I just wanna say that this is my first time here and sadly I won't be coming back (unless I find another nail tech artist who actually listens to my needs). I only went to this place because I heard good reviews as well as it's the closest to my home. So I walked in having high hopes, and I even brought up a reference picture. After checking in for my appointment for a gel-x fill, I went to go see my nail tech and I went to say hello but she didn't say hello back. Whatever. So then I showed her my reference photo and I want all white. Now I understand if I couldn't see the flowers if it's the same white nail color, which is why she suggested a different color that I didn't even ask. Not even like a white purple/blue color just so we can see the flowers better. Also, I know I should've spoken up more, which I had three times that I want to be a classic white French tip with daisies. But she insisted on using a shade of purple that I didn't even ask for. But not only that, but I feel like she couldn't speak English fluently because half of the time she was speaking to me in full Vietnamese, which I had a hard time communicating. I honestly felt a bit peer pressure to have a nail design that I didn't exactly ask for and that's what I'm very disappointed in. When my nails were done, she then prompted me to go wash my hands, but never told me where it's at or didn't even point where the sink was so I had to ask another employee to find the sink. Now I don't mind the nails design itself if it was done better, even though I have spent $65 on it and honestly during the whole appointment I kind of felt uncomfortable even though I did speak up, but just not enough then I should have, but it also doesn't look like the picture I wanted it. I'm pretty disappointed with my appointment and I will not be coming back unless I have another nail tech who I'm pretty sure will do my nails more nicely design wise. This is why communication is very important during any nail appointment and I thought I have communicated my needs, but I guess it wasn't enough to the point where I was peer pressured to do a nail design that I don't even want. read more

I wish I could give this place **0 stars**. The staff is unbelievably rude, and the customer service is terrible. They may have a new, fancy location, (that I heard about)but they should spend less time worrying about appearances and more time improving the quality of their service. Every appointment feels rushed for absolutely no reason. If you know you have another client coming in,And before anyone says it's just me it isn't. I've heard the same complaints from multiple people. A nice building means nothing when the staff is disrespectful and the service is consistently disappointing. Came here for a regular manicure and pedicure for the first time. The place was nice, clean, and full like a typical nail salon. My nail tech did a great job with cleaning my nails and applying polish. I chose the citrus deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful. I noticed the nail techs turn on a timer when they do the massage to make sure they're keeping track of the extra time. Recommend! read more

So upsetting knowing I paid for a service that fell short. I asked for regular polish and have never had regular polish peel off like this. I'm thinking the technician used gel polish but since it wasn't cured it peeled right off. I haven't gone to this place in years but decided to give them another try. I had an amazing experience, especially with the level of detail and how they pamper you. The first thing they do is make you feel at home by offering you a complimentary drink. Even though it's a small gesture, it has a huge impact on experience. I wish other businesses could learn that it's the little things that elevates the experience from "meh" to "amazing"!! I got the cucumber special, and it was amazing from start to finish. The whole process felt tailored from the water cocktail all the way to the massage. I have been getting my nails done here for years now, I always recommend them to people. However, as of recently the service has gone down by a lot. They used to be so friendly and always talking to me, but now they are very rude, rushing while doing nails, the nail techs yelling at each other from across the room which makes the experience less peaceful when it is supposed to be my relaxing time. Some of the nail ladies are still very nice like Ivy, Jessica, and Kim. However, the men there are very rude and not welcoming at all. The nail quality is poor, and mine always end up breaking after a week which should not be happening at all. The polish has chipped a few times, and I always have to go back to fix it. I came To get my acrylic nails removed. They ended up ripping them off one by one with another nail, which was pretty painful. I thought they were going to soak them and gently remove them and it left my real nails underneath super broken, super brittle and very, very sensitive. Then one of the nail techs was very angry at the receptionist (who is a young white girl) and was going around pointing at her while clearly talking about her and being very unprofessional. My nails are thick and nothing like what I wanted. Their cat eye does not cat eye at all. My daughter did hers too and I was told to pay before her nails were done. Our appointment was at 3. Nail tech didn't start on us till 3:35! And my design "takes too long" - there was a response but I didn't feel it was fair. Yes - it was offered AFTER I was told it will take too long and I felt like I was a bother. My daughter's nails were nice. I have been coming here for almost a year now and it a great experience every time. I always see Evy now when I come for my nails. She does an amazing job on my nails and gives an excellent massage with her pedicures. Sometimes I have a photo of what I would like and she makes it better. Then sometimes I let her pick the designs and they are amazing. My kids and husband see Jenny or Lyly mainly of the other Ladies for their manicure and pedicures and they are just as great. I've been going here for years, and the quality has just gone down lately. The services are rushed, and there is no focus at all on the health of your nails. I won't be going back. The past couple times I tried to keep it simple and just get a gel manicure, hoping that would be safe. I left today with uneven, rough textured, spotted nails. The technician kept double checking my nails- and when I got into the sun it was obvious why. (See photos) so the fact that she knew how bad they looked and still charged me... it's time to find a new salon.- I was there yesterday (5/22) around 3pm. I've been going to Eva's Nails for a while now and each experience has been phenomenal. I had various nail techs for my pedicures and they've always been super polite and kind while giving the best relaxing service. I also had various nail techs for my acrylic fills and I have not been disappointed. They have one of the best and most skilled technicians in the industry. Best thing of all, their prices are VERY reasonable for high quality services. Appointments: Appointments are very easy to make and are usually one phone call away. I've also have made last minute walk ins and they've always paired me with a great technician. Repairs: Since I work in Supply Chain I unfortunately break a nail or two between appointments. Depending on how bad it is I've gone in to get a few nails repaired and they've been very accommodating and nice about it. Cleanliness: The salon is very clean and you can tell they take great care and pride in the upkeep. Pedicures: They have a great menu for pedicures and I've tried everything from the regular to the premium pedicures. They have comfortable massage chairs and they offer refreshments (and sometimes snacks) during the service. Nail services: I've only tried their acrylics and fill services and as I've mentioned above, they have the best overall team of technicians. They have a wide variety of skills and are up to date with current trends. They have an impressive selection of colors and powders. Most of their techs have Instagrams so you can easily view their portfolio. But as I've said before, I haven't had a tech that disappointmented me with their work. They're all equally acknowledgable and skilled. All in all, I am happy to say that I've finally found my new go-to place and I always look forward to my appointments. HIGHLY recommend. read more

I went in to get a gel manicure and the lady gave me acrylics which I did not want. Instead of offering to fix them and give me what I asked for they said they could take them off, and leave my nails undone. My nails were uneven on both hands and some were longer/thinner and not the same shape which you could clearly see. When she was finished, she told me to get up because she had somebody else waiting, so I didn't even have time to ask the original person to fix my nails. I had to ask the manager if she could fix my nails because I was rushed out of my chair, I have been here in the past for a pedicure, and they were nice to me until this time that I got my "hands" nails done.
