Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . So, we decided to go to Kent Collision since they were the closest (at 30mins away) & they were certified to work on Tesla cars. Went in for an estimate in early October. Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my "audio system unavailable". My horn & alarm wasn't working. We went back next day & they checked. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn't pay out of my own pocket. But it was a stressful 10 days w/o my car!!!!!!

You definitely have to take your vehicle here to get serviced. You get the same dealer service without the dealer prices. He wants customer loyalty in exchange for loyal customer service and I promise, after you have had your service there once you will definitely be back again. Not only because of the honest work, but for the honest prices. I have had my 2011 jeep wrangler there after taking it to the dealer and what I would of payed at the dealer to get one problem fixed I payed the same to get 3 problems fixed and was offered to come back when the weather is better to clean up my electrical wires from the moisture caused by water leaks. I am ecstatic that I found a primary care provider for my Jeep and wouldn't take it anywhere else. If you respect your ride you should bring it here and experience what I have. This review is a few months late but after having my jeep there again and after talking to him, it reminded me why it's important that I leave this review.
