The material they use is not great quality and does not show all of the holes up and down the pieces of particleboard that make the design look low quality and cheap. Once they have your money, they really don't care. I even had a service guy come out because one of my drawers wasn't closing right and he basically said it was fine and it's not. Almost $6000 later for a very average size closet, I truly wish I would've shopped around. I highly suggest that you get several quotes. Once they have your sale, they really don't care. And the guy that came to install it and to fix my drawer that he didn't fix, was bordering on cocky. I live in a pretty up-and-coming area that is booming with new homes and an influx of new families. It's a shame. This was my experience because I have access to a lot of people through my job in my neighborhood and I could not confidently recommend this company. Way overpriced too.

They put a fresh bag in my trash can, took a load of plastic grocery bags to be recycled and took things to be donated and composted.
