Rude rude rude! The ladies were arguing between each other. One of them started talking about me and when confronted her she said she was talking to her coworker and if she needed to say something to my face she would then be facing me! Lol ghetto rude and if it weren't for the DMV being closed I would've never stopped by. On top of that she was trying to rip me off by doing her math incorrectly. Blanca, be kind. This is probably one of the most terrible experiences. Today I needed a form stamped and I was ordered not to fill it out, I have to fill it out in front of them (district form) , the manager had the audacity right in front of me to make comments about me. Not whispering, plain out out loud . I told her that she shouldn't be talking about customers like that , specially in front of them . She was making comments over me not having the paper done , but I explained that I was told not to. My sister in law goes back with the form filled and another lady told her (same location) that she couldn't accept it because it was filled out already! (Different day in the past) I told her that they should clear it out with the district in case it is wrong , because nobody is going to just assume. She got very upset and yelled back(manager) . I could not believe this was the person they picked as manager , it should be someone who should be looked up to to the rest of the employees and give the best examples. This lady should really take customer service seriously, and if she doesn't like the job; to not serve . It's the people who make the business. I guess people forgot "The customer is always right" . I had to call corporate. Hope they address the issue ASAP. People should be treated with respect, every customer voice counts , don't ever let someone underestimate you , SPECIALLY if you're paying their services. read more
