I have been quite a few times... Usually during the weekday morning hours. My 3 year old loves this place and asks to come to the "indoor playground" often. The price is reasonable when u come at the 10 am weekday hours. Usually this place isn't that crowded, but I made the mistake of coming the day after Labor Day, a drizzly morning... Boy was I wrong to stay... It was incredibly over crowded... And no staff around. I was in the toddler area not the trampolines. Some Parents just let their kids loose and don't keep an eye on them... Some kids were climbing structures that weren't to be climbed... Pushing other kids out of the ride on toys.. Very overly aggressive ... Seeing some kids get hit by others and no parents in sight... I give it 4 stars because my son loves this place, and I've always had a decent experience that had me coming back... I'd recommend this place but to keep your kiddo safe please keep an eye on them... It's our first responsibility not the staff... It's a great place to come on those rainy days before nap time... I was very disappointed about this place. The "lead" was very unprofessional and rude. We go to Altitude Jumping place and they have such a better customer service seriously 180 from this place. The play area is soooo dirty and I mean very dirty, i only happened to stumble upon due to my child crying on the top so had to get there and that place has never been sanitized or washed. The creases are filled with dirt, hair and who knows what else. Jumping area has twitter followers, seriously like give me a room to breath. I will not be going back. If you want play area that's similar and free go to the mall and hey it's cleaner! Or if you want jumping Altitude Trampoline Park is the way to go. read more

This place is fine. The playground part is similar to the Alderwood pay to play thing. The trampolines are pretty lame compared to Altitude and Boom Shaka. Altitude it worth the drive if you want trampolines (and not a big indoor play place). read more

I liked this place. We made a mistake of arriving late. At about 10:15 am on a weekday, the line snaked to the door. All "Hoppy Hour" tickets were already sold out. Combo tickets were already sold out as well, until 12:30. They were offering a t-shirt deal, so ask for that if you plan to go a lot before 9/30/16. Facebook check-in's gets you $2 off each admission. It's nice that they give out pitchers of water if you ask for it. It's a bit warm in there...more fans or air condition would've been nice. Play area was fun for the kids and the trampoline area was too. The foam pit blocks were worn and "chipped." Overall, it was a fun place for the kids and 90 minutes was plenty of time. My 14 month old had so much fun here! I thought she would be tired after about 30 minutes but she trucked along for an hour. Climbing, riding in a car, and the ball pit. There is so much to do and the tunnels are expansive and large enough for me to crawl in with her. Everything looked padded and safe. There are many cubbyholes for your stuff. Everything looked pretty clean. Parking isn't too bad. They have hand sanitizers nearby. There is a little cafe for food and snacks. I didn't try out the trampolines but they look fun as well. read more

The play area is old and you can see where they have patched and repatched parts of it. From the upper levels, you can see thick layers of dust on the play area. It does not look well maintained. It is often really busy and it can get overwhelming. We used to come here every week during Hoppy Hour, which is a really good deal. We've since stopped coming regularly and started going to other play places. I'll take my kids once in awhile, if they ask or if I just really need them to get some energy out, but it's no longer a go-to place for us. read more

My 2 year old daughter and I had so much fun playing in the play area. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The reason I gave this a 3 star is because of how dirty the play structure was. I asked if it had ever been cleaned and the response was that it's sanitized every night. But it has never had a wipe down... Utterly disgusting as I watched many kiddos put their hands and faces on the floor. I'm going to try and figure out how to attach the photos. All in all I would go back, but I really hope they could take the time to wipe down the structure. read more

