This place is such an awesome resource to have in the neighborhood! I've been coming here for years now for various projects, and it has always been a pleasure doing business with them. I've found the staff to be especially knowledgeable and friendly (special shout out to Nathan who epitomizes the best in customer service and tech support). I appreciate that they keep a stock of all those silly adapters, cables, dongles and doodads that you don't know you need until you do, AND that they sell them for completely reasonable prices, unlike, you know, Best Buy... Same thing when it comes to peripherals and monitors, etc. - as well as rebuilt computers (laptops, desktops, servers). I've purchased a couple systems from them over the years, and the prices are always terrifically reasonable based on the specs and components you're getting. And even more importantly, they stand behind their work completely, even after you've walked out the door with it. Finally, when it comes to troubleshooting computer troubles, they've always been fast, friendly and fair. I've never walked out of there without feeling like I just got a heck of a bargain. I had an older desktop computer that was starting to slow down. I called and spoke to Joseph. He asked me to bring it in so he could check it out at no charge. My PC was acting up with a lot of-problems. Was looking around for a decent PC shops in my area. Couldn't find one in my area until I found these guys on Yelp with a high review rate. So I gave them a shot. Took it in and these guys knew there stuff. The staff their were very knowledgeable. After I took it in. For like a week they were troubleshooting to figure out what was going on with my computer. And it turns out my power supply was fried. So they quoted me on a power supply to replace it. Went with a better one. I also had them deliver my PC during my difficult health problems. They rarely deliver but they can accommodate under different circumstances. I highly recommend these guys. Because for one it's not shady like the other PC shops, they are completely honest & very knowledgeable of what they're talking about especially with PC parts. Overall I'll go with these guys for all my pc needs. Hell I might have them help me build my future gaming PC. read more

Was having an IRQL Stop problem with Windows 10 - They asked me to show them what was happening - they did some scans, took off the shell and did some hardware checks - removed Malware and other unnecessary programs I've collected in the last few years - They were VERY thorough - in a little less than an hour my machine was working great. They are really good at what they do - and when I took my wallet out to pay them - they said no charge. Joe and his crew are the best. If you are in the South Bay area - This is the shop to go to. I was concerned about my Gaming Laptop (Acer Predator) fans being broken and I would have to purchase a brand new laptop or it would cost a lot to get them replaced. Not only did I call to get an accurate reasonable quote but I brought my computer in and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it without replacing the fans saving me from unnecessary expenses. Just left after coming in to have husband's computer checked out. Simply wasn't turning on. We were debating paying a big name place hundreds just to do a diagnostic or even give up and buy a new computer all together. For someone like my husband, his computer is his 'baby' and he's put a lot of money, love, sweat and tears into building his own PC for gaming.
