I went here with a friend and got a 30 minute reflexology foot massage. We just walked in and were the only people there on a Wednesday around 5. There were comfy beds to lay in, and soothing music played in the background. At the end I was worried because I didn't think to bring any cash for a tip, but you can tip on a card. Why I say that is because i ended up getting a massage and it was bad and i got so many minutes. This was an interesting experience. It doesn't SEEM like anything shady is going on here, but I'm skeptical of any place like this that is open until 10 pm (especially when it's tucked away in a little strip mall)... I got a 30-minute reflexology massage, and I enjoyed it. 15 minutes on each foot, and it was both a foot massage and sort of pressing on what must be some kind of pressure points. It was relaxing, and I would consider getting a longer massage next time. However, there are other places in the area that have just as good of reviews but with slightly cheaper prices, so I will probably try a different place next time. read more

I'm really confused at all of the good reviews. My husband and I were looking for last minute massages and everywhere else was booked. We live close to here so we figured we would try it given the reviews. The good: They were definitely great fitting us in last minute and being accommodating in that way. The prices are great. My husband said his massage was good so maybe it was just my girl. The not good: I've had a lot of massages, and I'm used to the normal things or variations that end up happening. My girl just pressed on my body a lot with hard pressure. I told her medium pressure. There was a lot of elbows. I was cringing and tightening up during some of it and it was very uncomfortable. She straddled me and I've never had that happen before. She also massaged my butt a lot and maybe that's a thing you do, but I've never had that happen before during a massage. Not my thigh, my literal but cheeks. This all would have been enough for me to not go back and no need for bad review. The bad review comes from her being on her phone consistently throughout my massage. She would put it down on my table and I could hear and feel it buzzing while I'm trying to relax. She would massage one hand and have her phone in the other. She left at some point for 4 minutes and came back with a phone charger and was scrambling around making a ton of noise. She ultimately put on a video which I could hear for the rest of the massage. I went to pay and I decided to not leave the normal tip I would leave as a result. She turned her sign around and showed me their requested tips and I told her she was on the phone most of the time so it's not worth the service. She said okay and pressed some buttons like she was cancelling out whatever she entered. I'm very disappointed with service that's being provided. The employee was inexperience and ill-trained, and was unable to communicate English. First of all, she did not massage all parts of the body that are listed with the service (neglecting my arms, legs, and back). She refused to massage the other neglected areas, stating that it's not a part of the service. I had to literally point it out on the price list (gigantic poster on the wall), as she escorted me to the front to pay. She told me to lie back down and she rushed through the parts that she initially neglected. Secondly, she massaged my knee caps (shifting them from right to left) while I was on my back and because of her lack of training, I'm now experiencing some discomfort in my knee area. Thirdly, she didn't know how to work the card reader and overcharged me. Her co-worker asked if it was okay to just leave it as is, and when I requested that they cancel that transaction and start over with the correct amount, she was annoyed. There is a completely different staff there now. Over the years, the service has declined, and my latest visit was a bad experience. The prices are cheaper and it's close to home, but the service has really deteriorated. I pay for a massage to relieve stress, not add stress. In the future, I will just pay more at a facility with a well-trained masseuse and better customer service. read more

I came here on the recommendation of a friend who had said she had tried a place like this in Washington and it was great. The place is clean and uncluttered, but nothing fancy. There's a large room with lounge type tables very similar to massage tables. There are many in the room so you're not alone (although I was, since it doesn't seem very busy). I chose the 45 min reflexology and it started with a warm water foot soak. She focused mainly on my feet, but also head, neck, hands, arms and legs. Reflexology is a little different from a massage in that they focus on certain points on your feet and body. Think of it as a massage with your clothes on. It was very relaxing and I the sinus pressure I was feeling in my head when I got there was gone when I left. I felt like I was floating. I'll definitely go again. Wow! After hearing a friend talk about her wonderful foot massage in China, I decided to find a place locally to replicate the reflexology she described. I had my first appointment today and was very pleased with the location, service and treatment I received. The facility is nice, clean and relaxing. The staff was very nice and asked about how the pressure was as the massage progressed. It's not like a typical massage but managed to relax, destress and melt my tension away. Elite foot spa is the best kept secret for a massage. I can usually walk in when I'm in the area and get in right away. There is a little bit of a language barrier however they do a great massage and it's reasonably priced. The one difference I've found between LaVida andElite is that Elite is not quite as quiet do to the set up of the room. read more

Buyer beware at this place. I was gifted a $50.00 gift certificate for Christmas, so I decided to use it on a spa/pedicure and foot massage. I arrived on time for my appointment. The technician was not ready for me, and had to run around getting everything together. Finally got the foot soak started, in a very small uncomfortable water basket. During the whole process, every time someone came in the front door, she had to run up there and see what they wanted. She then spent about thirty minutes cutting my toe nails, (they weren't long at all.). At the hour mark, she said we are out of time, and you will have to pay more if you want the foot massage too (the main reason I went there). I said ok, $20 more dollars for twenty minutes. Again with the stopping and running to the front door. Finish pedicure, which also doe NOT involve any nail polish. Whoever heard of a pedicure with no polish? Go to pay, all the prices on the wall were wrong, so my $60 pedi, was now $80 before tip. I had a fifty dollar certificate and had planned on spending more with the tip, but it ended up costing $90.00. I have had foot massages and pedicures all over the world, and never felt so ripped off. The tech was nice, but it certainly was not worth $90 bucks, and again, no nail polish. If you go there, find out the real price before you begin, and tell them you expect their undivided attention during your service. read more

Finally trying out this place! 1st off, I knocked off a star because they had inaccurate pricing and description on the site and the brochure on the front desk for the one thing I wanted and just not as calming background noise during the massage at random times (laundry buzzing loud and microwave dinging) but they did have calming music. I first started with the 30 minute foot reflexology. Pretty good, loved the technique. Sunny was the lady that massaged me, firm but gentle...this is not a Swedish massage for your feet, so don't go here expecting thst, but the reflexology was on point lol but still relaxing feeling afterwards. I enjoyed my feet one that I decided to do a 15 minute ($15) chair massage, head, neck, arms and back. I really needed it and she was kind enough to tell me to tell her if it was ever too hard. I had to tell her once in certain parts but I loved her techniques on this one too, firm in the tense parts and who does not love a scalp and neck massage. My experience overall is posotive one. I sit and stare at a computer for work and my neck was feeling too tense. Sunny made everything feel more relaxed after my massage. It's not fancy, but they get the job done. read more
