Went in to do a full set on nails an hour before closing and the lady was so nice and accommodating. She did an amazing job at my nails and felt that the nail salon looked clean and beautiful. She not only did great but exceeded my expectations of what I was wanting for my nail design. I will be returning. Tip: make an appointment in advance to avoid overlapping with other patrons

Not busy at all! Walked in again, no one in the shop on a Monday afternoon. Pretty quiet inside as well, no music. Just background tv noise on Spanish news channel. The shop is clean and organized. The only thing to note is I wished the wall holding the regular nail polish was separated from the individual gel polishes. I keep finding pretty polishes only to find out they are gel. :'( left side shelving, please take the time to organize and I'll be able to choose colors more quickly. My nails looked amazing. She took off the polish from last time and shaped my nails again. Hand/arm massage and then a hot towel. And painted very cleanly! It looks so beautiful. I chose the Rimmel London lasting finish pro! Amazing nail salon. I went and Kelly did my nails while I got a pedicure. She was so sweet and we talk almost the whole time. It is so welcoming there. I went in for a pedicure today and it went great. The place is very clean and organized. They had plenty of color options and my pedicure came out perfect. I made an appointment but they take walk-ins! It's $25 for a regular pedicure, $40 for gel pedicure. read more

I really appreciate how courteous all the nail techs are! This shop is always clean with snacks and water available for customers. Prices are fair and they also offer a punch card- $10 off your 10th service. I love a good discount. Nails are always great quality. Such a great find!!! read more

I have been searching for a good nail salon for quite some time and it looks like I finally found it!! I had my nails done the first time I visited and not only did they come out beautiful, but they were done so well they lasted in tact for quite some time. Great new salon! I decided to go over after doing laundry and Kelly took me right away. Had a great leg and arm massage. My toes and nails look beautiful. I especially liked how precise she did my cuticles. The salon is also very clean. Highly recommended!!! read more

I never know when I'll have spare time to get a pedicure and many times am unable to find a nail shop to accommodate my schedule. I called Kelly's Nails & Spa on a Wednesday morning and they were able to work with my requested time. I even arrived 20 minutes early and they were able to work me in without inconveniencing other customers. Kelly is very sweet and friendly, even offering me a bottle of water. She explained that she's only been open about four months, having bought the shop from prior owners who moved out of the area. Tina did my pedicure and it was AMAZING! I got the #3 pedicure so it had a couple add ons (sugar scrub, callus remover). Both Tina and Kelly were great and I felt welcome. I'll be back next month! read more

I guess she assumed I had gel on my toenails? I paid for the pamper me pedi, but it felt very basic. The pedicure itself was sloppy. My daughter's pedicure was good. However her manicure chipped in a day. I get that regular polish chips much more quickly than gel, but if they only want to work with gel polish, then they shouldn't offer regular polish. I was disappointed in the end. It felt like we were being penalized for not getting gel. Even though we had an appointment, I felt like we were in the way. I'm so sad, I really thought I had found my nail shop.

What could have been a 40 minute visit took twice as long. $65 also felt excessive for regular polish, I've gotten gel polish for that amount at other salons. Customer service was also meh - she seemed annoyed when I asked to swap out the color after testing it on one nail and didn't recommend any additional services like at other salons. What was even more frustrating was that by the evening three of my nails were already chipped! Will not be returning, don't recommend!

Then she proceeded to peel off the old gel and tore the corner of my nail OFF. She then proceeded to say I had thin nails! I've been getting gel pedicures for a while now and NEVER has anyone tore a piece of my nail OFF! As a technician, even if my nail was thin she could of used a machine to remove the gel instead of tearing it off the way she did. I was so upset! She tried to tell me she would add a piece, which I declined so I just told her to cut what she could without leaving my nail too short. I will never return here. Maybe some folks like this method of removal but I did not and will not be returning for a pedicure. I will add the chairs were comfortable and I also got a gel manicure which he added so many layers too! There was one lady too that came by and was just talking to the technician who did my nails and the vibe just felt uncomfortable! I will never return!

I've been to Kensington Nails and Spa twice and actually liked it which makes this even more…read moredisappointing. I just called to book a mani and pedi separately and this is something I've done before and was met with attitude. I understand Fridays are busy but the tone was rude and dismissive. When I agreed to just a manicure the response was a sarcastic "thank you." First impressions are the reveal and this one said everything. If this is how repeat customers are treated over the phone it's clear long term business isn't a priority. They've lost a customer and I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

When my nail technician completed my manicure, she announced, "same!" as if she declared out-loud my powdered pearlescent nails are now magically transformed into the requested nude chrome color. I wish they would've told me upfront that this cannot be done. I would not request for anything out of the basic mani pedi here.

This is my go to nail salon. Kelly is THE BEST. With a lot of my past nail salon experiences I've always felt very rushed and not taken care of. But it's the complete opposite with Kelly, she's so sweet, doesn't rush me to make up my mind when I'm in between colors, she also really takes her time during nail prep so all my sets from her always last a really long time since they aren't lifting or peeling up at all. She's so nice, and isn't rough at all (no raw over cut cuticles here). Can't recommend her enough. read more
