This is a great State Farm agency. Patrycja Bradlinski is very good and follows up like she says !!! Over the years they help me save money - they have responded to a claim for a roof and a fire. Recently our teenagers were added to the policy. No we did not flee to other insurance companies because of all the advertising. We worked with the agent to understand how to save money. The kids did the Steer Clear App. And we all use the Drive safe and save app. Made adjustments to policies and it all happens because of great customer service from the agents. After receiving my 15% homeowner's insurance increase, I went through the painful process of looking for a new company to work with. Anyone who has done this knows, this is not fun. I sent an email out to Michelle Twitchell's agency about 6:00 AM. Knowing that the office probably didn't open until 9:00 AM, I quickly forgot about the inquiry. Jeremy got back to me by 10:30 AM. In my book, that was a good start. Loooong story short, I went in to sign paperwork and to meet Jeremy Burger. He was well prepared for my visit. Jeremy took ample time to explain everything to me. The worst customer service ever. No help at all with our accident claim with the other party's insurance provider. We used to have Farmer's Insurance and had no headaches at all when it came to filing the claim and our old agent would take care of contacting the person who hit my car's insurance provider. With Michelle Twitchell's reps, it's a sorry and good luck getting in touch with the other guys. If this is good neighborly help, who needs enemies? Ignore the mass mailings, this agent is talk and no action. read more

The agency is great when you first become a client, but after that they forget you. I have been their client since the early '90s, and I never hear word one from them unless something is wrong. I'm not sure if this is common in the insurance industry, but it's frustrating when no one seems to care, especially about a loyal customer of almost 25 years. read more

Would give minus stars if I could. After receiving hundreds of flyers in the mail from this agency, called them to get a homeowner's quote. The girl on the phone fumbled through the questions and as we were finishing, she asked me when I had a claim with my current agency. I said about 3 yrs ago. She flipped out and start raising her voice, saying "we can't insure someone if they had a claim just 3 yrs ago". Let me repeat, this girl was freaking out. I told her they should ask that up front instead of going through all the questions and asking that at the end. She was still flustered. I informed her she was extremely unprofessional and she hung up the phone on me. Needless to say, I waited a year and went with another State Farm agent. Stay away from this one!! read more

I recommend working with Eva Ochoa out of Michelle's office, I have had insurance with Michelle for over 10 years and I am not going to lie, I have had some issues with the people on her staff in the past and even thought about switching Agents at one point but ever since Eva joined her team I have been happy. Eva is not only pleasant to deal with but she is beyond helpful. Anytime I have questions regarding my policies she has gone above and beyond to get me the answers and has followed up with me in a timely fashion. As long as Eva is a part of Michelle's team I will continue to use her as my Agent. I have been insured with State Farm my whole life and I've been with this office for over 2 years. This office has always been able to help me with my insurance questions and when I had a fire at my house, Michelle came out herself to make sure everyone was alright! I couldn't have asked for a better agent! When you can't reach Michelle herself, I've found her team to be well trained and very informative about what all my coverages mean. After my insurance was raised by approximately $50 per month, I switched insurance companies before the renewal was due on April 21, 2017. In the beginning of August of 2017 I received a cancellation notice from State Farm for non-payment. Immediately checking my credit card, I realized that they have been billing me for 3 months at approximately $230 per month! When I called Michelle twitchell office to get a refund on these payments, I was told they have no record that I ever called and they could not give me a refund. I then called State Farm corporate, was referred to the complaint department, and then I had to talk with the "higher customer service" department. I was advised that they could do nothing for me in the way of a refund because the office doesn't have anything in their records. I argued that it could be human error, which she agreed to, however, no refund will be given! I thought State Farm was an extremely reputable company, even though their agent, Michelle Twitchell, I knew nothing about but I thought if there was a problem State Farm would stand behind their customers, which obviously is not the case! So buyers beware, as I'm sure State Farm is good, however, the office of Michelle Twitchell will NOT have your best interest at the forefront of their minds! read more
