Eli's is the only auto body and collision shop I'll ever use! I've been to others in the mid Wilshire area and nobody compares. This is a multigenerational family run business and they treat you exactly that way; like you are family which comes with honesty and integrity. For my most recent visit to fix an area that had a hit and run to it, they were able to fix it quickly, they also cleaned up my bumper and polished other areas of my car that had nothing to do with this particular collision as well as my car was washed for me when I picked it up. I highly recommend them and they now have more than one location and hope they open one in the San Fernando Valley soon! read more

The absolutely most disgraceful auto repair center in LA. They screwed my mother over in 2016 BIG TIME. Long story short... They basically kept and stole her car. Even the insurance company couldn't believe that these guys were still in business. We got an investigator involved and even they said something really fishy was going on here. They use to have a lot more terrible reviews and one day a few years back they wiped all the negative reviews away. Must have hired someone to do it. Avoid these thieves at all cost. read more

There is not a single good attribute this business offers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. Generic BS responses via email explaining why they are taking 3 MONTHS to do a 2 week job. HORRIBLE BODY WORK- Amateur quality work, sprayed clear coated over rock chips, fish eyes all over the hood, significant swirl marks in the sun. DAMAGED MY CAR- Paint damage on driver's door B pillar area suggests someone had to break into my car while it was at Eli's. Also pictured is paint damage to a molding in the cowl area that was not there prior to dropping off the car. AVOID THIS SHITTY AND IRRESPONSIVE PLACE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. All right, where should I start I got into a little incident and had to replace driver side mirror on my MB EQS450. Called to Mercedes Benz Los Angeles and asked to connect me with their bodyshop. In 20 mins I got there so they could take pics to get an estimate. All right. All good. By default, I was thinking that I'll be dropping the car at MBDTLA and get a loaner directly from MB. Oh I was wrong... Ok, Artem (representative I was working with) offered Car Rental company they work with. What do you think? BMW X5 was exactly twice more expensive than Sixt. Twice. Tesla Model S $400 per day. I was like all right, such a great start. Then eventually, I had to get a rental from Sixt and drop off my MB at their shop right away. Since the place looked suspicious from the first glance..... (this is so interesting, on their website it says they have like a million body shops in Los Angeles area ‍. So I accidentally stopped by at their another place and what? Closed But yeah we gonna call it they are too big so cannot even hire that fast ‍ Ok, going back to their shop. I asked the guy at the desk if they can prove that they actually MB certified... He could not. Then we went to talk to his manager who said go to our website and read there, or go to MB website and find it there. What!? ‍ What if they just failed to renew certification? Right? After I got refused I left.... Now we come to the most interesting part: 1. They towed the car for calibration and MB put the latest firmware. As soon as I found out I directly called to Artem... he was not able to say pretty much anything. So, they just push the latest upgrade without even letting me know. I had to approve it first. You probably ask why? All right, this upgrade broke entire navigation and all Electrify America chargers gone from the map. Right next day I was driving to Vegas ‍. No navigation, no traffic info, no chargers. And it is bodies fault ‍ 2. They promised me that they gonna tow the car back Thursday afternoon from MB to their service and give it back to me Friday morning. I called Sixt rental company and said I gonna drop it off Friday. Then Friday evening I called Artem and he was like: oh, we could not tow it cuz our truck was busy. What!??? You couldn't just call any towing company and get a truck in 5 minutes? Well, no blah blah blah.... I asked Artem to escalate to have his manager to call me. He never did. A week after just sent me an email that stated: they do not care... 3. Sixt call me and said hey, you actually cannot keep this car and have to return it within an hour... OMG...I run there and had to make a new car rental ‍ Eventually I got my car back Monday at 5pm. read more

