They explained there is a diagnostic fee but it will be waived if problem is under warranty. After about an hour they came back with the problem. The transmission! Thank goodness I brought it here. They gave me a rental until my car is repaired. So far so good. Friendly service and knowledgeable mechanics. Update: The transmission was replaced And the car is back in working order. Of course a month later my car door starts making a noise that sounds like I'm losing operation when I lock it. Then my rear end was making a clunking noise and lastly my heat wentI called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in within a few days. I really dislike going to car dealerships but I have to say these people are a pleasure to deal with. They are friendly and honest. Most of all they are willing to deal with a warranty company which I know sometimes is not very enjoyable. Again I highly recommend them.

He told salesperson to tell me not to come back she showed me the text on her phone. I asked to speak to Owner and Joe called me and told me I will never speak to owner. Buyer Beware this guy is rude and dishonest. I wish I never bought a Car from this company. Also if you want to pay cash they will charge you more. They Fired John Pina the Best GM I ever met after I Bought my 2025 Kicks last August. I may go see John at VW and trade my Nissan I do not want a daily reminder of this dealership. Being Loyal to this company is a waste of time. Joseph J.

Polished and Professional! We recently purchased a vehicle…read morethrough Raul and the experience was fantastic. He was straightforward and made us feel completely comfortable, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealers we visited. We knew exactly what we were looking for when we walked in, and they had a 'Sold' sign on the car for us in less than 30 minutes. The process moved quickly without the typical back-and-forth games we experienced at larger franchised dealerships in the area. We are so glad we found Raul--they have definitely earned our repeat business. Plus their service department is very efficient. We received three free oil changes and tire rotations were a great added bonus!

On October 17, 2025, I saw a 2014 BMW M5 listed on CarGurus for $27,664, and I even received a…read moreconfirmation email showing that same price. Drove over an hour to go see this car. When I arrived at the dealership, the window sticker said $35,000, and I was told the online price was "with a trade-in." I spoke with the sales manager about the price difference, and he told me "CarGurus makes the prices." That's completely false. I work at a dealer/repair shop, and I know the dealer controls its own pricing, not CarGurus. According to CarGurus' own Dealer Pricing Policy, dealers are required to list the full cash price available to any buyer, and prices cannot be conditional on a trade-in, down payment, or special financing. CarGurus also clearly states in their Terms of Use that they do not set or control dealer pricing, the dealer provides the numbers. Within just a few hours of my visit, the listing price on CarGurus changed to $30,988. That's deceptive. This kind of pricing behavior is dishonest and it's illegal. Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A - the Consumer Protection Act, it's unlawful for a business to use false, deceptive, or misleading advertising to bait customers with one price and then raise it later. That's called bait-and-switch advertising, and it's a direct violation of consumer law. Buyers beware: if a dealer lies about pricing, imagine what happens once you're signing papers. Transparency and honesty should be the bare minimum when you're spending tens of thousands of dollars.

Was called into the office and to stand by the door and someone would be with you soon. No other customers in the service area nor any cars in the bay. I was brought over to a desk (service advisor) asked some questions and he want out to the car. Came back in and told me i was due for oil change and tire rotation. (up sell) I advised I had recently got tires and wanted an oil change and showed him the coupon. All good, an hour plus went by. I was standing inside the service area and asked if the car was ready for I just needed an oil change. Just then a service person drove in, I noticed he did not have any plastic with him and saw how dirty he was. I protested the cost of the oil change $80. said I had a coupon for $69. well thats without service fee, shop fee, hazmat fee. So a $69 oil change is $80. Went out to car and left because I was not happy. got home and noticed front drivers seat was dirty. I had just had it cleaned mind you. Also I checked the Transmission fluid and was down a quart. So much for topping off all fluids, I wouldn't have minded paying for a quart. Text the service advisor about the seats and haven't heard back. Would not recommend the service department at all. Its a wonder why Jiffy lube is always full. NOT a HAPPY customer.

After buying five cars in the past 25 years here and being a loyal service customer for years,…read moreToyota of Dartmouth has lost my business. During a recent inspection, I was condescendingly accused by staff--specifically Gary Christy--of "painting" my license plate. Despite finding photos in the past 5 years that the plate looked the same (and they passed it previously), Service Manager Nick Oliveira offered no apology for the accusations. This follows a separate incident last year when they tried to fail me for needing new tires! Brought to another Dealership and they passed stating the tires still had another 15k miles ended up getting almost 1 year more on those tires. Nick Oliveira insisted that they use caution when completing stickers but why did another dealership pass and provide sticker. Don't they all have the same standards? All they had to do was apologize but all Nick Oliveira seemed to want to do was prove me wrong. Please if you use this dealership make sure you question everything. Unfortunately I gave them a second chance.

A different dealership discovered the issue and Dartmouth Toyota was difficult to get a response from and ultimately did not take responsibility for the error. Mistakes happen, but it was disappointing that after much discussion, pictures, and video, (all from another Toyota dealership) they kept finding excuses to not take responsibility. I would not take my car here again.
