We reserved a stretch limo for 4 of us to Napa for wine tasting. We booked the 6hrs special for $325 which was being advertised on their website. I was told on the phone by one of the reps that each additional hour would be $65. I was fine with that, as I already knew that we would be taking up that offer. Pick-up was scheduled for 9:30am. The driver was punctual upon arrival, thank you we appreciated that! We very much enjoyed our time while it lasted..we didnt make it to brunch until 3ish. He was professional and lienant with us the whole day as our schedules/plans changed..up until he rushed us while we were having brunch because he had another "pickup at the airport". That totally bursted our bubbles! Why do you have the option of extending the time of services FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE and then rush us? Mind you, the driver charged us an additonal $90-- NOT $65! All in all...we ended up paying close to $800. We were hoping to use your services again Elite...but please dont rush us next time :( read more

We recently used Elite for Airport service. Or pick up time to head to the airport was 4am. Our driver was there at 4am on the dot. Clean car. Great service. Our trip was a breeze. When we landed back in Oakland (on a Friday afternoon) our driver was there waiting. He picked us up in an SUV and it too was spotless. Friday afternoon traffic from Oakland to the East Bay was backed up for EVER. He knew all the back roads and we flew home. I had used this company a few years back a couple times for concert transport and they have always been awesome. I called around because I saw different Groupons advertising Napa Wine Limo tours. Elite did not have a Groupon - but a promotion that beat most of the other limo companies Groupon deals. (Groupon ads are misleading and don't include taxes and gratuities, so the final costs of competitors exceed what is initially advertised - and what Elite charged.) Also - we have used Elite Limo before and been happy with their service. Our driver Alex was a little bit early for our pick-up - and we greatly appreciated that prompt service! Alex greeted us with all the information we needed up front, and options to exceed our time as he was not booked for any later pick-up. At one of the larger wineries we planned for a picnic (thought we remembered a picnic area). We found a nice place on the lawn and pitched our blanket - only to be shoed away by the staff. Oops! Alex was quick to return for us and assist us with gathering our picnic items. He remembered a state park nearby where he took us for a lovely picnic area with plenty of tables. BIG Kudos Alex! As we had plenty of wine by then and were needing to eat. We had such a great time that we did exceed our time by 2 hours. Alex never once rushed us, and was perfectly accommodating to our every whim of a stop. The only warning I have is that the limo we had did not look like the brand new limo interiors shown on the website. It was an older limo in need of a little more TLC - but it was clean and tidy and presentable. It was also well stocked with ice, waters, and champagne. Very professional service. Got email confirmation 24 hours before and another 2 hours prior with drivers name and contact info. Arrived 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Igor made me really comfortable which was important as it was my daughters Prom and she was going alone. The driver is no longer with their company which shows, to me, that he probably was near the end of his service when he was so rude to us. The fact that we were able to come to a amicable resolution and they were so helpful gives me reason to believe they have pride in their company and were genuinely shocked at the service we received. I've used Elite limo three times; a couple of times for airport drop off and one for a concert pick up. The service was great from the moment I made the reservation. There are no hidden fees or tips, you know how much you are paying from the beginning. The company sends an email reminder a couple of hours before the set pick up time, so you know the driver is on the way. Drivers arrive early and are very professional. The limos were very clean and comfortable, and the rides had been very smooth. My niece forgot her cell phone in the limo after the concert. I called the limo 10 min after he left and asked him to please drop it off at the company, so we could pick it up the next day. He came back to return the phone right away, even it was passed 1 am. I booked them months in advance for a limo to take a group wine tasting. They were very nice over the phone, though never sent a confirmation until I called them a while later asking about it. About a week to four days before my reservation they called me asking if I would rather take an SUV instead for a slight discount and an extra hour free. I said that if rather keep my original reservation, which they said I could. They day before, they called saying that one of the limos got in an accident, and they other was making "a weird noise" and was likely going to be in the shop, and that they would have to change my reservation to an SUV. I asked about the price and they said it would be the same price, but finally agreed to add an extra hour. I also told them that my pick up location had no cell phone reception, and that they'd have to call the land line, which I provided and they said they'd call it. The following morning, no car there. My friend had a bit of reception so we called and they said that they left a message on my cell (which they did was the only number they had on file, ugh) that the car broke down on the way to pick us up and it looked like it wasn't going to start back up again. They had no other cars that day, and while he was kind enough to call several other companies they were all booked up too. We ended up having to take two cars and drive ourselves around with some having to hold back on the tastings so they could be the DDs. Two stars cause they were at least nice about it, but it seems like several of their cars were either broken, breaking or crashed...and they basically ruined a large part of our day. read more

I am so pleased with the dependable service Elite Limo offers when we need to go to and from the Oakland or San Francisco Airports. The driver always appears very professional and courteous, but, most importantly, is on time or a minute early which is such a relief when it is really important to be someplace on time. It is such a relief to have our luggage put in the car and we are off, as then I know I am in good hands until we get to our destination. Having a bottle of water in the town car for us is very thoughtful. It is nice that the gratuity is included in the contract, so we have minimum things to think about during our ride.
