He had to dig out part of the yard to find the leak. Like I said, this was not an easy job and Brandon did it like it was nothing. The final result was just tremendous. Lady over the phone called me back first thing Friday morning and said they could swing by between Noon-2 PM Friday. She was very friendly! Tech never showed up so I left a voice mail at their main number and also texted the appointment confirmation. No show, no call. I know the freeze kept them busy, but it takes just a few seconds to text or call a customer if another stop took longer than anticipated. Will update if they call me back today to reschedule.
