I'm not the type to leave reviews but this has made me so mad and I don't want anyone else to get ripped off at this place. Last time I came here I only got my toes painted, no paraffin wax wrap, file or anything because I was in a rush to get somewhere and I still got charged $50. I don't know why but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back a second time with a friend and my sister. They charged me $65 for a "long" set of ombré acrylics. They tried explaining to me 4 times that it was that much because she got coffin and ombre but I have gotten the exact same thing at probably 5 other shops and I have never paid more than $50. My friend that came with me was charged $70 for a pedicure that was supposed to be $50. Maybe I wouldn't be so upset if it had been worth it but I could have painted my toes better than this and both my sister and me bled because of how rough they were. My friend asked if they had a charger she could plug her phone into and the lady at the front desk said yes and plugged it in. Then the lady who I'm guessing is the owner walked by and unplugged her phone. Not only that but the whole time we were there she kept asking me if I wanted my eyebrows done or my finger nails or anything else time after time regardless of how many times I said no thank you. Definitely will not be giving them a 3rd chance as I should have given them a 2nd.. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a nightmare. First off I had 4 yes a total of 4 different techs do a simple dip powder set. They had no clue who was going where doing what. The older lady who checked me in shoved my first technician out of his chair and proceeded to basically douse me in acetone it was running down my hands into my sleeves she was rough and burnt me with the Dremel when I told her it hurt she kept going like I wasn't speaking. My nails are horrible and uneven the color I requested (nude) and got (white) is unacceptable for starters. Then I was made to wait after two walk ins for my design after being assured I would be done by a certain time PRIOR TO START OF SERVICES ... when I got up to leave I was suddenly told 3 other people would do the design, where we they while I waited? Ken was amazing! I had the Yogurt pedicure with my 8-year old niece for her birthday and her 3 little girlfriends. The massage chairs are the BEST. I will definitely drive a little further to come back again. read more

My wife and mom had a really bad experience the other day! They didn't even polish the nails properly when they told the lady about it she got offensive and redid it but did a more horrible job and charged them $90 !!! For both of there hands they questioned why it's so high the they stated it's be wise they had to redo some nails and!!! Which was clearly the ladies fault and on top of that they still didn't do it right!!! Did have to pay and just left and got it taken off right away at another salon!! I have been here countless times after the past few years to get my nails done, at least every 3 weeks. Expect for the last month or so I took a break so my nails could regain some strength. Today I went in, the lady at the front said it would be about 30 minutes to wait to get my nails started on, after about 45 minutes two ladies come and sat next to me, not even a few minutes they both get their nails started on, I waited about 10 minutes to see of anyone was going to come start my nails, no one came. Sad to say but even with appointments I always end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour to even get my nails started. So unless y'all enjoy waiting, then I wouldn't come here! read more

Was very disappointed. Went to get a pedicure on just Tuesday night and was the worst. I would have been better and cheaper across the street. No cuticle removing, barely scrubbed, and massage was weak/short. 3 days later looks like i it myself. I won't be back for this quality. Great nail salon! They took their time and did a great job on me and my bfs pedis. My only problem was that there was a coupon on yelp if I checked in that said it was for first visits but the girl wouldn't accept it "because it was Sunday". I didn't realize that my first visit became obsolete just because it's Sunday. Oh well read more

I walked in and almost walked right back out. Wish I did. I looked at the menu and and chose which pedicure I wanted. The woman argued with me and said I needed a different one ( the $90 one of course ). She started my pedi and rushed, the entire thing. When she was done I asked if she would get the polish off my skin in a few spots and she tried, didn't get it off and put my socks and shoes on for me and was trying to hide the fact that they looked like crap. When I went to pay I was charged $90. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN IF ITS LAST RESORT. read more

Stopped in for the yogurt mani/pedi. The place is new so really nice and clean. I did like that everything was packaged new. I would have given 5 stars but they got so busy they forgot about my manicure, even though I asked 2-3 times for my manicure. Meanwhile everyone around got theres. I would have given all stars if my service had been completed. Maybe next time I'll stop in if they're not busy. read more

I set my appointments up with Charlie a week before I go because he is THE BEST nail tech in Greenville. Believe me, I've done the leg work lol he is creative and sculps beautiful nails and I wont ever go to anyone other than him. Ya'll are sleeping on my dude Charlie. read more
