While we were not displeased with our 6 week service from this other company, there was simply something missing. I could not put my finger on it until I met Drew. I found Drew on NextDoor as a recommendation to another family in the University/PlattPark/Wash Park area and immediately reached out to him. Drew was very responsive and immediately took time getting to know our family's goals for dog training. From the moment Drew entered our home, we knew that he would be part of our family in training our Golden Retriever puppy. Drew's mannerisms, training regime, and positive presence immediately shined and we knew Drew was our "Dog Whisperer". He is so very knowledgeable and is truly a natural with dog training. My husband and I were beyond impressed. Drew also is an educator for the University of Denver School of Social Work graduate students teaching them as canine interventional specialist. Being a Pediatric ICU nurse for many years and seeing how dogs can truly impact a child's wellness state, I can tell you these programs are amazing. For Drew to be the educator of such a program speaks volumes to his training program. We truly look forward to the future with Drew and our Golden Retriever as we know great things are ahead of us with Drew at the helm!

We have a new Golden Retriever puppy, Pisko, and started working with Drew almost immediately (e.g., private one-on-one lessons before Pisko had even finished all of his shots, puppy manner classes, two-week boarding school, etc.) DREW has an exceptional rapport with dogs, a true gift for teaching (both animals and OWNERS), and a wonderful sense of humor. He also listens closely to what YOUR specific goals and needs are, and tailors your training experience to meet those objectives. Kennel Cough Alert!! I left 2 healthy dogs with them and one…read morecame home with Kennel cough. I boarded my 2 dogs 7/11-7/17 (paid them over $800) and spent 4 hours in the Vet ER yesterday. I called to inform the staff of the diagnosis and while they were "very sorry to hear about it", the General Manager, Jacob refused to help pay the $281 vet bill. I also hate that they have no video cameras so you cannot check in on your pup!

My journey with OFF LEASH K9 TRAINING began when I chose them after extensive research on the best company to train our first two huskies at Colorado. Everyone had told us that huskies can't be trained because of how stubborn they are. People would call us crazy for even owning TWO HUSKIES. Our life was a mess because we couldn't build the communication ourselves. Thank God we got Gustavo as our dog trainer to prove everyone wrong. He built a clear communication between us and our dogs. Which has led everyone to turn around with amazement to watch our dogs have an excellent recall upon hiking. Happy with the results, once I moved to Texas I recommended my family, living in Texas with their two yorkies and a husky, this company. He has well organized thoughts which has led me to be able to instruct my dog on what it is that I want from him without creating any confusion on the dog. Ashley and Ryan amazing! We adopted a very sweet female pit bull, Angel, that had major anxiety…read moreissues and for some reason was afraid of my teenage son. This poor girl was afraid of just about everything! The Rescue recommended that we give Ashley a call. Best decision ever! Ashley came to our house with Ryan for an evaluation and met our pup. She observed Angel in action and listened to our concerns and instantly knew that Angel just needed to work on her confidence. We arranged for weekly training sessions where we would learn a different command(s) each week and practice it throughout the week. In the middle of the training schedule, Angel had a week of stay and train with Ashley and learned so much in that one week! The training has made an incredible difference and she can now walk through a busy store, willing climb into the car, sit/down/stay in her place command (her favorite), heel when on a leash, play at the dog park and not bark excessively at the doorbell. Angel learned quickly under Ashley's expert guidance. It's incredible to see how much a little confidence can change a dog's life. I recommend Denver Dog Training because of how knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible they are. Ashley really makes you feel like she cares about you as the owner. She also strives to help your dog work on whatever specific issues or problems it has. It is not a "one size fits all" approach and she really works to make sure your dog is getting the specific training it needs.

Sasha had no confidence, was extremely leash reactive and showed a lot of aggression towards other dogs and some people. She weighs more than I do, and I was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to control her while on walks if she decided to take off after another dog or bunny (she LOVED to chase bunnies!). We found a trainer in Ft. Collins that works specifically with Danes who are reactive and anxious; however, the timeline for her training schedule would have taken over 3 months or more, and it scared me that Sasha might bite another person or dog while we progressed through her training. A good friend of ours, who lives in Virginia, (yes, Virginia) highly recommended Denver Dog Training. His son used Denver Dog Training and after watching the video of the dog, named Chaos, and after talking with Ashley, we immediately set up a time to put Sasha in the "Stay and Train" program. Ashely did an amazing job and her philosophy of incorporating training into daily life worked spectacularly. After three weeks of training Sasha, and our entire family, Sasha is a much happier dog and has an amazing amount of confidence. She easily walks with us, both on and off leash, stays in a down/stay and is much calmer around the house. I no longer fear walking with her and feel confident taking her into stores and among other dogs. After three short weeks, she easily passed her Good Citizen test. We will be recommending Denver Dog Training to all of our friends and believe that anyone who places their family member in Ashely and Nate's capable hands will get the dog they've always wanted.

My baby got kennel cough and Come, Sit Stay informed me I had to pick up my dog immediately, but I was out of the country and felt helpless. I'll note they took no precautions to ensure she didn't get kennel cough even knowing she's a vulnerable breed. Only after I said I had no options, they agreed to quarantine my pet, but her conditioned worsened so they shipped her off to a pet hospital where I incurred an over $3,000 bill. My pet could have returned to Come, Sit, Stay after she was out of danger but they wanted nothing to do with it. They gave me a small stipend, which doesn't come close to the money I'm out and when I came to pick up my pet, the so-called manager was defensive and shifted the blame to the pet hospital asking me: "oh, they were't transparent with you?" It was clear they didn't care. Think twice about putting your precious pets here.

At 12 months she began exhibiting signs of resource guarding and the intent to be the house alpha. Her positive treat based reinforcement group training wasn't getting us to where we needed and luckily we found Kaleb/All-Pro. She (and we) has been receiving personalized training with Kaleb since August 2025. She has come so far, and my (20 year old) daughter is doing the work needed as this is a high energy dog who needs more activity. Kaleb has introduced her to a variety of environments to build her tolerance and adaptivity. We've also used Kaleb for boarding several times now, and our experience is that he treats each pet as if it were his own. The location also provides plenty of room for the pets to receive nice outdoor supervised play time. All-Pro is definitely our go to! After that, she became aggressive, reactive, and completely stopped listening to any commands. We were heartbroken and unsure if we'd ever get our sweet dog back. Enter Kaleb. From day one, he was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in his approach. He took her in for a month of intensive board-and-train, and we just got her back -- the difference is night and day. She has done a complete 360. She's calm, well-mannered, responsive to commands, and -- most incredibly -- she can now be around other dogs with no issues at all. Kaleb even brought out other dogs to test her reactions, had them barking and creating distractions, and she never once broke focus. His training stuck, and it's clear he put in real work, care, and consistency. We can't thank Kaleb enough for giving us our girl back.
