This shop is beyond unprofessional. They tried to tell me the scratches on my car would only cost $28 to fix and told the adjuster that was an "accurate" estimate. When I checked with other shops, I got real quotes between $200-$650 for the exact same damage. Never once asked to go see it in the sun more thoroughly. checked it while it was inside of garage. These are pictures from the actual day, The accident happened the car swiped my door with its mirror. It's obvious they're just working with AAA to lowball people and not giving honest estimates. Definitely not a shop I'd trust with my car. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I guess they'll only help you if you keep your car there and do the repairs there. read more

Getting into my first accident was not easy but thankfully Premium Collision had me covered. While I was unable to use insurance to cover the cost, the team was very helpful in finding a payment method that would help. Honestly, the reviews kept my hopes up, pretty sketched out that everyone who reviews it said they got their mirror fixed for free, I don't think that's true and could be bots trying to up this place. This place, the people acted so Hollywood and ignored me for so long that I just left. The girl acknowledged me when I came in and said I'll be next, but literally 2 people came in after me and they took them first. Literally either racist or acting full of themselves. I recently had a small out-of-pocket repair done on my car at this shop. The work was done well, my car looks great, and I appreciated their flexibility with scheduling and quick turnaround. That said, I left unsure about their billing practices. I was quoted 2 hours of labor, but the repair only took about 30 minutes. When I asked about the difference, they said I was still being charged for the full 2 hours because they had "prioritized" my job. Before I agreed to the repair, they'd mentioned they could do it quickly while I waited, but never hinted it might cost more or that there was a minimum charge. Honestly, finishing faster should benefit them by freeing space for other customers. I understand the need for efficient scheduling, but charging for time not worked and calling it "prioritization" feels like being penalized for their own choice. Estimates should reflect real projections of the work needed, not a flat minimum regardless of time spent. A fairer approach would've been to bill for actual time or explain their policy upfront, especially since I wasn't using insurance. On the positive side, the technician did a quick 15-minute touch-up at no extra cost, which I appreciated--it shows they care about the final result. Still, the labor billing issue remains. For anyone paying out of pocket: make sure you're crystal clear on the pricing terms before agreeing to the work. read more

Long Rant but consider reading before choosing them for repairs! I wish this review could have been different but I am 100% disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that was done on my car. I chose this Collision center based on my insurance's recommended list for in network centers. I read the first couple of reviews and thought my car would be in good hands and I was wrong. I waited 32 days to get my car back the first time they took it back and did more work after it wasn't fully Fixed the first time. I was being told my alignment wasn't passing so they needed more time upon receiving my car back after 2 months of them having it and going back and forth. I've now had my car back for 2 months, my alignment still pulls to the left and my car is still making a noise in the undercarriage. They tried to tell me it was my motor mounts and my insurance wouldn't cover it so I had those replaced and my car still makes a noise while driving and turning! When I called and told them about the noises in my undercarriage still I was told my car "has to get used to the new parts". So now I'm having to pay to have more money to have work done on my car that they should have fixed while charging my insurance over 14k for repairs that were not done properly! The mechanic that is working on my car said where ever I took my car did the sloppiest job they've seen on suspension work! This has been a nightmare and they should have done better. Save your self time, money and a headache. Go elsewhere they will bill your insurance an outrageous amount of money and not even properly fix your car. read more

Well, it finally happened. After a series of small touch up, the day arrived where I got some road rash on my vehicle and needed a bigger job done. And Premium Collision Center delivered and then some. I thought the damaged part of my vehicle would need to be replaced, but lo and behold, they were able to make the existing part look like new! Not only did they work with me on the pricing (beating out all other local shops), but they also did another minor repair for me free of charge. And perhaps the best part was the efficiency and professionalism of everything from start to finish. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday morning and was told it would be ready by Friday. To my surprise, the vehicle was ready in under 24 hours, AND I got my Uber rides between PCC and my home covered. And best of all, they gave my car an exterior detail/wash in the process! My car had been hit by a vehicle in a parking lot somewhere and scraped the side. I thought it wouldn't be that much of a repair and was shocked to find out the estimate. As I have Progressive insurance it was a little bit different process getting estimates and Jack the owner of Precision guided me through it and made it easy to understand (even though he mansplains a bit and interrupts women I found). Lila the assistant was super helpful too! They were also a few extra things that needed to be repaired and he went to bat for me with Progressive and got the extra items approved. The quality of the work was outstanding and that's what really matters. Not only that but they had told me to work might take 11 to 14 days and it was done in 9, even with the additional work they got authorized - which was Fantastic!. I had a moment of insanity and thought that I (with zero experience) could use a repair kit I bought on Amazon to fix it myself. Thankfully I did not follow through with that plan after becoming overwhelmed just trying to figure out what sand paper to use on my new vehicle. I saw the incredible reviews Premium Collision has and stopped in. Nick used the kit I had with the exact color match and fixed it for free! It only took about 20 minutes and he fit me in on a very busy day. You can barely tell anything happened now. You'd have to be looking for it and I knew to 100% fix it, I would have to replace the entire panel for thousands of dollars. Premium Collision Center is the absolute opposite of this; Hans worked tirelessly to get my car fixed, which included ordering parts from several other countries. He is, hands down, the most compassionate and knowledgeable auto body repair specialist I've ever worked with and PCC as a whole is incredible. They're friendly, they're not only fair but they are genuinely concerned about your needs. (Hans was always in excellent touch via email and phone calls, even checking in after my car had been repaired.) In short, I can't imagine ever using another shop for my repairs.
