Then proceed to tell me how much do I want to put as the tip. I then had to go to another salon to get them fixed. If you can't do what I asked for then we could have talked about doing something different. I wouldn't have minded but don't sit there and tell me it will look better watch. I went in on January 27th and got a Gel X manicure. It is now April 3rd, and the original gel I got there is still holding, albeit grown way out. There is a single chip in the purple which happened just a couple weeks ago, and there is no lifting from the nail at all. At the 1 month mark I filed down my nails and added gold gel and a glitter coat at home. At the 2 month mark, the gold is chipping and peeling and the original purple has not let up yet. I have never had nails last this long and this well, including dipping powder. I have filed my nails a few times to keep them the length I like, but it's been really incredible to see my nails grow out so strong and to a length I haven't had since I was a kid. Setting up an appointment was pretty easy, no one else was there, and it's a very clean space. Since it's been so long since the appointment, I have forgotten the name of the young woman who did them, but that just means I have to go back!! If this is how well the Gel does, I can't wait to see what happens with a powder dip! read more

Pros: They were very kind. They took care of our 5 year old with kindness. Especially the second person who worked on her. There was parking. They gave us mini water bottles. They were very clean. the place was clean. They wore masks on their faces. They used sanitized instruments. Cons: I called to make sure they had room for us (2 adults and one kid). We got there early and they started on us 30 minutes past our appt time. Our time was for 1pm. We left at 3:30pm. We asked for no gel. My wife was given gel and upcharged (and paid for it bc she got it even though we (she and I ) said no gel multiple times). When my kid got nervous about something in the pedicure, the woman working on her gave her time to "relax" and went on to work on one or two people's manicures, leaving my daughter there for a long while. Finally, we got another person to work on her. They used a different color on my daughter than she asked for (and pointed to and they repeated). My nails are already peeling (we got them done yesterday) and I get that me smushing them was my fault for two of them when I opened the car door but 3/10 are smushy which is a bummer. My child had a nice time and loves her nails. Thus the 3 stars. I asked them to be careful of a scab on my foot and they took it off and then apologized. :( Other adults there seemed to enjoy the experience. I won't be returning. Maybe they could have a form that you fill out so there is no confusion about the items you ask for? There was a language barrier and unfortunately our experience wasn't fabulous as others who went to this place. read more

They accommodated my mom, daughter, and I on late notice. It was my 3 year old's first pedicure and she was too small to reach the foot bath from the chair but they made it work anyway and were SO sweet to her. They made it really special.
