This was the worst nail service I've ever experienced. They were way too rushed and just slapped on some nail polish and called it good. I even sat and waited for an hour in hopes they would just take their time. I left there with nail polish all over myself, and wanting to take it off. Like seriously?! A 6 year old could've done that. I understand that it gets busy, but you should at least give all your customers the same amount of effort in your service, and let others know that there is a wait. The man who did her nails was very aggressive in the way he was jerking her arm around, and when she mentioned that the glitter didnt look right he pretended that he didnt hear her. Even after addressing the fact her nails did not come out right we were charged full price and ended up paying $120 for 2 manicures. However, with each visit I began to notice the service became less friendly and the quality going down as well. Today being thee worst ever!!!! She was being rough and pulling and pushing my legs around to be in the position she wanted. A total rip off. I asked the nail tech to make my nails shorter and oval several times. The dip looked bumpy and terrible, misshaped, uneven and dull. She actually asked if I wanted my calluses removed during my pedicure and told me that I would need to pay extra when already spending $50. Annoyed...At Christmas, I went in for a BASIC pedicure. The lady told me my skin was dry. Uumm, hello? I live in Colorado and it is December. She asked if I wanted her to use lotion. I said, "sure" (confident that was part of my normal routine with a BASIC anyway). When I went to pay, I was charged $40. I was running late for an event or I would have fought the battle then. We had an awful experience at this salon. The Lady who was going to do my daughters eyebrows was so rude. She was slamming and kicking things on the way back to the wax room. Once we were in the room she asked how I'd like my daughters eyebrows, then proceeded with a smart remark and said "What shape, she has no shape" in a nasty and rude voice. Barely a massage( actually just put lotion on like you would to yourself at home) using old looking dirty scrub things that i refuse to have used. And burnt my feet in the water in pedi tub. I could have done a better job myself and saved $25 x 2. Out of the 3-4 salons in the area, is it that hard to provide a decent service? Or have some sort of level to consistency? I have had good experiences here in the past but today I had an appointment for 2:30 and my pedicure did not start until 3:10. I informed them several times that I had another appointment at 4. I was just about to walk out. I also was not greeted when I walked in like everyone else and another customer who came in 30 min after me announced she had an appointment and was seated in a chair right away. I had Sam today and she was a nice person but my nails look horrible! She kept digging into me and now I am bleeding on one of my thumbs one side is longer then the other. At one point while filling them down after putting on the acrylic she broke one of the nails, granted she tried to fix it but now they are not even. I'm a cosmetologist and I know nails can be hard but if u don't know what ur doing don't do them. Most my nails are also very thin so they will probably only last a few days before one breaks. One thing I really like is that they take their time removing the shellac, unlike at some other salons, so my natural nails stay stronger. The last time I came here, I said it would be the Last time! But today, due to time constraints I arrived and was told there was NO wait for a mani & pedi. After another very disappointing pedicure (they try to upsell a ton of stuff but for 25$ I had only a decent paint job, dry skin unnipped, no good foot scrub no massage, and a cream she but on my legs that burned. However it seems every time I have come back it has declined even more. The wait is always too long and in fact they don't even tell u it might take 20 minutes or half an hour before they get to you. Me and My daughter and her friends have gone here several times, they are rude to teenagers! They are very nice girls and give decent tips, but they shouldn't give any tips. I have had my nails and toes for years. Recently (December of 2016) I moved to West Arvada and started going to Elite Nail on a bi-weekly basis. I have acrylic nails with shellac and I get regular pedicures with shellac. At first my visits were great. I made my appointments with My. Soon My began not showing up for my appointments or she was late. I started coming in with no appointment and that worked for a while. I always got the jelly pedicures which I really enjoyed. Over the last couple of months I have seen many staffing changes and that's when things went downhill. Today I came to the spa for just a manicure with shellac. I'm making the transition from acrylics. So my natural nails are thin and peeling (not Elites fault). The woman who did my manicure was terrible. She was drilling my natural nail until I pulled back several times because it was hot. I asked that she not do that.. she continued. I chose my shellac color and the tech kept coming back with the incorrect color and was rolling her eyes and irritated with me. The manicure was poor... she scraped my thin nails with the cuticle scrapper and hurt me several more times. I left the salon upset and with shellac painted all over the tips of my fingers . When I go for a professional manicure I expect the polish to be on my nails. I delclined the pedicure because I couldn't wait to leave. Plus it's 90 degrees outside and no air conditioning was on at the salon... making it very hot and uncomfortable. I paid $30 for a less than 30 minute manicure. The massage on my hands was literally 30 seconds for both. Needless to say Elite Nail lost a great customer today. I won't be back. read more

I have came here many times. When I first started coming here, I loved the service. Then after a couple times I was sick of it. Once the owner cut a hole into my thumb nail while taking off my acrylic set. Then proceeded to put powder over it as well as charging me $10 extra for removal. My most recent time, I got a faded French tip and I was told at the beginning that my nails would be a total of $35. Once my nails were finished, somehow my total was $65. Never coming here again. If I could give zero stars I would! Both my daughter and I had a rebase. My daughter came out with cuticles bleeding, crooked nails & zero consistency with nail length. The lady doing my nails kept telling me to stop watching her do my nails because it was making my hand tense up. My hand was tensing because she was filing my finger off. Horrible! The woman who did my nails, Lee, used a drimel to remove my shellac, even though I asked her not to. Then, to cut down my nails, she used cuticle trimming clippers. She did not use the Emory board or the fine block to smooth my nails even though I pointed out the ragged edges the clippers left. Me and my 3 girlfriends went for pedicures and asked for shellac polish- had to ask several times for color options... refusal to remove previous shellac on 2 nails ( because that was all that was left).
