Got a used Toyota from them, all the staff were great. There was a few things the car needed and they took care of it, no problems. Made getting new plates and insurance set up a breeze. Sales staff are decent people but the finance manager is questionable at best. Agreed on a reduced price over the phone if I would come in the next day, and when I arrived the next day to complete the paperwork, the finance manager adjusted the price back up to list price. He then insisted that he had recorded our call (illegal) where he explained I had agreed on the higher price - which I never did, because I never would have rushed to the dealership that next day if I did not need to. If I had the energy, I would have just left and secured my own financing and came back later since there was no incentive of a reduced price anymore. I bet they don't realize people are aware that they get a cut of financing. Luckily for them, I decided it wasn't worth the time/energy and I was ready to sign and leave with the car. Do not recommend this dealership, unless they have a specific vehicle (specs/color choice). Go somewhere else if you want a car-buying experience with some dignity. We told them this was a car for our children to use for work and school. 10 days after we got the car, our daughter was broken down on the side of the road. They advertised the car had "No accidents/damage reported". That was a lie. When I called them to tell them of the problems, Justin (manager) hung up on me. When I emailed the owner, he never responded to me. They left us with no choice but to file a lawsuit against them, in which we received a settlement. Purchased a used Jeep from X drive Mauricio the sales person was very nice and accommodating the "sales manager" not so nice and was like a smooth talking snake oil salesman but my wife liked the car so I bought it I was lied to from the start. I was sold a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty that according to the sales manger covered everything for $1295.00 I was not given a copy of the warranty at the time of purchase but he claimed he would give me one when the car was picked up after they got me plates and registered the car for me I for some reason thought that was ok and I agreed I picked up the car and was told that the full warranty contract was in the glove box I must have forgotten to look because it was not until 2 days later while cleaning the interior that I found the contract in the side door panel pocket, after reading it over, I was horrified. The warranty did not cover hardly anything and the restrictions were unbelievable I called to complain and was not allowed to speak to the sales manager so I called the warranty company who was located in Canada and was told that I needed to go through an authorized dealer if a problem came up and that they were not responsible for anything a dealer claims Well less than 2 weeks later my heat stopped working so my wife brought her car back and was told no sorry that is not covered by the warranty and if we wanted them to fix it , the cost would be approx 4K Anyway I paid far less to have the heater fixed at a reputable dealer and have never returned to this shop Run do not walk away from this dealer, read the real reviews not the bullshit first bunch obviously done by employees and or friends. I was purchasing a SUV for my son (1st car) and after a long day of shopping, he fell in love with a Mazda CX-9. From the MOMENT I met the salesman, I knew I should've walked out. I looked through inventory prior to getting there and wanted to look at "these 3 vehicles". "Why 3? I'll get you one and we can take it from there, but not all 3". My experience with this dealership was started with unreturned calls. I spoke with a representative who promptly set up a time for us to come look at a car we had seen online. When we arrived, no one was inside the dealership. We waited around 30 minutes before he finally showed. The process from there went very smoothly and we were able to test drive the car. By the end of our visit we were ready to purchase the car. We filled out the paperwork and agreed to pick the car up the following day under the contingency that a few small installments would be resolved with the car (fixing the broken back up camera, a tire alignment, a broken break light that needed fixing, and an oil change). When we arrived, all of these tasks were not completed. We were told we would need to bring the car back to Bridgewater for another couple days so they could do the remaining installments. It has now been almost three months and the problems with this car have been innumerable. The ac has broken, the tail light is still out (another issue we asked them to resolve), thefront tire continues to lose air and the pressure sensor is faulty, and now we have learned there is likely a leak in the gas tank causing the check engine light to go off randomly. If I could leave this company with zero stars I would. Between having put over two grand into this car (on top of the $12,000) In less than 10 months as well as being told the warranty covers way more than it actually did. At this point I genuinely would rather be riding a bicycle through new England all year round than even have this car anymore that's how much work it's been. My rotors have been warped I've needed to replace those as well as my brakes as well as my wind shield wiper motor(twice), my swaybar bushings, as well as replacing all of my tires and re alignment, I've