Problem: Cement tiles roof leak over garage. Several Yelp's 4* plus referrals, all agreed problem was from 'valley' partial blockage from debris leading to water diversion and deterioration of underlayment. Recommendations varied widely, from localized to whole house underlay removal and replacement (remove and reinstall old tiles). Decided to go with replacing whole length metal 'valley' and adjacent underlay. Carlos bid price was around the middle but he came across as knowledgeable, pleasant and flexible. The work was performed by a three men crew (that included Carlos), all worked hard, completing the project in a reasonable time, other than a brief 'hiccup' that was corrected without rancor.
