There are no towels or blankets which can keep bacteria. Tania is also very professional! She took her time and understood how painful it is for me (red heads feel more pain, it's science!). When I showed up, laura noticed that I had volume lashes vs classic. I've only been getting my lashes done for about 2 months so I didn't know the difference. She explained explained to me the difference between the two and told me she didn't want me to be disappointed because I was used to the volume. She suggested a couple people who could do the volume lashes for me and even called them to see if they could fit me in before I left for vacation. I was absolutely blown away by her honesty and customer service level. I ended up having her do a removal of my old lashes and a complete classic set. She was so sweet and a great conversationalist. She asked so many questions about what I wanted and we looked at pictures online together to make sure she had a clear understanding of my expectations. I chalked the first few visits up to "growing pains", but I'm moving on and you should too. Driving to Boulder (20+ mins) is worth it for higher quality customer service. PROS: - Waxing in the City HANDS DOWN has the best products and wax. It does the job, while leaving your skin super soft. - Online scheduling makes life easier when you're looking for a quick beauty treatment. CONS: - There is no one ANYWHERE to greet you. I totally get business expenses, online check-in, technology-led options. This all makes sense. But when you can literally hear the waxers in the back chit-chatting and no one greets you after 15 minutes, that's ridiculous. On 07/01, I waited 20 minutes before anyone even came out to see if I was ready. That's 15 minutes past my scheduled appt time (a service that wouldn't have taken more than 15 mins - yes, I arrived 5 minutes early). Other locations in the front range have this same set up, but you NEVER wait this long. - If you call, the phone rings to an empty office. Thinking something was off, I called the phone number to the location from the lobby - - which led to an open/empty office that I could see from the waiting room. No one answered the phone or even paid attention to it. - They're not setting their waxers up for success. It isn't the girls' fault that this setup is in place. If you have all the time in the world to just hang out in their lobby unattended, try this location. Otherwise, the drive to Boulder is my full recommendation. Note: After this "appointment" that never was, I drove 20 minutes to Boulder and had the most lovely appointment with the WTC-Boulder team.