I give this place two stars only bc my kid had a decent time. The review is only of the Play structure/area, not the jump areas. Honestly, with the amount of people that frequent this place and the money they must make, you'd think they would maintain the facilities a little better. The first thing I noticed was the foam mats lining the play area-the mats are dirty and very worn. Nothing in the play structure looks like it's been cleaned/sanitized in a long time. When compared to other indoor playgrounds that we have been to in Southern California and even here in WA, this place is disappointingly unsanitary and unclean. Good luck even going to this place. Their website will not work on multiple devices from multiple locations, and it took six calls over an hour for someone to answer the phone. When I finally got ahold of someone they were completely unhelpful and rude. Showing up without tickets is also out of the question because they don't reserve any spots for walk ins. I was excited to learn about this new business open up. Perfect for Seattle's colder winter months or rainy days. I decided to take my 4 yr old daughter here so we made a playdate with her buddy and met up here. First off, the signing waiver/registration process is a total pain. There are two computer / touch screens where you enter in your information. For some insane reason, the enter key on the keyboard doesn't work so the whole process is really effing annoying. Just when you think it's done, it wants your drivers license number too. Double UGH! I was not the only parent annoyed. There was a long line of annoyed people going through the whole process which I witnessed as we waited in the lobby area for a friend. So, my advice is to do this process online BEFORE you arrive. It will save you at least 5-10 minutes or longer if there happens to be a line. The next thing is that it is a bit pricey. I'm not a cheapo, but really? You're going to charge me $11 but for my just turned 1 year old? C'mon. What a rip. If you want to check it out for cheaper, keep your eyes open for special pricing for specific times. Obviously, weekends are going to be pricier. I also heard there was a groupon or living social deal. Oh and prepare for your kiddo to come home bruised and we didn't even go to the trampoline area. We stayed in the Kid's Adventure area but not 10 minutes into play, I hear my daughter crying because a swing came in contact with her face. I'm not sure who designed the area, but they need to rethink it. It was just an accident that her play buddy was swinging the swing around, but still she got smacked in the face pretty hard. After that incident, we kept our eyes glued to the kids. Later her buddy was going down the slide the same time as some other kids and got smacked in the face pretty hard. Again, it was an accident. We were watching the whole time, but a range of ages in small quarters is going to have some negative outcomes. So thirty minutes later, both kids have bruises and tears. I think to make it a better experience for everyone, there needs to be separate play areas for the toddlers and bigger kids. We decided to take a break and snacked in the designated snack area which was nice with napkins on each table. There's a TV and free wifi in this area. The restrooms are in the back behind the food area. Signage needs to be better to find it. To their credit, they do have kids stalls in there and sinks at kids height. I appreciate the thought that went into that. Overall, I will not be returning here anytime soon. I'm sure there will be a birthday party or two that we will attend here in the next year, but other than that we will pass on this place. read more

Wow. I just about paid $65 for 90 minutes of jumping for my 9,7 and 4 year old- insane!! So unbelievably overpriced for what you get. Once we were in ( I settled for 1 hour and a jump pass for my boys and play pass for my 4 year old) my 4 year old was scared to go in the play area without her older brother. When he went in there to help her they kicked him out bc his sticker was not the right color, I said fine, I'll go switch the stickers since the cost is actually less for a play pass anyways they shouldn't mind.... they wanted to charge me an extra $10 for him to help her in the play area! Ridiculous. Seriously. Owners should try to provide an affordable fun family experience- this is price gouging at its worst. Horrible experience. I read such rave reviews it's obvious they bought out the parents guides. Firstly went on the Friday before presidents Day, as there was going to b a special price for under 6. I rushed out to make it for just an hour. Tried callingtomconfirm. No answer. So I go. Got lost. I get there at 11:10. Special ends and noon and. Have one older kid as well. The computer waiver system sucks! It takes forever and time is ticking. Then the note in the door says no special today due to long weekend. They should have updated their website so I didn't make the trek from mercer island. And then there are the prices. You either jump, play or get combo. But the combo tickets were not available for thirty minutes. So I should sit around waiting with a toddler, kindergarneter and older kid who were too excited. And it would have cost $45 for 90 minutes after waiting 30 minutes! No thanks! I had to drag my screaming toddler out!!! We got frozen yogurt with toppings and a bag of stuff at creation station for the same price, and the kids had a blast after all. Because of incompetent staff my 4 year old has now a broken knee. We went there for a birthday party. Our kids went to the trampolines, we went with them to watch after them. The place was a chaos, with people running and jumping from trampoline to trampoline. As soon as we were entering the play area a "staff member" (more like a clueless teenage girl) stopped us because we didn't have jump stickers on our backs. Our kids did have their stickers. As she distracted us, a big older kid jumped on top of our 4 years old son and broke his knee. He won't be able to walk for 6 weeks. This could have been so much worse, imagine if it had been his neck instead of his knee... This is one of those cases where no staff present would have been much better than this clueless girl working there. What kind of employee distracts parents of small kids because of a missing sticker, while doing nothing to enforce the safety rules of the place? A bad accident was going to happen there sooner than later. We should have ignored her, immediately grab our kids, and get out of there. Unfortunately this happened in a split second, our son walked inside and he was immediately hurt, before we could protect him. As my son was screaming, other people from the staff showed up and offered some ice, they asked for the name of our son for a follow-up, and offered to refund the ticket (yeah, that for sure makes up for my son's broken bone). You know what the "follow-up" has been? Today, two days later, we received an email with a copy of our signed waiver. For the safety of your kids, please avoid this place. UPDATE: A couple of days after my original review they called my wife for the "follow-up", they had a video in front of them, they disputed the facts and told us: - A girl didn't jump on top of your son, the trampoline bounce caused the fracture - You were facing the other way and it didn't look like your husband was looking at what happened - There was no chaos or kids running around - The staff member did exactly what she was supposed to do - You were supposed to have the jump stickers You see where this is going. There is no way they can dispute that somebody else was jumping in the same trampoline as my son (collision or not his weight can't cause this force, and I saw it with my own eyes). They also can't dispute the staff member was talking to us about jump stickers, distracting parents that were supervising small kids while hazardous things were happening. I can't downgrade a 1 star review, but the fact that this preventable accident happened and their stance is "we did nothing wrong" clearly shows how little they care about safety. It also shows it was not because of a careless employee, it's their policy to do things this way. read more

