Had an oil change done they left me over a half of a quart of synthetic oil short. They never checked my wiper blades or my air cleaner even though the bill said they put in five and a half quarts of oil they put in maybe five bill said they checked the wipers andthe air filter they absolutely did not. It's weird it's a oil change place and they can't even do that right, it's not like they're trying to rebuild a transmission. it's basically putting the pickle on the hamburger and they messed that up!!! i love this shop ! i drive from centerville to get my oil changed on bmw. they are fast and efficient. the guys there are totally respectful. not sure why some people didnt rate them higher. read more

Vandalia Ohio location is great! They work hard to get you in and out quick, but do a great job!

I've been coming here for oil changes for 9 months now, and EVERY TIME the crew greets me with a smile. Very knowledgeable staff, won't push you into purchasing unnecessary services. Regardless how busy they are, it's always a quick and friendly service. They're truthful in their advertising, "we don't give you time to miss your car!" I will always recommend this location. I'm pretty sure it's now a Penzoil owned location, not sure if it's still considered National Auto Lube anymore. read more

I've been going here for nearly 20 years for oil changes. The past few times I've noticed my oil light coming on in my car very soon in between changes. At first we thought maybe the car was burning oil but this last time it started coming on only a month after it was changed. We had the car inspected and checked over and found that it is not burning oil AND that I was 4 quarts low (my car only holds 5). Clearly we have been getting shorted on our oils changes! read more

Havent been here in quite a while. The last time I was here I asked for my fluids to be topped off. Left and tried to use my windshield wiper fluid and it was still empty. Today my sister and mom went there for an oil change, by the time they were down the street the engine light came on. They stopped at the gas station down the road to fill up, and then truck wouldnt start. They dont do shit here, I doubt they even changed the oil. read more

This was ontly my 3rd time visiting this location. I was there a few years ago, last month, and again today after driving over 3000 miles while on vacation over the last 10 days. The same guy that took care of me last month was there again today. He does a great job and has wonderful customer service skills. However there is a young boy there, late teens maybe early 20s that needs to be watched. Last month I watched in the mirrors as he walked around my car "pretending to put air in my tires." I even told the the other guy that I thought I had a low tire and he told me not to worry that they will check it. Back to the young boy, he walked around my car, stopping at each tire, squating beside each tire and acting like he was doing something. Mind you I had valve caps on each wheel and he never removed a single valve cap. Air cannot be put in the tires without taking off the caps. After I left the building I went ahead and went to Speedway and put air in myself. I didnt say anything, because this is supposed to be a free service and the boy was entirely to busy playing on his phone to be bothered to put air in the tires. I would not want to disturb that. Which brings me to today. I had already stopped to air up my tires a couple days ago because I was traveling. Today I went to get my oil changed again, the same nice man greeted me and was patient with my barking dog that accompanied me to get my oil changed. He set me up for my oil changed, took my payment, gave me a new sticker for my windshield and made small talk for a few minutes. Meanwhile, the young boy once again wondered around my car pretending to put air in my tires, today I wanted to say, "you actually have to put the air hose on the valve to put air in, oh and make sure you take the cap off." However, I didn't say a word, I figured the management staff hear either doesn't care that he gets paid to play on his phone and to fake doing his job. That's none of my business. Work ethic, the boy has none!!! Moral of this story....if you are in need of air in your tires and the young boy is there make plans to stop elsewhere to get your air, because he is not doing his job. A message to the boy, people are watching and even though it is a free service, some day, someone is going to call you out on your fake crap. Other than the boy issue, this is a wonderful place with great people. I will be back in a few months, however, I will plan on getting my air elsewhere. read more

Don't go here. They've fucked up two of my cars. The first one completely locked up and stopped working the day they "changed" my oil. As for the second car, I went there, and just a couple hours after I left my oil light came back on. They have garbage service, asshole employees, and are extremely overpriced for what you get. read more

After an oil change at the Mansfield Ohio location, I had 3 warning malfunction lights come on. Took to mechanic they used the wrong filter and oil in my car. Almost locked up my engine. Was horrible service. Very disappointed in this business read more

Do not use this place! Had them add an oil additive to a VW Beetle and the service "kid" over-filled the oil reserve by almost a quart and a half. On top of that...the drain plug had a cork washer that keeps the oil from leaking around the plug. They lost that, now I have a leak which it has never had before...and oil spots on my driveway. By over-filling the reserve, I got a check engine light with a P0420 code right from the catalytic. As if that was not enough.... they broke the exhaust heat shield and now it rattles beneath the car. All of this in one visit. Now I will need to find out why I'm getting the code, fix the heat shield, maybe by a new O2 sensor, and drain the oil I just had changed to replace the plug washer and then refill with new oil. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Do not use these people. read more
