Amazing work from Elite Custom Cabinetry. My spouse and I decided to build a faux built-in library in our house and after assembling the bookcases and securing them to the wall, we realized we are in a bit over our head. After a quick Yelp search, we came across Elite Custom Cabinetry and Fidel was able to see what was already done and listened to what I wanted to do. He quickly understood what was needed, listened for any design input, even provided some options with regards to trim styles to be installed in between each bookcase. On the day of installation, just a few hours went by and the crown molding, various pieces of trim, and nearly perfectly matching baseboards were installed. Lots of little bits here and there were considered to truely give the appearance of a built-in library. The work was perfect, especially given where the starting line was. When the work was done, their clean up was so good, not a piece of dust was left behind. On top of everything, pricing was very reasonable. For the work that was done, the cost was very fair. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone looking to complete a bookshelf/library project. You continued to mask the mistakes your company made and essentially stopped all communication with us when we asked you to provide us with what we paid for or refund us so we could get someone to fix the end cap. Seeing that you won't communicate with us directly, I have to come here. What you placed on our end cap is not the same quality of wood as the mis-measured piece you originally installed, and you know it. What we paid for was expensive and is the reason why you are not willing to make it right as you promised. We paid you over $50,000 and we should not have the crap finishing work shown in the pics and synthetic skin you placed to up cover your mistakes. We have a tiny kitchen and limited cabinets. Plus, my being under 5 feet tall, I couldn't reach about half the shelves of our cabinets. We thought a pantry would be a great idea. There's space below the stairs that we thought would be perfect because it was right across the kitchen. We asked for a bid from another company but their estimate seemed quite high, and it didn't even include demolition fees. We obtained an estimate from Elite Custom Cabinetry (ECC) that seemed reasonable given the amount of work involved. We wanted three doors with several drawers behind each door. They assured us that this was possible. They provided us with photos of similar work for other clients. We decided to use ECC. The photos show the final product. But what they don't tell are (1) how beautifully the colors of the doors matched the rest of the existing wall, (2) the high quality of the pull-out drawers, (3) that each drawer has a slow-close feature, (4) that each door has a push-close feature so cabinet handles are not needed, and (5) the entire construction feels solid and quality of workmanship is exceptional. As for the actual installation, they scheduled a single day for demolition and installation. Demolition was done professionally by hanging plastic draping completely around the work area to minimize dust to other areas. They had constructed and finished the cabinets in their shop. So once demolition was completed, they slid the cabinetry into the area under the stairs. They were done within a half day. Easy peasy. We're thrilled with all the extra space in our pantry. Our kitchen is less cluttered and I'm able to reach everything. A delight from beginning to end. read more

We were very impressed with Victor and team. Not only was their quote lower than some others in the area but the quality of work is very very good- check out our pictures! The came to measure for our custom cabinets 2x and worked closely with us on email to update plans/drawings to ensure we were all on the same page. Build out took 3 weeks or so and when they came to our house to install it took 2-3 days. We had one area we felt wasn't 'right' (how we wanted it), we discussed it and they went back to redid it. Returning 2 days later to complete the install - VERY much appreciate making us happy here and again, the work is stellar. The cabinets look amazing, the finish is very clean, shelves are adjustable. The corner we wanted usable turned out well and the fireplace new finish and tile look amazing. They even moved a wall switch to ensure the new cabinets could work in our space. Two of my upper cabinets were pulling away from the wall. I called Elite Custom Cabinetry, they saw the problem and reattached the cabinets that were pulling away from the wall with the proper hardware and went around to all the other upper cabinets and reinforced them so I would not have future problems with the other cabinets. They were polite and covered the flours and counters to protect them while working. They cleaned up very good afterwards. I recommend them if you need work on your cabinets. read more

I am very happy to write this fantastic review for Elite Cabinetry and the entire team, including Fidel and Victor. These guys are the real deal. A local company run by skilled craftsmen. Fidel and Victor took my design and turned it into real cabinets, to the exact specs that we wanted. They even custom built a hidden "drawer-in-drawer" system simply using pictures I sent them of Ikea's system. I used Elite to install the cabinets as well, and also had them do other general contracting work (plumbing, gas lines, demo, electric, etc). The advantage was I did not have to shop around for a variety of contractors and I did not have to use an expensive general contractor. Their pricing was very fair, and when we ran into some hurdles (there will always be hurdles), they handled it cordially and professionally. We worked in tandem with them to design our kitchen around a rather peculiar floor plan. With their experience and our vision, the kitchen came out exactly as expected.
