The guy didn't block the vent when he painted the garage, he sprayed the paint through it which cause paint all over my stuff stored in there. They did come back and patch those spots but I'm sure there will be more. The awnings did not get painted on the top and the bottom. It was just sprayed once on the top. If you have specific needs for your home, make sure that everything you want done is put in writing, and that the costs are all listed There was also NO longevity guarantee for the work. His two man crew were so nice and both with 20yrs experience. The job was done at a lower cost than others and in as much as half the time quoted because they knew what they were doing, and the houses in our neighborhood have quite fiddly exteriors. He provided a very reasonable price and quality work. He was responsive and easy to work with. The team did a thorough job prepping the area and making sure they were as clean as possible. They covered the ground/house and taped up all necessary areas nicely. A power wash of the entire house was done a couple days before painting. We also had a leak (last year) on one area of our roof which caused mold to form on some of the wood, but Sam was able to power wash and apply a chemical after to treat it.
