Brian came to my home on February 10th to provide an estimate. During that visit, I noticed he was evasive when discussing pricing and avoided giving clear, straightforward explanations about costs. That alone raised concerns. Those concerns were confirmed when he emailed the written estimate on February 13th, which contained several line items so inflated and unrealistic that they immediately stood out. I emailed him that same day requesting clarity. When Brian called me on February 16th, the conversation made the situation even worse. He talked over me repeatedly, dismissed my questions, and relied on canned company talking points instead of addressing the inflated pricing. He spoke condescendingly about products from places like Lowe's and even made a backhanded remark implying I was "unaccustomed to their level of professionalism." The tone throughout the call was arrogant, defensive, and entirely unprofessional. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a pattern. Based on my experience, I strongly advise homeowners to think carefully before hiring this company. Additionally, if you attempt to leave anything other than a 5-STAR review on their webpage, it will simply not reflect. This, too, displays why you should question hiring this company.

Not knowing how long it would take to clean out the house and pack up, I basically needed contractors to stand by on call for me and to willing to jump in when I was ready for the next step. Zach was one of these contractors. He was even nice enough to coordinate with one of the other contractors himself so that they could work out the timing of their jobs; all this, and I wasn't even present. I was able to speak with Zach by phone, told him what I needed, and sent him some pictures of the house. From these, he was able to give me a pretty accurate quote. He was asked to do his power washing at a moments notice so that the other contractor could follow. He was so good about it. Zach made it work, despite having to juggle his trucks around because he had one in the shop. I was so grateful for this. He sent me pictures galore of before and after his work. He did an outstanding job at a very good price. I have not even met him personally but I highly recommend Zach and I will definitely use his company again.
