This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've had…read more We were referred to this dealership by Kelley Blue Book when looking to sell our 2009 Nissan Murano. Viktoryah initially contacted me and scheduled the visit. I had mentioned to her that KBB asked me to take photos of the vehicle using their app, and I offered to do so and send them in advance--clearly showing the peeling paint, scratches, and other cosmetic imperfections. My intention was to be fully transparent so we could determine ahead of time whether the dealership would even be interested, potentially saving us an unnecessary trip. She told me that wouldn't be necessary since we'd be coming in person. When we arrived, Vince greeted us and said a manager would inspect the vehicle. We were told (by Viktoryah) that the process would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up taking nearly 50 minutes. Viktoryah had also mentioned that after the inspection, they would make a "competitive cash offer" that we could accept on the spot. At no point was it communicated that the vehicle could simply be deemed ineligible. After waiting almost an hour, the manager came over, did not introduce himself, and simply stated that the vehicle was "ineligible." That was it--no explanation, no discussion. Had they reviewed the photos I initially offered to send, this outcome could have been anticipated, saving us time and effort. Additionally, there was no attempt to explore alternatives, such as a trade-in option, in case we were interested in purchasing another vehicle. To be clear, my frustration is not about them declining to purchase the vehicle. It's about the lack of transparency and the time wasted due to poor communication and unclear expectations. As first-time sellers, we relied on the information provided and expected a more straightforward process. Based on my experience, the dealership failed to set proper expectations and did not demonstrate a customer-focused approach.

Understand that going to a dealership is always going to be more expensive than mom and Pop shops, but they do everything right. The technicians have better training. They're also more likely to pick up trends on your vehicle if the brand matches the dealerships (i drive a ford). They'll also have a higher likelihood of discovering recalls and warranty replacements. Tim was my service guy. He was always in good communication with me, super easy to talk to, and honest. He not only ensured that the thread was repaired, but the other two spark plugs were replaced. He also gave me advice for an ongoing issue that I had going on with my car. He seems like he genuinely cares, and is knowledgeable. I grew up working in car dealerships (mom was a parts manager and I worked every day over summers from age 8-17), and developed a good radar for good service guys. I don't like a majority of the ones I've met over the years across the country, but I do trust Tim.

While no car buying experience is fun when you are relieving yourself of tens of thousands of dollars, Mike Ezekiah and their manager were able to put together the deal and in the end I left very happy. I would definitely keep them in the mix for future purchases, they clearly earned my business (but always get numerous quotes to get the best deal).

I've had the misfortune to require repair work on two cars over the last two summers. Based on…read moreConcord Auto Body Shop's reputation we took our Jeep Grand Cherokee for an estimate last summer and were hoping to have it scheduled for repair while we were away for a 2 week summer vacation out west. Concord Auto Body was extremely busy, but Pete was very accomodating and said he could fit us in while we were away on vacation. We were kept informed on the progress and any additional potential work while we were gone. While still away we were informed that the car was ready and we could pick it up when we returned. The Jeep looked perfect when we arrived to pick it up. The car was also immaculately cleaned which was a bit unexpected. Considering we have two young kids it was a very nice sight to see the car look brand new on the inside and out! In June of this year we had to take my BMW 3 series in for a minor scrape on the front left fender/bumper area. I was dreading the potential cost of this one because a family member had scraped the car with his car and we were not handling through insurance. I feared the worst in terms of damage cost even though the damage didn't look "that bad". Again, we arrived at Concord Auto Body on the verge of a trip to the Delaware coast for a week and were hoping we could get fit in while we were gone. Pete, again was extremely accomodating and said they would fit us in. He gave us an extensive review of what would need to be done to fix the damage including several potential addtional significant costs that might be incurred depending on what was found underneath the bumper and the various sensor for park distance, etc. We were again kept informed throughout from the call a week in advance of our drop off as a friendly reminder and during our trip to inform us what was done and when the car would be ready for pick up. Upon our return yesterday, the car was sitting there waiting for us. The car looked perfect like it just came off the show room floor of the dealership. Pete and the crew inside were extremely friendly and we joked around about how my Dad still wouldn't be invited over for Thanksgiving for damaging my car. As I got into the car, I was again floored by how clean the car was on the inside as well as the perfect fix on the outside. I genuinely felt like I was driving a brand new car again! Thanks Pete and everyone at Concord Auto Body Shop. You do fantastic work! I hope I never have to see you again, but if I'm in need of repair work in the future, I will definitely be seeing you!