My rating is not all that fair because I did not actually get into the place. I drove about a half hour to take my two young ones to Hoppy Hour ($13) which ends at 12:30. I walked in the door at 11:45. There was one person in front of me. When it was my turn, the cashier said, "you're here for hoppy hour right?" I said yes, and was directed to fill out a waiver at a kiosk. I did so and then my 3-year-old had to go to the bathroom. I took him into their bathroom and when we came out at 11:55, the attendant said we were no longer eligible for hoppy hour and the price would be $22. Seriously?!!?! Bad experience. I took my kids (4 and 6) to this business over Xmas break because of a an advertised special from 10-12p for younger kids. Not only did they not offer this (even though over the phone they promised they were running the special) but both employees I talked to were very condescending. I will never return. We have been here many times and today and my son and his friends always have fun, but buyer beware. I was super disappointed today by the front check in. I purchased a two hour "jump only" for my son for $21. When we arrived to my surprise he decided that he wanted the play area too. I asked if I could pay the difference for both and as told, "no, you'll have to buy another ticket." So instead of $23, it would cost $44. It wasn't busy, so it was not that, it is just "their policy." This place is already expensive, but that is ludicrous. They encourage you to buy online so you don't get disappointed when you get there if they are too busy, which can happen on rainy days. If you make a mistake with a ticket online, you're stuck with it. Guess we won't be scheduling his Birthday there afterall.. read more

I took our friend's 3 and half year old here yesterday and all I can say is, it was wonderful and she had a blast. We went during a time where it wasn't too crowded and we got there just in time for the special ($12 for both the trampoline court and kidz adventure). She was overwhelmed with things to do and kept running back and forth between the trampoline court and kidz adventure. She was afraid to climb in the kidz adventure by herself so the wonderful women that work there not only went in with her, but even held her hand when she came down the slide. The party aspect is very unorganized. It felt like we were waiting for a long time to even get checked in. The music is so loud that going to Red Robin on a Saturday afternoon seemed quiet in comparison. They called our party's guests back but didn't have the pizza ready or even have drinks out for the kids. It took forever for the pizza to come so they ended up having cake first. Things just seemed really unorganized and considering what the parties cost, it's a little ridiculous. Plus, they only allow one person to jump per square, but our 5 year doesn't want to jump by himself. Not exactly designed for toddlers. The play structure is decent enough. But it feels very pricey especially since prices are only for increments of time. But at least there is a parking lot. read more

