First broken nail from that Friday, 6 hours after they were done.

This is your reminder to NOT switch up from your regular nail tech. I had to come here last minute because I had a wedding the next day. Got my nails done on a Friday at 2pm. A nail completely broke that same evening at 8. Six hours later, broken nail. Don't even know how! Tuesday comes, a nails paint chips off. 4 days and a chipped nail. Today, 10 days later, another nail broke off. With my original nail tech, my nails NEVER break, nor chip. For $55 (overpriced as it was), I expected much better quality. Will not be back, what a disappointment.

I've been coming here for quite a while now and it is still my favorite nail salon. Everyone is so friendly and I always love my nails! This is the only place I will get dip powder done. I've tried so many other places for dip but Luxury Nails has been the BEST!

This was my first time coming here and it did not disappoint!! Long took me in as a walk-in for dip. He was so interactive and helpful. He asked what I was looking for and made tons of recommendations and I LOVE how they came out! This is also the first time I've ever gotten dip and haven't gotten cut by the little drill or file. He was incredibly gentle and I left without a single cut or burn. I will definitely be back!

Been coming for a little over a year now. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the shop is very clean and the place is always busy! So you definitely need to make an appointment in advance! I get the dip manicure done every three weeks and a pedicure done once a month, never have had an issue with my nails. They ask if you like them every step of the way, and if you aren't a fan, they'll change whatever is needed. Highly highly recommend.

I wasn't too pleased with my nails. I left feeling like it was okay but not super excited like one should feel after getting their nails done. The man who did my nails kept filling my nails down was too much. This leads to brittle nails and even after speaking up he kept doing so. I just felt like all around it wasn't a precise job. I was grateful that I was able to get worked in and out in a timely manner. Less than a week after getting my nails done I'm already experiencing chipping. I am a healthcare worker so I am using hand sanitizer and washing my hands a bit more frequently than the average person however. I will probably shop around prior to coming back again. read more

Luxury Nails customer service is wonderful, I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Long is awesome, I can go 3 weeks if need be with no lifting or chipping. Definitely worth the price. read more

Luxury Nails is the best salon. I've been coming here for around 10 years. The owners are amazing people and all of the staff have always been great. I have NEVER had a bad experience coming here, hence why I've been going for so long and will continue to keep coming back. They are always pretty booked so I recommend getting an appointment The salon is always very clean and they always play great music and have something nice to watch on tv. They just recently got new pedicure chairs too Thank you Luxury Nails for always being amazing! read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. First of all, they DO NOT pop nails off. This is the last place in the IE that doesn't pop off and actually cares about the health and quality of your nails. If you make an appointment they actually take you at your appointment time and take pride in their work and customer service. I would give a 3/5 star but the price considering the service was not worth it. The establishment was clean, had an appointment so they took me fairly quickly, however, the service was rushed and outcome was not worth the price. I don't mind spending good money for outstanding service. If you're looking for a relaxing massage and beautiful nails this is not the place for you.. If you need something quick and "better this than nothing" then I guess you can come here. Wouldn't recommend and won't be coming back.. Service: Mani (French tip) regular nail polish + Pedi (gel) for a mommy who needed some pampering. How I came out unsatisfied even after going in with zero expectations is confusing to me. read more

This place is so unwelcoming and unprofessional. The nail tech who worked on my nails was so rude the entire time. Rushed my pedicure and didn't even clean my toe nails underneath. I literally did the rest at home. Gel color on one foot looks like it's one week grown. What a waste of $40 -- should've walked out! Please don't take walk ins if you're going to be that way. read more

Walked in to get a pedicure at 10 am. Not too busy, two nail techs were free. One was sitting in a pedicure chair getting a massage, and the other was just standing in the back staring at me. The main nail tech tells me to come back at 12:30 because they don't have time to do a pedicure at this time......uh ok. I walked out. read more

Unprofessional and unwelcoming. I felt like an inconvenience being there which it crazy given that they make money from servicing customers. I had a basic pedicure that lasted 10 minutes. I asked my girl to clean up any dead skin around my toes and she literally did the lightest pass even! I was looking forward to a pedicure after not having one for several months and this was so disappointing. Never coming here again. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! Staff is rude and does not acccept people of color. Due to their proximity to Starbucks, I have stopped by in person only to be told that they are full every time. Although others that do not look like me are taken right away. I called over the phone, as well (just to check, ) and was told to come the following day. Unacceptable! My features are lighter than most yet and still I have always been denied service. At this point I have learned to not try again. read more

