Super fun place for kids of all ages, with tons of trampolines (foam pit, dodge ball, basketball hoops), and a reasonably nice cafe. I especially like that they have options for the littlest kids. Not just periods of time where only the younger ones get to bounce on the trampolines, but an area with climbing equipment and such for kids that aren't really ready for the trampolines. We have two kids that are pretty far apart in age (9 and 3) and so it's nice to be able to take them to both to the same place and for them both to enjoy the activity. There's often "happy hour" special pricing during the way which makes it an extra-good deal to get the kids' energy out. I only wish it were closer to Seattle! read more

Came here because the lady's brother wanted to do some trampoline jumping. After finding other places being too far or being closed, we opted for this one. The place was nice and open. Kind of quiet for a Tuesday which was great. More space for us. They have a foam pit, a free jump area, dodge ball area and a basketball/dunk area. I stayed mostly in the basketball area since the staff was anal about everything. The lady's brother jumped in the foam pit, and then she jumped in. About 10 seconds later, I jumped in and got told that there should only be one person jumping at a time. SERIOUSLY!? Got damn it. Then in the free jump area, I was grabbing my girl to jump one trampoline square and the same chick comes up and says 1 person on a square. SERIOUSLY!? I've seen other kids jumping on the same square, running around, jumping in the foam pit at the same time and she didn't say anything to them. I know she was just doing her job but treat everyone the same... What a joke. Friggin' blonde staff girl on Tuesday 7/5/16 around 5:30. I didn't like you. That's why we stayed in the basketball area the most. We hopped between the dodge ball area as well and she kept looking after us. First off... Great for kids, and that's the most important thing. My kids have a blast and the toddler time from 10am-12:30 is great and cheap. Just make sure to get there by 11:00 or they'll charge you full price. That being said, the majority if the staff are really young and don't seem to be trained in customer service. Some are attentive and some would rather talk with other employees and bounce basketballs. Remember that they've been open for only a few months. Just like any business, there are some kinks to work out. Management needs to realize that have hired teens and that they need to be "managed"... Not just put on the floor and expected to just know what to do. The food has been hit or miss. From the first time to the last time we were there, the food has gotten healthier. They still have the pizza, but they have fruit and other options now. So all in all... Great place for kids. They're short comings are only things the parents will notice. So rate the place on what it's intended purpose it... Not because signage is poor or the enter button on the sign in screen wasn't working :) lol Final rant: if your kid is there, please don't be the trophy wife who is on her phone and doesn't mind if her kid is punching the other children. We had a great time last time but tonight was a whole different story. We experienced the worst customer service from beginning to end. I felt like I was supervising the kids more than the workers. I'm also in disbelief that parents don't watch their own children, that's unacceptable. I had to leave the kids play area to track down a staff member because 7-8 year olds took over the ball pit made for 3 years and under. I'm not sure we will be going back, whoever manages this place needs to hire new staff or train the current crew basic customer service. read more

Field trip with 26 kids. I thought this trip was going to be a nightmare, but ES was a blast! Employees were very nice, and not bossy when reminding us of the rules. At Sky High in Bellevue the employees were very blase' about their existence, and kind of harsh with their stupid whistles. The place is clean, with tons of places for parents (or teachers) to sit, but I had a lot of fun myself bouncing and chasing my kids through the huge kid adventure setup. Just a great place. My son would like to give this place 5 stars, but I'm taking off a few for the wait time/customer service and for lack of AC. Read on for the details... Location - the building is not right off Bothell Everett Hwy - it's easy to miss the building/sign. Look for Canyon Creek Center - "Finishing Touch Inc" and "BIogenesis" and turn in there - it's behind Finishing Touch. The Good Wow- this place is huge - for little kids there's an indoor play structure (like McDonald's) but it's super-sized. They've got these trampoline jumping areas - some for just jumping - you can shoot hoops too off the trampolines or play dodge ball. And they've got another area of trampolines where you jump off of them into foam pits. On the main floor they've got an assortment of video games and air hockey, as well as individual rooms for parties, and a dining area. And they've got places for parents to sit and watch Pricing - fairly reasonable. They have a weekday combo special $12 for 90min, and they get full reign of the place. You can also choose either the play structure or the trampolines if you only want to do one. The Not-so-good Customer service - It was Monday early afternoon when we went and there weren't a lot of kid in there - I think most of them were in line waiting to get in. They took FOREVER!!! After waiting 10 minutes in a line that wasn't moving, one of the gals there said I needed to go to the kiosk and fill out a waiver. (You can also do the online waiver.) Back in line again and 20 minutes later I'm paying. Anyway, I thought maybe the long line phenomenon was a fluke, but when we left- and there was an even longer line. I have no idea what they do on weekends! The line must run out the door and down the street! The AC. There isn't any. Just fans. I'd avoid going on hot days, especially hot weekend days. Recommendation - while the trying to get in is like being on 405 when there's been an accident, it's worth it for the kids. They have an amazing time there. read more