Not sure where to begin. Way overpriced in my opinion. $40 for two kids for one and half hours. They won't allow you to bring your own food in (another marketing/money maker I know). But at least offer somewhat healthy good tasty food. It was horrible! Thirdly, it was so cold in the building. All the employees were shivering and when I asked one if it's always like this her response was "yes, we are all miserable most of the time." Hmmmmm...... Also, there was no one there! I love preschoolers but it seems to a bit more a preschool hang all day. I am sure that is different after school and on the weekends but I am sure more crowded. Honestly, my kids had a blast. Overpriced, very unhygienic. Will not return. When my daughter jumped in the foam pit she stepped in poop. We promptly reported it. I am going to start this by saying that in the end, the kids did have fun. I don't believe it was worth the amount paid. Here goes. A few months back we book a party for my twins. This is the last sort of "blowout" that we are going to do for them for a bit. We had done something like this previously with a different company. I know that I shouldn't expect the same thing, but seriously how hard is it? We book a room tell them the amount of guests. Order the food. Get them their grip socks pre-ordered and pay for a laser maze event. All seems well. They state that if needed we can reschedule (but don't state the fee involved in rescheduling a month in advance). No problems so far. We get there the night of and they have everyone wait to check in. Since I am ferrying kids not a big deal. Introduced to our "host" (and I use that term very lightly) and told that if we have any issues to get in contact with her. We get to the room and the kids go off to play and the host disappears. No grip socks, no laser maze tickets. Time is spent looking for host while kids get the run around about their special socks. Pizzas come and the host arrives to bring them and then stand their awkwardly as we eat. Still trying to find out about this laser maze. We eat, host is nice enough to find us some candles and forks for the cakes. We then have the kids go play while my wife finds out about the laser maze. That was honestly kind of lame, but no big deal. We end the night with a bill I guess for a tip for the host and the reschedule fee. I gave a tip out of feeling bad for the host but really shouldn't have. They did nothing and brought nothing to the night. We will go back to let the kids jump, but never again for a party. I would like to post an update. They did give a refund of my tip and sent some passes for the kids as well. Wheat was really nice was a hand written note also apologizing for the lack of service. I hope that they do follow through with the employee again. Again, great facility and we can't wait to come back. read more

This place needs to train those young teen workers properly!!! My 8 year old son was at the Battle Beam area playing. After he won the battle and while he was still on the bridge, one of the white girls (no name tag) working there pulled my son's ONE FOOT out deliberately so that he falls down to the foam area. He would have jumped off by himself if she had just waited a moment. My son was not even ready when she had purposely did that sneaky move behind his back and without giving him any warning. And, the way my son dropped awkwardly, he could have hit his head on the red bridge or... it could have turned out much worse!! While laying down on the foam, my son asked her "Why did you do that?". With a guilty look, she laughed and said something I couldn't hear from a distance. Since he wasn't hurt, I ended up just letting it go. But, the more I think about what she had done to my son, it really angered me, and this issue needs to be known and must be reported!! While this place is asking us to sign the waiver and talking about how they believe in safety in their website, what the @#*$$% are you guys doing to my child?? Your staff should NOT be touching any child unless they are in need of help. You should be fired! read more

I took my 11-year-old son and 3 of his friends here to burn off some energy. We've been to another indoor park in the area before and this one is MUCH better. It's a big facility, with 4 different trampoline areas for the kids to try. Each one was closely monitored and the employees didn't hesitate to blow their whistles and call someone out when they weren't following the rules. The one area that seems to be the most structured was the dodgeball area. The monitor managed the games so that each one had a starting and stopping point, only the allowed number of kids were playing at a time, and if you got out you went out. It felt much safer than the other place (where there were older unsupervised kids wreaking havoc and no one to stop them). I found a nice vantage point in the cafe area, which is elevated so that parents can see everything that's going on and keep an eye on their kids while staying out of the melee. They could see me and I could see them, but I didn't have to follow them around from area to area. We didn't try the food or the kid's climbing area so I can't speak to those, although the climbing area looked pretty fun. All in all, this is a well-managed facility with lots of fun things to do. We'll definitely go again. read more

My daughter is 2 and loves this place. The little kiddie area is perfect. It has a few slides, little tikes cars to ride, toddler rocker see saws, ball pit, bridges to run over and under, etc. I love this place because you can join your little one until they feel comfortable. Now she loves it and will explore on her own. Don't forget to bring socks. There's a little food stand inside to buy lunch. If you go first thing in the morning till 1230 it's much cheaper and perfect timing for our little ones afternoon nap. read more

One of your own employees, whom I asked the day of the party, stated that there was "no airconditioning here." And, even if he was misinformed, you can't tell me you had air conditioning working that day. Did you really??? Wow. It was extremely hot and stuffy there and that was June! Not sure what you are doing for your guests in July/August, but I feel for them. If you do happen to have air conditioning, trust me, it is not adequate to cool a building of that size. And, for the amount you charge for birthday parties, I would think this would be important for those Moms who are paying for a nice experience for their kids and party guests. Thanks. read more

It's a wonderful facility with lots to do but the reason I'm giving it 5 stars is for great management. We are visiting from out of town on a holiday week and drove an hour to get here. We were late but not by much and we ended up with only 15 min to jump. I asked to speak with the manager and I explained what happened. She easily could have sent us away because the place is sold out but instead she asked if we could wait a little while and she would slot us into another session. It worked out great.
