appointment and when I was asked how I found out about Restore, I told them about my gym's competition and had a gift card for it. The lady on the other end, Kehlani, told me that I could add on an extra service to fulfill my gift card, in which I chose cryotherapy. I met Kehlani once I walked through the doors, where I had to sign a waiver and provide any health issues that I may have prior to getting started. She gave me the tour of the facility and explained each service provided. Then I was directed to the sauna room with a shower inside. The sauna session lasted 45 minutes and then I was given about 10-15 minutes to shower afterward (all necessities included) before moving on to the cryogenic session. The sauna was great and it was all left to just myself. I was sweating some good bullets the entire time. The cryotherapy session, located around the corner from the sauna room, requires a beanie, face mask, mittens, robe, socks, and slippers. The entire thing was supervised by Kevin, where he took my body temperature before and after use. The most awesome part about this is that you can select a song to listen to while you're inside, where I chose Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. This was my first time using cryotherapy, so it did feel like I was standing in the middle of a winter storm for about three minutes, but I made it through the entire thing. Kevin said that my body temperature dropped from 83 degrees to 57 degrees afterward, which was not bad for a first timer. I felt amazing and more alert than usual afterwards, plus I ended up getting a good night's sleep that night. It's good to try something new once in a while and it was totally worth it.

And now I'm seeing there's the demand and noticing the trend of infrared saunas popping up at traditional gyms.. but I will share with you why I love coming here to Hotworx over the big box gym more now! I've fallen in love with working out in an infrared sauna. The heat mixed with infrared energy makes doing ISO (ie yoga, Pilates, Barre, core, and HITT) style workouts feel ahhhmazing! The heat gives my bones and joints the extra support they need. I can do deeper stretches, have better mobility, gain more strength.. and I honestly, I feel my body recovers quicker and sweating out the toxins helps with clearer complexion too! The virtual instructors in the infrared sauna sessions make you feel like they're right there guiding you--challenging you, giving you options and also beginner-friendly, no pressure to be a pro. My hula sis first told me how much infrared helped her heal, and my husband shared how infrared light eased his shoulder pain --so I gave it a try, signed up for 3 months, and I'm glad I did. Now I spend about 80% of my fitness time here instead of a traditional gym because the results just hit different. I also love how easy it is to stay consistent. The app lets me book sessions, track progress, follow my goals, and even watch virtual tutorials. This Henderson studio itself is spotless. They sanitize constantly, steam clean equipment, and have wipes and sprays everywhere. It feels good knowing the space is truly cared for. I love that the environment does not feel overwhelming nor I feel rushed or intimidated using equipment.. the saunas can share up to 3 friends. Their patented rowing machine, the different workout cycles, and the functional training area (FX ZONE) keep things fun and challenging. A HUGE plus, the owner Holly and staff here goes above and beyond with little touches: like oranges for post-workout fuel, cold towelettes infused with essential oil, they motivate members thru fitness challenges, and reward them during their 90-day "earn the burn" challenge. You can tell they value their community. My contract is month to month basis. There are two types of memberships. I started out last year with the basic package.. then upgraded to the elite one couple months ago because there's a Hotworx studio nearby wherever I travel to! It's worth the investment for my health and well being. Longevity for my body is priority now, so if you are for a workout that can be easier on the joints but powerful for strength, flexibility, mobility and recovery and just overall well-being --infrared training is a game changer! And this studio makes the whole experience feel welcoming, safe, and motivating. Shout-out and THANK YOU to Hotworx Henderson for creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated. You won't find this kind of community at a big box gym!

I got two passes for $50, so $25 per pass, which is reasonable, but if the deal wasn't going on, $50 is way too much for day usage of a shower, sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold tub, gym, and some light snacks. Now, I will say the facilities are nice and actually in working condition, unlike the facilities at the Green Valley Ranch spa, but the grounds were also a lot smaller and didn't include the use of the pool, though maybe that's just because it was closed due to it being winter (the Green Valley Ranch spa has it's own private pool as well as a hot tub which both sexes can use). The hot tub was hot but not unbearable as was the cold tub. Don't get it confused with a cold plunge, as it didn't get anywhere near as cold as one of those gets, but it was still very nice and a good way to cool down from the incredibly hot steam room.
