She's so patient, open minded, understanding, & has such a warm welcoming personality. I did an hour of reiki with her and wish I lived closer to go more often. She has an amazingly warm and gentle touch that made this reiki session even more comforting! Once we finished the session, the messages she had received and given me from the session were SPOT ON! It was exactly what I have been saying and feeling and wanting to work on and what I needed to hear and helped motivate me further. Between the infrared sauna's, salt room, Reiki, and massage there is not much more you could want from a spa and it's all in one place. It really deserves more office space but the way things are configured they make it work and make it work well. On top of that they offer hair analysis to test for any chemical imbalances. I was shocked to see how much excess aluminum was in my system. Fortunately with the help of the infrared sauna I have been able to reduce these levels and get towards a more healthier me. The medical massage has been a fabulous experience for me. Having a sedentary job and enjoying physical recreational sports like basketball, the gym, and golf the medical massage has allowed me to reduce the aches and pains as I age. I am not going to lie I know nothing about Halotherapy that breathing in salt is suppose to do, but they made a convincing point when they said everyone feels better when breathing the salt air at the beach. The message was great, the therapist asked what I wanted to have worked on and she hit all the right spots. The hour flew by. I left feeling great and very relaxed. The owner Jillian was super nice and friendly. It's great being able to interact with the owner, the service in a lot better and more personable than you will get a chain massage place. Overall a great place to go in the Hellertown area. I will definitely be back. Way better experience than I ever got the local chain places.