My 12 year old daughter and her girlfriend went into get a mani/pedi at Luxury Nails. She was told over the phone it would be $118 so they made an appointment. During their visit they were up-sold gell and additional nail colors (without being told it would be an extra $55), to a grand total of $183 for two mani/pedi. The manager refunded $10 for an over-charge when asked for the cost breakdown. (Which I believe was the attendant giving herself a $10 tip, but I can't prove that). I went in to understand how this happened and was blamed for sending in my daughter without parent supervision. They offered to refund $30 if the girls came back they would remove the gell. Too bad, they seemed like nice people. read more

Have been coming to this place consistently over the last six months. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the prices are nice, but it's become obvious this isn't the cleanest establishment. I've had issues with my toe nails since my first visit here and am now dealing with an infection in my cuticle/nail bed from what I'm assuming was caused by an unsanitary tool. Won't be coming back. read more

I wouldn't recommend this nail shop. We booked to pedicures, they got us right in, the salon was empty. However they rushed the entire service so they can leave..... the entire staff kept talking about who's house they were going to go party at after, and non stop conversation about drinking and getting drunk. ( mind you , I had my 13 yr old daughter with me getting a pedicure.) my toenails are Unevenly cut, and my massage was not even a massage. Prices were high also. This was not good quality , sloppy and rushed. Don't got here unless you want crappy service from a young hungover staff. read more

Hey, All you negative customers! Pick up your phone and make an appointment. We are All just getting back in the swing of the pandemic, Including business. Even though the sign on the window says walk-ins welcome. You have to realize they are short staffed. Because no one wants to work. Due to stimulas and unemployment checks. The staff, owners and shop is top notch! And some the hardest working people I know. Been going here since they opened. And I love it!! Oh...and quit discriminating. Shame on You!!! read more

Popped in on Monday around 1 and Christina helped me. Super professional and asked exactly what I wanted. I was very happy. She was quick and professional- the salon was clean and quick. I will be back. They book up quick and are super busy- so go at a slow time (morning) or make an appointment. Starbucks is next door so grab something before and then get the work there done. I was really happy with my nails- dipping powder with tips- and the color is beautiful, and they are rounded. Love this salon. read more

Had a little bit of a wait, but for a Sunday that is to be expected. Great pedicure! Very polite and gentle. They were not in a super rush like a lot of places. I was very satisfied with the results. The price was reasonable and they had a great atmosphere. I liked that they played music videos instead of just putting it on a random tv channel. I enjoyed my experience! read more

Toes seem okay, but I'm afraid to look too close. The pedicure part was nice, so I'd just do that, if I went back.

I recently switched to Luxury Nails from another salon in Yucaipa that I had been a long time customer of (10+ years) because my favorite nail artist moved down there. I have moved in and out of the area and as a result have tried other salons in other areas. Linda and Long are hands down the best out of every salon/artist I've tried. I have literally waited to get my nails done until I can get to Yucaipa if it's for a special occasion so that I can go to one of them. Definitely recommend this salon and Linda or Long specifically. read more

Luxury nails is the absolute best! After so many attempts to find a technician that does amazing work and listens to what you want, I finally found the place. Long has been doing my nails for almost a year now, I won't go anywhere else. He does incredible work, shapes them perfectly and is flexible with my crazy artistic vision for how I want them done. Everyone at the salon are just all around cool people, the vibe is always pleasant and inviting. Definitely recommend! read more

Long was a life saver!! I made an appointment with him to get my nails fixed and he killed it with my new set!!! I am beyond happy and satisfied with my nails!! Before I had these ugly candy corn thick nails! And now they are prefect and sooooo much better! I literally cannot thank him enough! My favorite nail place! My whole family comes here. I get dip and I've always loved it. It's the only place I go to. Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly. Cleanest and largest place I've been to so far. Not for me, but for my mom. She loves it there. There's a starbucks next door that keeps me occupied for the time being. There's lots of feet jacuzzi things and people seem happy...although the asian overload is overwhelming. Nice people. read more
