Stopped by Eleven80 Eatery while visiting Boone for the weekend. Located inside the mall next to HomeGoods, it is a small but cute little restaurant. For drinks, I ordered the peach margarita which was pretty decent and sweet. My husband ordered the gochujang shrimp as an appetizer and they were okay. They didn't have really any seasoning and mostly were just covered in a thick sauce. For dinner, my husband ordered the tiki burger which he loved. I got the Philly cheesesteak which was also very good! Fries were perfectly crispy as well. Our waiter was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We were seated right away and seated at a table. The restaurant was chilly, but eventually they turned up the thermostat and it got warmer. We ordered a cherry old fashion, the Brussels sprouts and the pimento cheese. They were ok. The old fashion was good but the ice melted rather fast, which made it watery. The Brussels sprouts were Korean which meant lots of soy sauce. Way too much salt!! Not something I would order again. The pimento cheese was a 2/10 due to the lack of flavor. It was also served with water crackers from the grocery store. Would have preferred bread. Lunch was the Reuben and the chicken Philly. Reuben, we would rate a 7/10. The Philly was good but I've had better. Maybe a 5/10. The waitress forgot about us but apologized. It was graduation time and she had several tables. The kettle chips and side of fries were under salted, but ok. We're not sure we are going to come back since there are so many good restaurants in Boone. Stopped by for a quick lunch with some friends after exploring downtown Boone. Decor was nice and simple. It was not super busy but we did arrive during shift change so service was overall good but spotty. The food was delicious! The sweet chili sauce on the shrimp appetizer was so yummy! The perfect sweet and spicy combo. Shrimp were also a decent size. I got the chicken Philly no pepper add jalapeños and it was delectable!! 10/10 recommend. It was a later dinner, habanero/mango and goochijang wings w/blue cheese and my wife the $10 burger (Thursday special) w/house made chips. My wings were very good, the habanero/mango was very mild the goochujiang had the perfect spice. Our server was very friendly and helpful with menu questions. Since it was later there were only a few other tables, but the place was clean and the wait and kitchen staff were busy with their closing activities which in my opinion is great to see, demonstrating a commitment to preparing for the next day and providing quality service. We did have 2 others stop by our table asking if we needed anything else, it was certainly a group effort to ensure we were having a pleasant dining experience. Stopped by on a Tuesday evening after traveling all day. Good atmosphere, seated quickly, everybody was very helpful. I told the waiter to just bring me something they did well other than a burger ( had that for lunch). He brought out a Philly cheesesteak. Excellent! House chips were ok. Not bad, not great. The seared tuna over rice was pretty good. The wine selection is decent. The waitresses were good although, it took a while for someone to greet us and seat us both times. My daughter and I were in Boone for the day and decided to try this restaurant for lunch. Usually restaurants located in a mall are not very good, but Eleven80 was just the opposite. I had a beet salad that was fresh, loaded with beets and the vinaigrette was a very tasty pairing. My daughter had a grilled ham sandwich that had a raspberry jam that gave the sandwich a wonderful light touch of sweet. I am very picky about food and freshness and Eleven80 nailed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I just wish I lived closer, I would go here more often. read more

I know what you're thinking, "this place is in the mall? Like the food court?" I know. I know. But it's way better than a mall restaurant. The decor is cute. There are big screens where they show just really pretty nature images. The soundtrack is awesome. Where Covid is concerned, I thought things were managed well. They don't seat every table. There r signs if the tables have been sanitized. All the workers wear masks, and all the patrons we saw wore masks until seated. The cocktails were good. A bit on the sweet side for me, but that's personal preference. We had the sidecar, the on top of old smoky and an old fashioned. On top of old smoky was quite unique. Sure, you've had smoky bourbon drinks before, but this one was really smoky. They serve it to you with a lid, so the smoke can really sink in. For starters we had the fried cauliflower and pimento fritters. The fritters were BOMB. The only bad thing is you only get 4. The cauliflower was pretty good, too. I don't like cauliflower but the hubs wanted them. For dinner, hubs had shrimp and grits, which he likes. I had the meatloaf sub. Both were good. We also got the Parisian to go for someone, which was also tasty. Zero complaints about the food. The service was really attentive. We never waited for our water to be refilled or anything. This place is a hidden gem in Boone. The restaurant is part of the mall but it's a great place to eat. We like it so much we have been each Wednesday for the past two weeks. Atmosphere is great and the food is top notch. First time we got brussel sprouts as an appetizer and they were delicious. For entrees, we ordered a flatbread, chicken salad sandwich and chicken & waffles. Everything was so good. The second visit we went with the buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken philly and a soup & salad combo (soup was French onion). Once again, food was great. Service is great and the place is very nice. Dinner. Cold with a chilly breeze. It is located on the back side of the shopping center. Good parking space. The menu is all tapas. Small portions of a lot of things, many unique. Also serves beer and wine. Full bar, also. Bites ($8.50 - 10), Plates ($9.50 - 10.50), Flatbreads ($9.50 - 11), Sandwiches & Burgers ($9.50 - 10.50) and Salads ($4.50 - 10.50). There are booths, tables and a snuggle area of soft sofas and chairs. Good wine list. Drank glasses of The Other Red from Lodi, which was a very nice, flavorful red blend. Shared an appetizer (bite) of Korean fried cauliflower with buffalo and gochujang spicy chili sauce...both on the side. Spicy and very good. We ate both of the sauces. Very large "bite" so plenty to share. I had a wedge salad with blackened shrimp and it was delicious and HUGE. Could not eat it all. Walnuts, bacon, hard boiled egg and fried onion rings (not canned) along with, my choice, ranch dressing. Really good. Wife had soup and chips. Liked the soup. Worth your time for lunch or dinner. I was lured here by the 5 star Yelp rating, since that is not really that common, and I confer with the group, with a solid 5. The server was terrific, the menu interesting so its hard to pick, the pricing fair, and the food, delicious. We ordered the Gochuchang Shrimp, the Blackened Mahi Mahi, and the Billy Philly Cheese steak. The shrimp were prepared and presented nicely, the crispy fried texture still detectable under the sticky sweet slightly spicy sauce. The Mahi was a nice size filet cooked perfectly on a toasted bun, with a very nice blackened seasoning. The Philly cheese steak was also perfectly balanced in the ingredients, and the roll had a slight toasty crunch on the outside. We visit this area annually, so now, it's on our list of favorites. read more

Wow, what a pleasant surprise this was. At first, we had some trouble finding but this hidden gem is worth it. Near the TJMaxx, it's in the mall. The decor is great, provides a great relaxing atmosphere. Since most Boone restaurants require reservations, this is a first come first serve. You can call 10 minutes prior to get on the list, lucky for us we got in quick with calling ahead. Food was amazing, drinks spectacular. I recommended one of the old fashions, or two. The food had great flavor, desserts were unique. Look up this place when in Boone, you won't regret it.
