The main project I needed him to do he said it would take him 2 day 16hr to complete at 95 an hour. To me that seemed a bit odd, but I needed the work done so I scheduled with him. I decided to have 2 other licensed contractors come out for quotes for the exact same projects and ultimately had the project done by a different contractor and it took 1 person 4 hours to do what he said would take 16hrs to do. So woman reading this review beware, seems to me he was really trying to take advantage of me oh and then he says at the end he charges $15 trip changes. I don't know if he was truly capable of doing job or not what I do know is that he was definitely trying to overcharge me. He also never took any measurements he didn't have a notepad to write down any of the projects that I wanted completed. Maybe he's great at doing small projects that don't require much. But I am very glad that I decided to get more quotes. Because if I would have went with him I would have paid four times as much for him to do the work.

Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

The bunk bad is unique in that it only has 2 legs on front side and is screwed to studs on the wall on the opposite side. This design utilizes lesser space in this room. I gave him a photo from an online add. He sketched the bed frame, build it, and installed it a week later. I, then hired him to frame and install 2 heavy doors from HD. He had to frame an opening that was to wide for my barn door. I had a barn door install to isolate the living room from the rest of the house for a business space. Richard and his crew also installed a new exterior glass front door to allow more natural light to enter my living room. I loved the results! New espresso paint will go on the frame of barn door and exterior door soon! Thank you, Richard, for superior craftsmanship.
