Update: The owner of the business called me after this review was posted and we discussed the situation. He wants to make things right with me, and wants to completely repair the iPad. The employee that worked on my iPad is no longer employed by Elite iPhone Repair and the owner apologized that this event happened and is wanting to do the right thing by me. If the owner does in fact make things right, he deserves a better rating and I will be happy to do that. The owner could have walked away from the situation and wrote it off, but he choose not to do that, and wants to maintain the good reputation and support I initially expected based on experiences with all the other reviewers. Running a small business can be tough, and I understand that reputation matters. We are trying to get it all worked out in a manner that is satisfactory for both parties. I will update this review when that has been accomplished. I bought the groupon and scheduled an appointment online for mid morning (10:15) on Monday December 21st. The appointment indicates it should take about 45 minutes. When I arrived at the location, no one was there. I had to call a number from the sign on the door and was told to leave it at the business next door. I did that and when he returned to the business he picked it up and called me. He then told me it wouldn't be ready until 4 pm - this wasn't what I expected or desired, I drove to this location from Castle Rock, and planned to head over to the mall for lunch and pick it up after. The representative agreed it was inconvenient and agreed to bring it to my home at 8 PM. When he arrived at my home, he returned the iPad to me with a cracked screen. He didn't even realize it until I said something to him and then he was very sheepish. Small crack in the corner of the device (I had shattered the screen and dented a corner). He apologized and told me he would correct it when I returned from holiday. In addition to not reading my touch across the entire screen I started to have display issues. While in California on holiday I had my Dad take a look at it. He indicated that my iPad has a large metal shield that has been entirely removed along with the 15 small screws that hold it in place, plus a smaller piece is also missing. I called today to request my parts back with no intention of having them touch it again. read more

I had cracked my phone screen and screen protector and somehow after the repair the phone started having problems with the coloring of pixels and English on the screen I went back and they wouldn't fix it even with the life time guarantee Because of a small scratch and he would of had to replace the screen with the repair but was going to charge me an extra 60$ to repair it read more

Brought my phone to fix.. my screen and to unblock it from at&t since I currently have t-mobile I paid for everything 175$ and to unblock it for 2 days was 40$. When I picked up my phone the case was missing he said he accidentally threw it away... how do you accidentally throw MY PHONE CASE AWAY?! He gave me one but it wasn't as good as mine. I was waiting for my phone to unblock,weeks went by and it still didn't unblock I went back because he said that if it didn't work that I'll get a refund back. I went and told him about the refund he ask me for a receipt and I told him he never gave me one.. then he was like well I can't do anything if you don't have a receipt and he asked me when was it that I came I told him exactly the date and he was like oh found it..he put my card in and said he that he gave me the 40$ back, but I NEVER got any refund back. I'm never going to that store again where Allan the manager deals with his customer like this, I never got my refund back and it got me mad that he lied and told me otherwise!! Drove over 20 miles to have my shattered iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced here and I'm so glad I did! Alan and the woman working there (wish I had asked her name) were wonderful. Absolutely the worst!!! I had a found a group on deal with them which seemed great... wrong they forgot to mention they won't offer their deal on virtually any thing in the store, it cost me initially almost $100 to fix my cracked screen which other companies charge $60 but I had to use the group on we already paid for not to lose more money. The first screen replaced was a refurbished one that defaulted with in a week. The owner after arguing agreed to replace it because they have a life time warranty, well that lasted lest that 6 months. He promised," just come back and I'll fix it!" When I did because I couldn't find a receipt on my phone from 9 months ago they wanted to charge me another $70. Then when I was frustrated and became upset, he told me it would be $20 to put the broken phone back, saying that it wasn't their parts. They also installed a new system for tracking which I had been there before then and told me they would call the police for not paying their fees! What a corrupt business... never go there!! Plus the 2 other people in the store at the same time had almost the same problem with their products they purchase there. What a joke!!! Never again! read more

80+ days of waiting and no phone, no communication. I sent 2 working iphone 5s to Elite iphone Repair. I have US Postal service tracking to prove that they were delivered on June 28, 2019. It is now September 20 and Elite iphone Repair has still not returned my phones and will not respond to calls, texts or emails. I am 72 years old and do not understand this bad treatment of their customer. read more

I'm so frustrated with my experience with Elite. I got a replacement screen with the Groupon and it was still as expensive as a genuine Apple replacement at other places. After we overpaid for a new screen and screen protector, the screen stopped being touch sensitive so I would have to hard reboot my phone and it had damaged pixels or white areas, all with normal use. He said they would replace it but before we could get it in to fix it, it shattered from normal use. No dropping or thugs that would cause a break. It also shattered under the protector that we paid extra for. They said there was no warranty of the screen protector to actually protect the screen. So, that up charge was purely profit of it doesn't do anything to actually protect the screen. The phone was not dropped it was in a travel bag/purse and when I pulled it out the screen was broken. Feels like a scam product and when we called to see what they would do to make it right, they want another $65 from us. Not a great product and not great service to stand behind their work. Seriously the best repairs ever with impeccable service!!! So I broke my screen to the point the phone didn't work called multiple places he had the best deal. Went in he not only was incredibly nice and sociable but starts cleaning out my speakers auxiliary port and replacing my screen. During the process another customer came in who had an issue with their phone while I patiently waited he offered to buy me Starbucks since it took so long (who does that now freaking nice)....but he was asking questions about my phone and I told him how a few months back my auxiliary cable broke inside my auxiliary jack and ever since sprint fixed my phone he was already cleaning it all out at no cost and asked if I wanted that replaced too I asked how much. Initially I had been quoted $75 from ubreakifix inside the mall and the Apple Store even with Apple care couldn't fix it. And was quoted 9 Months ago $75 he did it for $35. Such a steal! And to top it off he gave me a free screen protector because I was so nice! I love karma and I don't care where you are coming from THIS IS YOUR GUY! Installed a defective, poor-quality screen that is not visible when wearing polaroid sunglasses. This is an issue for me because I rely on google maps when driving in this sunny state. I was told to give it two weeks and come in to have it replaced. In the meantime, I was constantly clicking the screen back into place as it was clearly not installed correctly. When I stopped by two weeks later, they still did not have the proper parts. I find this odd because they solely work on iPhones. Rather than drive half an hour out of my way again, I called several times to check to see if they could accommodate me. By the time they finally said they had new screens, mine had cracked slightly on the side from just setting it on a counter top. I doubt this would have happened if it were higher-quality glass. The owner then refused to replace the screen unless I paid a substantial amount. When expressing my frustration with the inconvenience of attempting to have this fixed for months because of the polaroid issue, he replied, "well it's not my fault you dropped your phone is it?" Then continued on with a sob story of how he has too much faulty inventory. (How is this my problem?) I learned a lesson - to listen to reviews! I wish I would have. I thought I'd be saving money with the Groupon (that they don't even really accept). I thought I could trust this business because of the 'life-time' warranty. Ended up wasting time & money with incredibly rude employees. The whole experience was unbelievably unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I'm looking forward to the Better Business Borough getting involved. *response to owner* I was originally quoted full price that was brought down to $45 not $30. I would rather pay more for quality than pay to deal with this again. I have the right to write an honest review about a terrible experience. He essentially recalled by memory what kind of battery my early 2008 MacBook required and proceeded to find one for cheap!
