It was what the called a snap on.   That was over 6 years ago.  At the time the warranty was 10 years, it has since been reduced to 5 years.  Since the implants have not been bearing weight they have gone bad.  Though the dentist has said they will honor the warranty the new manager has decided that a missing implant on the bottom is causing the top appliance to break.  Called this morning to verify my appointments and was told they would not see me unless I paid money to extract the implants.  Informed the receptionist that I wound be there at one for someone to explain how a missing implant on the bottom caused damage to the top denture.  I arrive at one inform the receptionist that I am here and she said she will notify the manager.  Meanwhile there is another patient that is complaining about how bad the service is.  We talked about how there was an almost complete turnover of personnel. I'm called back to the desk and told the manager is busy.  Which is odd because I've only seen one person go back.  I leave my number with the receptionist.  Needless to say he never called.  The takeaway from this is that they would not see someone with a cracked denture.  The manager wouldn't even meet or call me.  If you don't mind poor patient care and shoddy work this is the place to go.  If you want to be treated like a person then find another place. Yelp why are you hiding the negative reviews at the bottom? This is serious dealing with people's health.