Xiomara is my hero ! Recently we were hit from behind on the 101 heading to an important event. It was dark, and i had no idea how bad the damage was. Ive brought cars to Eli's before so i knew this was the only place i wanted to take my daughters car. The process is not quick, waiting for the insurance adjuster to come, waiting for the parts, waiting for the adjuster to come agin to look at it disassembled etc. XIomara called me and emailed my twice a week with updates, She helped me with a rental car when the insurance maximum was hit on the one from my insurance. Excellent, excellent service from Eli's! I have never been in an accident before, but was rear-ended by the kid of a celebrity. The damage didn't LOOK bad, but I could tell it was probably more than just a dented bumper, by the way the trunk now was aligned. I called Eli's and they took care of everything for me. They arranged for a rental car (the rental car company came to pick me up), sent a truck to pick up my car and took care of all of the insurance aspects. In the end, the insurance company decided to total my car (with the help of Eli's representative). I was out of town, but Eli's was patient and gave me a few days to come get my personal belongings from my car. It's been released to the insurance company. Now I'm just awaiting my check! My insurance wanted to deem my SUV Salvage and Danny shamam and his team advocated for me with the insurance, since the insurance was ignoring my calls and had already send me a final check and asked for me to pick up my vehicle from Eli's. I am forever grateful since they supported me in keeping my title clean and repairing the vehicle and making this process stress free by weekly communicating with me via email or calls to let me know about the status. I'm very pleased with the outside rental car companies that they work with, since they also helped me with a luxury rental car for me to keep for the time of repairs. When Going to pick up my car today, I was Speechless!! It looks BETTER than when I bought it. (Certified BMW M4 convertible with a few Miles on it) My car looked great. But then someone side swiped it in a commercial parking lot. I was upset and angry. I decided to let Eli's collision handle the repairs, since they have an exquisite track record. First, this is not your average bodyshop. It doesn't get better than this! One location has compact cars and SUV's, the other only high end $$$ brands. And I've seen some of the wrecked cars!!! They come out... BETTER than new! Anyways... Long story short. It took a few weeks, especially during quarantine/covid-19 it's crazy, but they handled everything in a professional manner! Additionally, he exemplified integrity through his recommendation--something I wish I could say about most professionals in the car repair industry. He told me that they could do a full door panel replacement that would cost upwards of $1,000 but that it wasn't necessary given how minor the damage was. He gave me the contact info for a third party repair professional who they often contract for minor dents and scratches. I contacted him and he was able to meet me day-of, and for $150, my car looks brand new. I would absolutely trust Eli's Collision Repair for any future body repairs I need. After suffering from the repercussions of a stolen car, we are faced with a different criminal. In my opinion, much worse. Eil's Collision has had our car for 5 weeks and has yet to start work. After calling many times and getting the run around, we decided we had enough and demanded our car back. To get our car back, they told us we had to pay $142/day for storage, although we signed no contract, received no estimate and authorized no work. My husband with the police asked for his car back at the shop. Eli's said they would only release OUR car if he signed a NDA. WHAT?! Why would a body shop need a NDA? And how many times have they used it when customers (or non-customers) were unsatisfied? My guess... regularly. My husband signed "F$&% YOU!" Instead of his name on the NDA. He warned customers in the shop to leave. I believe he was doing a great service. He didn't want others to get trapped. My husband refused to sign the NDA so all of you can read this and RUN FAR AWAY FROM ELI'S!!!! There are so many honest fantastic body shops. There is absolutely no reason to come here! I can't help but wonder how many people signed ELI's NDA under duress because they needed their car to get to work the next day. I wonder if NDAs signed under duress would stand up in court? Read the REAL REVIEWS THE SINGLE STARS. The story didn't end there. I originally posted this review last week. The owner contacted my husband and offered a rental, $600 (for my husband's loss of workday) and no NDA in exchange we take down our YELP reviews. It didn't feel right but we wanted our car back and thought perhaps the owner was unaware of his employees' business practices. NOPE. The next day, the owner demanded a NDA. We said "No". The owner continued changing the agreement to the point we felt uncomfortable letting them do work on our car. Now, we are at week 6 and the owner said we have to pay $3000 to get our car back because we only want our car back and we refuse to take anything from him. We want the car we own back. It seems pretty straightforward to us. I guess it isn't when your business is trying to milk insurance companies and has shady business practices. I had an EXTREMELY BAD experience with this company! I am pretty sure all these 5 star reviews are fake! I can't believe someone can give even 2 star reviews for this company. If I had a choice of giving zero star review, I would. Long story short, I turned in my car because a minor accident what slightly messed up my front bumper. Believe me, it was nothing major at all! I got my car back (after constant complaints and every other day phone calls to Eli)... 