Overall, my experience was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon. The woman who worked on my toes was more considerate, and I do take responsibility for not clearly explaining that I wanted acrylic on my toes as well. I only said I wanted acrylics and didn't specify that I wanted them on my toes too, so I understand how that misunderstanding happened. However, when I brought it up, I immediately felt like both employees became annoyed. It wasn't my intention to be difficult--I was simply trying to explain what I wanted. After seeing their reaction, I felt uncomfortable speaking up for the rest of my appointment because I didn't want to seem like a bother. Throughout the service, they kept bringing up that different things would cost more. The cost was never the issue for me. I was willing to pay for the service I wanted. What made me uncomfortable was that it felt like they were more focused on the price than on listening to my concerns or making sure I was happy with the service. The man who worked on my nails was, in my opinion, unprofessional. I showed him an inspiration photo with soft, light pink flowers on the sides of the nails. Instead, he painted bright neon pink flowers that looked nothing like the reference photo. I had to ask him to make them lighter because I genuinely couldn't imagine leaving the salon with nails that looked like that. I understand that inspiration photos can't always be recreated exactly, but if he wasn't able to do that design, I wish he had simply told me. He could have explained that it wasn't something he was comfortable doing or asked another nail technician for help. One of the reasons I chose this salon was because I had seen very similar flower designs on their Instagram, so I believed it was something they were capable of doing. I also couldn't help but wonder if my age played a role in how I was treated. I felt like because I was younger and not very confident about speaking up, my concerns weren't taken seriously. Every time I tried to say something, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. There were multiple times during my appointment where I honestly felt like crying because I could tell they didn't want to work with me. I'm an emotional person, but more than anything, I felt unwelcome and like I was being judged for simply asking for the service I came in for. I wasn't trying to be difficult--I just wanted my nails and toes to look the way I had asked. I believe good customer service means listening to your client, communicating honestly if a design isn't possible, and making them feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Overall, I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I've been going here for years and see Vy I consider her the best and I always get a French pedi but today on my big toe my right one was too thin so she added or drew on a line to make it thicker but I could see the difference. She said it would go away after she put the clear polish on a few times but sorty it didn't work I could see it. The first I came here for eye brow waxing, I had a great experience and thought I finally found a place here locally here in beaumont, however my second time was not pleasant! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was rough with my face and thinned out my thick brows. Yesterday 7/14/22 my daughter and I had appointments for pedicures and she was supposed to be getting a gel manicure as well. I want to emphasize that we made appointments for 1:30for two people. We were quickly seated in our pedicure chairs with technicians. The facility is Average. It's is the WORST nail technician I've ever had. When removing gel polish she almost went through my toenail. She was extremely slow & rough ! My daughters tech clip your nails and made her bleed in the process . When finished with our pedicures after one hour, my daughter asked when am I getting my manicure I made an appointment for? Oh you will have to wait we don't have any technicians available for that... over $100 later they don't care. We both left with rough uneven nails. I was looking to have cat eye on my toes and nails however, the prices they were charging for the cat eye on the nails was almost à la carte and the price kept going up and up and up. I go to a salon in Murrieta, where everything is included in one price so I was not happy with this and I declined having my nails done. As for my toes, the technician was good, not great, but she could not do the cat eye design. She was very inexperienced with this and had to have another technician come in and do the cat eye application with the magnet. I was unhappy about that as I was 1.5 hour into my so, so pedicure, but still charged full price for everything. Not good business and not happy about the inexperienced technicians working and charging the high prices. As for recommending this place, I'm teetering about that. If I have nowhere else to go, I might go back but for now I would say no. read more

Well to make this short... Had my nails done for only five days and two nails just bent off and three of them accrued bubbles... so I went back and they fixed them. I asked why they had accrued air bubbles and he said because I didn't put all my nails into the blue light .. "he blamed me for the bubbles " smh! So when he redid them we both made sure they were in the led light ...but right when I left, again they accrued bubbles....ugh... now three more bent off... now I have to take them off completely! Holy cow, they have all types of designs and techniques. I was impressed walking in to this salon. I get my nails done often at Japanese nail salons were they do 3D nail art and use only gel. However, this place isnt far from artwork. They have a gazillion varieties of colors for polishes, gels, powder acrylics, designs, and even airbrushing. I wanted an argyle type of design on my toes and the girl who did them did an amazing job (photo included). She was steady, skillful, and pretty fast. I also got talked into getting a chocolate mocha massage. It felt nice and my legs and feet came out soft and smelling wonderful =). I had an awesome experience at this salon. I've had three different people do my nails and I've been happy with each one!