I drove over an hour to come here with my two nephews and niece. I spent around $100 after everything for 2 hours of "fun." First off, the basketball area was out of order, which wasn't disclosed to us when we arrived. Secondly, half of the games in the waiting area were not functioning or broken. The front end staff was very nice and welcoming, but that all changed when we got inside. My 11- -year-old niece was yelled at several times by the associates working in the trampoline area. It got the point where she just sat outside because she was worried that she would get yelled at again. I am a 29 year-old man and was jumping with her when one of the associates approached us and said we were being unsafe and to stop jumping back and forth. We were doing nothing wrong or against the rules. I also noticed that the associates working would only enforce rules with the smaller kids. There was a group of high school aged kids in the trampoline area pretty much doing whatever they pleased, but the associates paid them no mind. Listen, I get it. These are young kids who work for you and see hundred l of screaming children all day. But it comes to a point where they are ruining the experience for the paying customers. I agree everyone should follow the rules, but if I am with my niece causing no harm to anyone, you shouldn't bother me. I don't need to be policed by kids who probably don't even have a drivers license. I went out of my way to come here because it had much better reviews than other trampoline parks. My kids love this place. It's pricy but worth it. The tykes get to bounce, dodge, and dive into oblivion. If you have high energy kids with lots of stamina (like mine) two hours is right. My friend and her son accompanied us and he is a low key kid. He was done at an hour. They have parents night out when you can drop the kids off. I would rather see a parents night in. Leave the kids at home! We can bounce and flip into the ER with black lights and cocktails. Someone sponsor a yelp event, please! We've also been here for a schoolmates birthday party last year. The rooms are nice sized and the effort appears seamless. We typically stock up with Groupon to save a little green on this kid activity. On federal holidays, when kids are out of school, coupons are not valid. We will definitely be getting our Group-on again soon. read more

I was invited to visit this facility on a Sunday evening to play dodge ball - although to my surprise it was trampoline court - so this is a new experience for me. I didn't fancy myself to reconnoiterer the children's play area - but these facilities do exist. The one children's play area I saw is the crawling-maze pit where children will traverse in all dimensions within a tunnel for their enjoyment. The general lounging area has a small cafe for light meals - and there are tables/benches with seating capacity up to six comfortably distributed around the lobby floor, as a way to get away from all of the various exercising. One thing that is required appears to be the special grip socks or bare feet. I prefer the socks, so I grabbed a pair for two dollars and some change. Do note that they don't explicitly state numerical size which would best be compatible. I wear size 10.5 shoes - so I originally, I thought the Medium would work for me. Turns out the small size sock is better suited. Wearing the loose fitting medium sock for me causes many problems with managing my energy, whether kinetic or inertial. The trampoline court is divided into four major sectors, the foam pit, the main jumping area, dodge ball court, and basket ball court. Main Court - probably about 30-or 40? trampolines in a grid pattern. Where jumpers can jump between each sector, or pull side jumps with the angled trampolines. My favorite spot, just to just jump around and keep myself amused. Foam Pit - three trampolines as a runway into the foam pit. It's fun to pull various inverted flips, or forward jumps, or various ways of jumping into the pit. Although, it can be a challenge to get out of the pit. Dodge ball court - eight trampolines per side, with a center divider holding the foam balls. Probably around 8 or 16 players per team can play, depending on if adult or children. Basketball Court - two trampolines with basketball hoops at the end - great for jumping up and making a shot. The hoop height appeared to be adjustable - although I'm not sure if end-users can adjust the height, or if it has to be adjusted by one of the staff members. All-in-all, I had a great time here, and while not athletic in anyway - I had a good workout, I was pretty exhausted at the end of the day. Give this place a try - it's cheap, it's fun, and get to burn a few calories while you're at it. read more