3.5 months later! To my surprise, my car was sitting in their body shop for a month before they started doing something. My car was bounce back and forth between them and Porsche dealership after multiples complaints from me and my husband. They blamed dealership for everything including 3 moths delay, which is not true. Obviously these people don't know what they are doing. They are extremely slow and have no understanding that people who own any luxury car value their time, money and comfort. They have no clue that people who own Porsche pay a lot on monthly basis, so having my car in their body shop for 3.5 months was a major loss for me in terms of expenses and time! They will ask you to sign NDA, which is very shady! I am pretty sure they have much more unsatisfied customers than just some yelp reviews. They just can't say anything because of signed NDA. I'm fully insured and this has been my experience with Eli's I was in a fender bender, which after a diagnostic, resulted in my car needing some suspension repair. Eli's has now had to send my car back to the dealership TWICE for approval because they "overlooked" some damages. This makes me question the quality of the work this shop is doing. The repair has now been going on for 6+ weeks with no end in sight. Repairs took three months after an estimate of three weeks upon receipt of parts. Each week after that I was told: "we're looking at the end of next week for completion." It was unbelievable. I was also told that the mechanic forgot/was missing a part needed for repairs about 2.5 months into the process. This is the collision center that my Subaru dealership uses and recommends, so it is inconceivable to me that the repair process required as much time as it took. I was told "Your vehicle has moved out of the paint application stage and has moved into reassembly. We anticipate next week to finalize the reassemble stage" two weeks in a row, and when I pointed out that I was told the same thing a week prior, Eli's told me "I told you that your vehicle was in the paint/polish stage. Following would be reassembly. My latest update was just advising you we moved into the anticipated reassembly phase, I apologize for any misunderstanding." This was untrue and I pointed this out again, at which point Eli's representative agreed that she had been wrong and had given me the same update twice. I felt the entire time that my car was on the back burner, and that every email was an attempt to rationalize, rather than accurately explain, the staggering time taken for completion. I am a patient man, and the work done to my car seems to be top-notch repair work, but I would not wish this service upon anybody. read more

This was one if the worst body shops I have ever been to. Now I haven't been to many but of all the ones I have been to this is the worst. I brought my car to them because my dealer recommended them when the insurance recommended body shop would not pay for the branded glass I needed to be repaired. I needed about 2-3k in services so it was very minor. 7, yes 7 weeks later I got my car back. I kept going into the shop to get my car. They also assured me that they would pay the extra days that my insurance would not cover my rental. I have a signed contract from them that they would pay it and they did not. I also did not receive any apologies for the tardiness of the work. Why would a driveable car take so long to fix??? I drove it for two weeks before bringing it in so they would even have the parts. This was last year that this happened but I just got an email from them about them standing behind their service, its BS. Sorry but I am happy to cheer for good service but this was the worst. I have to get a lawyer to get the money they promised in writing since they don't seem to honor anything that they say. I hope that this saves someone trusting and bringing their car to this body shop and not get the same run around I did. And not have to pay out of pocket for a rental (insurance only covers 30 days) and pay for a car that is who knows where for 7 weeks. Please actually look around at body shops before dealing with some of them. Some pressure you for good reviews, I am assuming this one does also because my dealer apologized when I told them of my experience and also told me I was not the only one who had it there. I took my brand new Audi etron to Eli's after a stupid person damaged my back bumper. Eli is a certified Audi Collision repair center which gave me peace of mind to trust. They provided me with a quick quote and they were in communication with me throughout the entire process. The car came back completely fixed and looking brand new again. They are super expensive though, I had quoted other places and Eli's was by far one of the most expensive ones, but you do get what you pay for.
