Very rood people they were empty and just because my mother in law ask last time to fix one nail they said was close in Tuesday at 4 pm after I saw they got a customer. I'm a business owner and I understand everyone was the right to decline a service but we are very respectful and good customers not because we like the things well done and nice and looks they just like easy things. If I could give this no stars I would horrible service nails are cheap and low quality they broke one hour after leaving here and I lost 3 nails on one hand I don't recommend this place and their customer service is horrible ! They don't know how to do French tip they take over 3 hours trying to do it they are horrible and not worth it ! read more

Took my mom there for a pedicure. She was not helped with her shoes and Sox. I had to remove them from her feet and replace them following the 10-15 minutes she was receiving the service. No massage. She never complains. She did say she never wanted to use the same spa again. My mother is 95 years old. I hate to write a bad review but the pedicure I received was very lack luster. I was in the salon for 20 mins total. That included a pedicure with white tip gel. Was charged $40.00 which is the going rate when you get a sugar scrub and a massage. There was no massage and she charge for a callus removal that wasn't asked for. Gave me no options or asked any questions. They do charge to run a card and you can not tip on the card. I was looking for a new pedicure place so this is where I tried and I'll keep searching. Don't come here, they do not know what they're doing. I wanted my gel nails removed professionally and it was anything but. He peeled them off by wedging another nail underneath it, very painful and uncomfortable. In case you're curious, removing them shouldn't hurt one bit if done right. I came to a professional to have them take the nails off the right way but I guess he didn't know how to do that. Once it came to the manicure part, he made two of my cuticles start bleeding cause he cut them too short and fast. Ouch. As for trimming the nail, it was rushed, uneven, and way too short. got a fill and the nails were uneven across the top, like they weren't filed straight, and in one of the nails there was a few pieces of what looks to be some sort of hair or facial hair shavings small and black stuck into my nails now. the nails aren't smooth and very uneven. i give a 2 stars because maybe it's just a fluke, i hope so, seems unsanitary. read more

I must be spoiled because I was surprised by the absence of my favorite Essie and OPI colors. I managed to find a suitable dark color but they seem to cater to an older crowd here (i.e., don't be expecting to see the latest colors). One of the ladies judiciously nipped my cuticles into shape with a couple casualties. Ouch! But I'm ok with suffering for good results. What I'm none too pleased about are the messy lines which detract from my neat cuticles. Can't have a perfect mani/pedi for $10/$15, I suppose. But maybe you can with one of the other girls? There seem to be quite a few regulars. Cleanliness is a bit suspect though so this place is not for the faint of heart. In the middle of my mani, a lady walked in and gave the place a thorough look. This place is seriously shit really bad customer service and not friendly at all. I when in their with my friend to get a full set mani. And he tells us to pick our color, after that he tells me to sit down he starts putting on the nails on all my fingers after that a 10:00am Appointment walks in and he tells me and my friend to come back in the afternoon he said to go and come back that was so rude he practically kicked us out he didn't finish his job and was really rude he should have told us since we walked in he had a 10:00 Appointment but he didn't me and my friend left and never went back I really hate that place. read more

Just wow. I have gone to this place for 10 years or more. With my mother, with my friends all to be told (after we had already been welcomed, stated what we were wanting and sat down to wait) Henry said they were "too busy...!" Wait, what..? We were sitting down willing to wait our turn just like the other gal that was there before us. I tried to disregard his rushed manner the last time I was there being his first customer of his day, he was not very welcoming. I will never step foot into your establishment again thanks again to Henry and his sheer lack of customer service. Awful!!!!! There's a lady named Bao Linh. My nails ended up with a ton of bubbles and she cut my skin with a nail filer. Literally filed my skin until it cut open. THEN, she got neosporin out and put the nozzle DIRECTLY on MY cut!!! OMG!!! I told her that wasn't sanitary and she nervously laughed. She starting apologizing at the end of my appointment. This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. NEVER again. The older man working there is a rude disrespectful jerk. He flung another woman's nasty gel trash coming from her toes with the grinder during the removal process into the side of my face and arm and didn't apologize!!!!! I used to really like this place. But be warned if you go on a busy day not only will they do a terrible job but they will rush you out without even giving you time to let your nails dry. Debbie was very rude and kept going over her pint job multiple times as if she knew it was bad but couldn't be bothered to redo the painting. Then seriously as soon as she was done she put my sandals on, grabbed my purse and walked up to have me pay. I know my nails weren't dry at all so I sat in my car with my daughter until I was comfortable to drive. Then when I got out at my destination you could see all of the layers of paint and bumpy texture. It was supremely disappointing seeing as I tipped her pretty decently as I always do. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to give a star. I went in for an eyebrow wax and they asked if I wanted a pedicure. I said no because I only had 45 minutes to leave and pick my kids up from school. I was told it wouldn't take that long and I had plenty of time. I sat down for a pedicure and shouldn't have. My water was cold, I got zero massage and lotion so hot it burned my foot. After failing to run the lotion in I got a cold towel that wiped all the lotion off. I got my toes painted without getting cotton between my toes so the Polish rubbed off on the next toe in minutes. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted so when it was time to pay I told them I was paying for the cheapest one ($17)! I left with only 4 MI utes to get to my kids school and never got my eyebrows waxed! Never again will I go there! read more

Went in for a pedicure... they said the wait was a few minutes.. more like 15. Then they had me soak my feet in cool water... maybe they were out of hot water I don't know. The woman was nice I suppose but she hardly spoke to me. She didn't ask me 1 question.. what pedicure do I want... callous remover.. design.. nothing. She painted my toes so so and when I left I saw toe nails on the floor so that's a clue it's not very clean at all... I have NO desire to ever return. read more

I went there for a gel mani & waited over an hour, then when the lady was cleaning my nails she kept hurting me, I don't know how many times I could say "ow" before she got the point it was hurting me. My manicure ended up looking really bad, she didn't clean under my nail after she painted, so my nails stuck to my fingers. Never again will I go there. read more

I will never return here. I had a tight schedule, made an appointment and sat and waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time. When I asked how much longer, I was told another 10 minutes. Nothing is more infuriating than a business that sees no value in their customers' time. read more
