Bought a 2005 Honda Crv, and when I took it to get repaired a month ago for a leaky oil pan, I was informed that the frame was rotting, the transmission line was leaking, and it was pointless to repair the oil pan because the car was close to expiring. Well, they were right. I went to Anava in Bridgewater to get a new car because my 2005 Honda Crv broke down when the transmission broke. They're jokes, and should be punished for their greed. Found the owners/ salesperson to be dismissive and vague. More importantly, charged for an inpsection and failed to complete it. In addition failed to reimburse for the inspection as they pormised they would do. Also, they agreed to order and send directly a sun visor, which has yet to show up. I have attempted over weeks to communicate with them and have had no response. I acknowledge these are minor issues, for me it is about principle and good busimess practices. I will add that during the purchase and sale, was told that the local "registry does not like me, so I have to go to another office. Thus, may be a delay in registering vehicle." That should have been the warning sign of bad buisness practices. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! These people royally screwed me over. Back in April, I purchased a 2011 Chevy Colorado as a first-time buyer that was supposed to be the vehicle I took with me to college 6 states away. They claim their vehicles are guaranteed to pass state inspection and come pre-inspected. Upon taking delivery of the truck, everything was fine until 25 minutes into my hour-and-a-half drive home when the truck went into reduced power mode on the highway. I pulled off into a gas station and called the dealer, but they said there was nothing they could do, as they closed shortly after we had left. They told us to drive the truck back to the dealership and leave the keys there and they would have a mechanic look at it and fix this issue. (Their mechanic that they work closely with) 2.5 weeks go by and I am finally able to go pick the truck up, with the issue resolved. For just needing a throttle body cleaning, it should not have taken 2.5 weeks for this. All is fine until I go to get a NH state inspection, and it fails due to having MULTIPLE terrible patched holes in the frame, as well as some unpatched holes, not to mention a leaking power steering rack and brake caliper. (Also, some of their "frame repair" included SPRAY FOAM inside the frame where it was totally rotted away and patched on the rear where the rear-most leaf spring shackle mount resides). I reached out to the dealer again and say to bring it back and they will fix it. Again, get the vehicle back, this time with a new brake caliper and steering rack seemingly just cleaned up, but the frame was untouched like they said they would fix. Failed NH state inspection again, and took it for a Mass inspection as well, and received a rejection sticker. (So much for that inspection passing guarantee). We attempted to return the vehicle, but they refused to take it back. It wasn't until we got the state police involved with their dealer license threatened that they agreed to take it back. They still haggled with us back and forth, and eventually said they won't take it back until we had the title for the vehicle (which we tried explaining many times we could not do since it was financed through a bank and the bank would not just give us the title without the loan being paid off, and they should've known this). After another few weeks of going back and forth with them, they finally agreed to meet us at the bank. Ended up having to reschedule because they could not meet us on the agreed day. When the rescheduled date finally came around, they were almost an hour late, but paid off the loan and took the vehicle back. They hassled me back and forth from the beginning of April when this all started to the end of June when they finally took the vehicle back. And guess what... the truck was back up for sale less than a week later listed for almost $2k less than I paid for it, and it sold. Best of luck to that person. Also, if you pay attention to the names on their reviews, they are all Turkish names (they are a Turkish family-owned business). If you scroll through their Facebook profiles, a majority of those names match the Google reviews that give a 5-star rating, which leads me to believe they had a bunch of their friends and family leave 5 stars to boost their rating to help them look like less of a scummy, shady business. read more

I told him thats not good for business I already had all the paperwork fill out and was going to give my down payment after the test drive. was able to get the car. The car now won't start because the battery in it was dead. the key fob is brown and they didn't give me a spare one. and to to top it off the car won't work on all wheel drive. Another snag with a piece of crap 2012 Jeep. Over $6000 dollar bill for transmission; axle rebuild and GWC warrant is garbage. 3/22 Read statement. I have paid about 80% of what the car cost. Obviously when Elite says the inspect their cars, they missed a broken CV Boot leaking grease and an associated axle problems. Again, the mechanic never heard of a warrant like GWC not cover the defective axle which was not just the cv boot. The warrant says they cover transmissions to axle. I had to foot entire cost as a disabled senior for the axle and 3/4 of the transmission. All four sensors are also gone on the tires. All within just over 3 months and under 1000 miles. Trust no one to include this garbage warrant. You cannot find a mechanic who will install a what they call a like transmission meaning if you have 125,000 miles on car, they have to give you a transmission with approximately same amount of miles on it and you don't even know if it works and won't be covered if it doesn't. As a disabled senior this has caused extreme hardship and a car I needed to rely on to get to medical appointments is totally unreliable. What next? Buyer beware, they talk a good story. read more

I wrote earlier on 3/9 about a 2012 Jeep I bought from Elite in December. Be careful with their GWC warranty. I need a whole new transmission. The warranty only covers a small portion of a rebuilt transmission. They offer to send a LIKE transmission they pull out of a car with equal miles on the transmission and you don't know what condition it is in or even works. If you go to a new car dealership, most of them including mine will not accept these transmissions and do not install used unknown parts. I will have to pay almost $4000 for a rebuilt transmission which was about 40% of the cost of the car itself. Being disabled and relying on this car, I now have to use home equity. The warranty and dealership is a disgrace. Buyer beware. Looks had 2/9 Jessica had a problem according to her writeup a week after purchasing the car. States they fixed it even though her warranty ran out. How does a warranty run out after a week? Hum!!!! read more