Adventure zone was AWESOME. That deserves 5 stars but poor customer service does not sit well with me so that's why the low rating. Attended a birthday party here. Play time was awesome but the party part was so rushed and we were constantly being interrupted by a non-friendly staff member who forgot drinks for the kids and started cleaning up and rushing us out before our time was up. I was particularly put off by this same staff member repeatedly going to my friend hosting the party and telling her to pay her bill. It was rude and unprofessional. For what they charge it was very sad....pizza was bland and cold and we were in our room right when it came out. Employee "assigned" to us was rude and incompetent. It would have been better if they had given us our full time in the room and then built in 15 minutes to clean it up and set up and have the following party start time follow that. It made no sense to me why they'd book back to back parties....yes they are in business to make money but not by providing a subpar experience. As a mother of a 2.5 year old with many kid birthdays ahead of us I will not be considering this place unless they can get it together. read more

The concept is great! It would be awesome if the rules weren't so crazy. They kicked my sister and my friend out of the kids land because they were obviously over eight. A little discretion should be used with the rule enforcers. The girl then told me I couldn't be in there as well. I explained that I wasn't going to leave my 2 year old alone in this place and she said siblings couldn't watch them, she had a nice wake up call when I informed her I was his mom. My kids love elevated sportz. We have been here 5-7 times since they opened - business has seriously picked up! It's a fun place for the kids ... Free wifi, lots of room, open space, tons to do... Great trampolines with basketball, ball pit and kids area. Parents, wear warm socks, dress warm, it's cold but the kids don't mind. The kids play area is awesome - like a clean 3 story mcdonalds play area! There's just a few improvements I'd suggest...... Music - KISW type rock playing the whole time.. Would be nice to have a little music for the age group playing? Freebird guitar solo went on forever, then the longest led zeppelin song ever, and I'm an 80s rocker! Would have actually liked a little pop - Katy perry, black eyed peas, even Beiber? The snack bar - 3.75 for a large soda (filled 3/4 full). .No refills this time, last time it was 1 refill, all the other times we've had unlimited refills. Prices seemed high, and they were out of a lot of food options, but the soda thing is a pet peeve. (I'd also like to be able to bring my warm latte in). Prices - The prices are high. It's a fantastic place to play, and 2 hours here is truly an event. But the first time we did both the trampoline and play area on a weekend, it was over $44 with tax for 2 kids. They have recently lowered the prices a little ... They had a living social and that was a good deal - but I don't think I'd bring my kids regularly unless it was closer to $25 or $30 for them to play in both areas. Play area/ trampoline - The other part is you pay for the adventure part, the trampolines or both... First time, we did just the adventure area .. Second time we did both, and my kids jumped for like 10 minutes - next few times we did just the adventure, but they wanted to jump - $22 more for them to jump. Wish there was something about that, it such a fun place, and not inexpensive, I feel bad they can only play in 1/2 the place. Overall, I say try the place out! My son had a blast. It sucks that parents have to pay extra in order to jump. I think that is pretty lame especially if it is a birthday party. It is hot in here. There is not much ventilation which makes for a stinky time once those kids get going and it starts to get busy. The people that work here seem to pay attention for the most part and are good at making sure kids are following the rules. Tons of fun. Great workout. You will be out of breath after like 5 minutes of bouncing, but it is so enjoyable that you want to keep going. DRAWBACK IMPORTANT: sometimes they rent the whole place out and you can't get in. If you are coming from afar, they might turn you away. My 5 year old had a blast! She went 45 minutes straight and then was done. Loved the trampolines and foam pit! It was worth the drive and price to have my daughter burn off some energy and get some exercise. Next time I'll dress appropriately and join her so that I can get some exercise too! We went on a Friday before a holiday weekend and it was packed! Don't these kids still have school? It was still manageable for my daughter though and she didn't have to wait too long for her turn in the foam pit and she always had a trampoline. The play structure was so big that she got lost! Next time we'll come with a friend and she can explore the structure with them and have more fun. That will mean we'll have to stay longer but we'll make a day of it. Lotsa space to eat and hang out. If you can get a Groupon or go during "Hoppy Hour,' it definitely is more reasonable. The (mostly) teenage staff were attentive and in abundance, which makes me feel safer about my kids. I really wish that they would offer a yearly membership, like the zoo or aquarium does. I was very disappointed in the way they run the play area!! My older daughter who is 9 was helping her younger sister who will not play unless someone is with her and the young lady told my daughter in a rude way to get out. My older daughter explained that she was helping her younger sister and that her younger sister won't play without someone with her and the girl basically said " If your sister won't go in without you then she can't play in here!" My younger daughter came back crying. I have a recent back injury so I was unable to go into the play area with my younger daughter or else I would have done it myself. They should offer a play area for older children who don't like jumping or cannot jump due to medical issues. My older daughter enjoys the play area. I don't think we will be returning. read more

