Eli is one of the best barbers I know. I've been to multiple shops and there have only been a few barbers that stood out to me. At first I was scared off putted by his slow movements and honestly his age (just because I am so used to getting my cuts with 20 year olds)... BUT!!! ...but when he started talking to me about what I wanted I knew that he knew what he was doing. I ended up getting an undercut with a high bald fade with a hardline. His work on me was probably the most detail oriented and clean I have ever gotten from anyone. His customer service is also great, he really got to know me and who I am. And he also shared some stories about it. I make sure that when I go to the barber it's not only about the cut but the relationship you build with your barber. His prices are also good, when I went it was only $13 for a cut. I decided to give him $20 because he went above and beyond my expectations. He still tried to give me my change back but I insisted that he keep it because of his good work. read more

It's a comforting place, I give them that. Had a nice conversation with the dude cutting my hair and was hoping he did a good job, as this was my first haircut from them. The result, was horrendous. After I paid, I went to the bathroom, and contemplated my life choices. I went to my old barber and they fixed me up real good. all I asked for was a taper fade. I took my son here for a haircut and the guy did a very nice job. I recently moved to the area and do not have a clue where to go. I ended finding this place and had to call first to make sure how much they charged for a kids haircut as this other place before I came here, charged me $17! This place charged me $13 and they were very accommodating and very nice people. The guy took his time to cut my son's hair and did a great job! I am very please and would come back. However, their parking lot is very limited and assigned. May have to park a bit far if there is no parking in their assigned lot. read more

I'd recommend this place for kids and families . You don't need to worry about long waits and barbers who are rude and use profanity around your children. I have been taking my boy's to Elias for over a decade. After going to Nolo's & getting tired of the huge lines a friend of mine suggested Elias. As any other person I was quite skeptical in the beginning but figured whats the worse that could happen that I wont like it. This place is a little hole in the wall not quite the cleanest place around but what more can you expect from a barber shop. Elias the owner is very kind & sweet & he does an amazing job. He is attentive & really listens to his patrons. He is very polite and courteous with his customers. The first time he gave me a regular haircut which came out to only $12! I've been getting my hair cut here (along with my friends and grandpa) since the 80's! He's moved to his current address but is still in the same strip mall location. He has 3-4 barbers ready to take walk-in customers and the wait is never longer than a few minutes (unless it is very busy and you want Elias to cut your hair). His shop does high fades with razor and electric shaver, crew cuts, flat tops and other classic barber cuts and styles.