had this car for nine months. Upon asking my mechanic to put in a car starter in my vehicle he realize there's already one installed, he then told me due to liability that he would be unable to remove it since it was installed aftermarket by a different company. So I took it upon myself to call said dealership and ask if they may have the second key fob that came with my vehicle so that I can start it the man who was not only extremely unpleasant on the phone also seemed to berate me and ask as to why I would think they have an area to keep the info or extra fob on a vehicle purchased that long ago. I didn't think it would be too far fetched to assume That they would keep record on vehicles that are tens of thousands of dollars especially when they're not even a full year after the purchase date. re cap, 13 months I have had this vehicle and over $4500 has been dumped into it. I bought it at 108,000 miles. A timing belt in the vehicle I drive should be replaced between 80-100k miles I now get to put another $1300 into this car to replace a timing belt as it's a "wear and tear item" well that would've been worn and tore before I bought the car but none the less one would assume that the warranty they pay extra for would IN THE VERY LEAST cover something that's going to blow a motor if not replaced. I was told by service team that "once it passes inspection it's out of their hands" ironically they take it to inspect it for you. I didn't cause any grimaces replacing everything I've done over the last year, realistically a car is an investment and of course going to cost more than you paid in some aspects but unfortunately a 2010 is not worth over $12,000+taxes to purchase plus another $5000 in a year. A year. It's one thing to have to pay that much it's another to be spoken to as an inconvenience when you call because they already got their money. Buyer beware!! I bought a 2011 Chrysler 300 AWD for $10499.00 from xDrive motors in W.Bridgewater, Ma. on 11/13/2019 to drive this winter. When we had our first major snow in Dec. I noticed the AWD didn't work. I was stuck in the driveway. I took the car to Bonneville and Son in Manchester as I was concerned there was a safety issue and they informed me it needed major repair of the AWD system. The estimate was $1600.00. When I told xdrive of the problem they told me my warranty expired. I explained that this has nothing to do with the warranty and that they materially misrepresented the vehicle as AWD. They do not check for safety issues or mechanical problems. They state that's not there problem to check the cars. be ware they will put you off not answer calls back and leave you with a car that never should have been able to be sold! I went here three different times to get my bumper repaired as well as a couple other items, drivers window, rear door latch. after 3 attempts and them having me go there with not having said parts (1:45 minute drive) when they told me they had the parts. so the fourth trip they had me leave my car and gave me a loaner on empty, engine light on, tire warning light on, no inside lights. so now i had to leave my cat there which took them 5 days to so called fix the car. i got it home took it to a mechanic and body shop they took pictures and videos of the so called parts and repair. someone cut sheet metal pieces and used them as fasteners as well as zip ties and tack screws. I can't say how disappointed I was with the experience after buying my truck! I bought a truck about a month ago and the next day noticed sounds from the front end. Instead of driving an hour back, I took it to my local shop. They check it out and said the dealership should cover the repairs. Sent them an email and didn't hear anything after almost a week. Finally reach out again and they would fix it and would charge me. The insult to injury was the second repair shop said the same thing and went the extra step to tell us one of the issues would be covered under a recall. We love the truck and are so frustrated at the lack of ownership for the experience to make things right. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!! Purchased a vehicle in March 2022 for my son. Shady paperwork. Pressure to finance in-house. Became super rude when I said I already had financing in place. They then threatened that they were not able to hold the car even with my $500.00 deposit check from out Saturday morning test drive until the following Monday. My bank then had a RED FLAG pop up when running the VIN number, while at the bank I called our salesperson Kevin on speaker and he told me that the damage reported was just some scratches from the auction! LIE. We stupidly believed him and continued with the purchase. We were promised a full tank of gas at pick up. LIE. They actually did a comical song and dance pretending to locate an actual gas card. We paid for an inspection sticker and drove home 2 hours without a sticker that we had to get ourselves. It took SEVERAL emails & phone calls to get reimbursed for the inspection sticker. The vehicle has since had nothing but problems. I had our mechanic look over their "warranty" because we had to replace the brake caliper, front pads and rotors, tire sensors, power steering, Thermostat, & an AC Compressor. I have receipts for them all and it ADDS up. I've tried reaching out but they are terrible to reply. TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN!! SPREAD THE WORD! BUYER BEWARE. We are looking into legal action!! read more