The waiver process takes 20 min and like many others mentioned keys don't work, why they ask for your DOB and Drivers license I don't know why, I made something up. It's very over priced, over crowded chaos and you might not even get in on a busy day - when we were there they were turning people away. You can not make a reservation online like the website says and they don't return emails or calls. The three stars I am giving is just for the actual place. My three year old had fun on the trampoline and in the play area. Customer service and staff would get zero stars if that was possible. Reviewer "Jeff S." summarized my visit perfectly. This is exactly how I felt when I was there. Being followed by staff who were just waiting for us to make one wrong move so that they can make a comment about it. I went with my just turned 3 year old at 10AM for their Hoppy hour. There was hardly anyone there. Yet, whenever we would move from one trampoline section on to the other, staff would follow us and just stare the whole time. They also stood very close to us. It felt intimidating and disrespectful. Just like Jeff, I felt like I was being profiled. This is what it must feel when staff follows you around while you are shopping, thinking you may steal something. I did not pay for myself to jump as I have a knee injury but was told I can supervise my daughter. I was standing on a trampoline watching her jump on her own. The staff proceeded to tell me I could not "jump" if I did not have a sticker. I understand the rule, but I was NOT jumping. I was literally standing and watching (supervising) her. Then I just sat on the side so that I can supervise her as there were a couple of older kids running around. I was then told I could not be sitting on the side. I wasn't really sure how I was supposed to supervise her if I was not allowed near her. I didn't feel comfortable leaving her alone on the trampoline while I sat on the bench and could not always keep an eye on her. I have visited a very similar place in Idaho with very similar rules and have not had any issues. I will not be giving my $$ to them. Note: I've only ever been to Elevated Sportz during 'Toddler Time' where the little one's have access to the trampolines. My son is 15 months old and we have been going to ES every week for a few weeks now. He absolutely loves it! There's a lot for him to do and it keeps him busy for the entire 1 1/2 hour duration. Even though he's a very young toddler, there really isn't anything he CAN'T do here. However, I do see it being a bit intimidating for the little one's who are not so steady on their feet. The wait time can almost entirely be avoided by purchasing tickets online and printing them prior to going to ES. Those who have tickets with them that they purchased online do not have to wait in the typical line. I hardly ever see anyone using this option, but it's an absolute lifesaver. Pros: *Very large - it would be impossible for a child to become bored after 1.5 hours. *Very clean - I'm a bit of a germophobe so this is important to me, I've never seen any dirt or grime on the equipment. It looks very well taken care of. *The staff that I have encountered are very nice - they will come up and talk to me and always wave and/or talk to my son. Staff members will also occasionally help little one's with things like pushing the cozy coupe car around so parents don't have to! Cons: *Location - It can be a bit difficult to find since there's no obvious sign for ES on the highway. Knowing that it's in Canyon Creek Center is a huge help! *It can get crowded - Some days it's relaxing, others it's madness. This can be frustrating when you have a smaller toddler who can easily get trampled. I would recommend going in the morning when there aren't as many people, purchasing your ticket online, and getting there early. It will save you a lot of time and hassle in the long run. Met up for a play date during toddler time our first time. It's a great price for $8. The nest time we went , we didn't know that if you do not arrive for toddler time before 11am (toddler time is 10-12:00I believe), they will charge you full price. This was a bit frustrating, at that point, you just pay full price when your 3 year old looks at you like "when do we go in??" And be prepared next time to arrive before 11am. We were there definitely right at 11 or a few minutes before but were made to wait while the only cashier was on the phone. Didn't seem fair we had to pay extra but I didn't want to cause a scene or upset my child by leaving. All in all, this is a really fun place. I am super picky and did not have high hopes for my sons birthday party here. But, my 4 year old was set on this location so I sucked it up and booked it. You guys, it was AMAZING! All I had to do was bring a cake! We had a perfect, private room. We had the sweetest host that had balloons on chairs for the kids, cute cups and plates ready to go, and water set out for the kids as they ran around playing. When it was time to eat, she served the kids and the adults! She also cut and served the cake! Silverware was provided and they even had candles and lighters there! It was so awesome. I highly recommend elevated sports for birthday party's. After you add up the cost for a bouncy house, food, beverages, decorations and accessories, it's about the same cost. I took my two year old here and it was really dirty. I was a little worried when we first stepped inside the play area, but we had already paid and we were meeting a friend. Both my son and his friend found partially eaten candy and other odds and ends in the play area. Sure enough my son started getting a runny nose and cough today. He literally has not had any other exposure. Sure he could have picked up a cold from other kids there, but I'm really not happy. They have a really great setup and lots of things for little kids to do. My son had a blast. It is really too bad they they don't clean and sanitize the place the way they should.
