Told them to call if they had questions. They had not contracted with him, nor were they paying him. When I phoned after receiving report and asked about 30k difference he said, "send it to me and I'll tell you what the other appraiser did wrong". Appraiser is arrogant. He has no people skills and does not like to be questioned about his opinions.
