had twice were they messed up on work on my car. both time they argued that it was other thing that…read morecaused it and was not there fault. first was simple they were to replace the head light when they got done the head light was way out of alignment. took it back to get it adjusted they say that the whole light assembly was bad and needed to take it to a body shop since the whole assembly was bad and needed replaced. took it to another shop they said the bulb was only half put in the seated it fully was fine. this time took in for oil change left there shop car started clattering and stopped. called them they told me that this car had a lot of defective engines and it was not there problem. took it to dealer for them to look at it they said the oil filter was half on, the drain plug was about to fall out and there was only 1 quart of oil in the engine.

I went into the store on February 12, and spoke to one of the service technicians regarding my…read morejeep. I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. He finally got somebody to call me back and it's very frustrating when this sort of thing happens. All people should know if you can't get through on the phone just call corporate to get help!

I've been in the customer…read moreservice industry before and I would have done everything in my power to make a situation right, however, Mike at the Englewood location has been placing blame on everyone but who is accountable- his employees. I took my vehicle in for service and paid for spark plug and ignition coil replacements. After the repair, I drove the car less than 200 miles before leaving town for a family bereavement. The vehicle then sat unused for several days. When I attempted to drive it again, multiple warning lights came on and I had the vehicle towed to a different Grismer. I was told by the Hilliard Grismer that the transmission was bad. I was shocked that such a major issue was either missed during the initial inspection or not communicated to me before I spent a significant amount of money on repairs. As a traveling nurse, reliable transportation is essential for my livelihood. Had I known the true condition of the vehicle, I would have used that money toward replacing the car instead of investing in repairs. Now I am left without dependable transportation and without the funds I could have applied toward another vehicle. What has been most frustrating is the lack of assistance from management regarding my concerns and request for reimbursement. I ultimately sought a second opinion, and the Grismer location in Hilliard identified issues that the Dayton location failed to address- metal shavings in my transmission. Despite these discrepancies, the company has refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. My advice is to get a second opinion from a real reputable company before authorizing expensive repairs. Based on my experience, I do not feel that the vehicle was properly evaluated, and I was left paying for repairs that did not resolve the underlying problems. On top of it all, they convinced me to finance with a third party adding hundreds of dollars to the final cost. To say this has been a horrible experience in my life is an understatement- now I'm without a car.
