My cousin and I were on vacation and want to do something other than go to the beach so we decided to get our nails done. I got the dip powder nails (which normally last at least a month before even starting to fall off) and they looked fine, but ONE WEEK after getting them done they all began to fall off. Very disappointed to have paid forty dollars and they only lasted a week. read more

Worst pedicure ever x 2. They have no clue how to take SNS off. My husband had a manicure and pedicure. He was completely done on 330 minutes and agreed that is was a bad experience. I had to go to another salon to have the SNS removed and my manicure completed. A total waste of $61. read more

The worst place to go to get a medi or pedi. The young girl that did my pedi was very sweet. But when she finished my pedi the bottoms of my feet are so scratchy. I didn't notice til I got back to my hotel . I asked for a manicure w/ Gel . The girl that did my mani cut my nails all the way to the skin. Then she applied this clear polish then paints on this white polish bc I asked for French. After doing 1/2 of one hand she ask me how I liked it. I liked to have died. That was the most awful looking stuff and after she cut my nails off to the quick I didn't have much nail left. So half of that lil nail was white clumpy polish. Course I told her NO I didn't like them and that's not what I asked for Wheww you talking about an attitude. She turned to another worker and was like here you do this bc I can't do her. The Mgr or owner Billy came over and looked and said , " You want tip"? I said Yes, I sure don't want this. So he did my nails and I am happy with them but he wasn't very polite about it . My husband got a pedicure too and his feet are scratchy. Also while I was getting pedicure and there to relax everyone started cleaning, sweeping and mopping with pinesol all around my chair. That was so unprofessional! When I pay for mani and pedi I'm there to relax and enjoy . I don't recommend this place to anyone. Spend over $100.00 and get treated like that I'll never go back there. read more

Will NEVER go here again!!!!!! I handed the girl a $100 bill and she looked at me funny and I asked her if she had change since I was their first customer & she said yes no problem. She walked around behind me and came back and handed me 3 $5 bills and 5 $1 bills, I asked her what that was and she said it was my change that I gave her a $20 bill and I said NO I did not, I gave you a $100 bill and it was a new bill from the bank so I knew EXACTLY what I gave her. She went to the register and pulled out all the $20's and I told her I didn't know what she did with it but I gave her a $100 bill. The guy beside her said that is all that is there is $20's, I said I know but I did give her a $100 bill and he said check your purse so I did and I pulled out 2 more $100 bills which when I walked in there I had 3 $100 bills and NO $20's. I even gave her and the guy that did my pedicure their tips. Needless to say I had to give her another $100 bill so my manicure cost me $145 instead of $65 like it should have. I will not send anyone to this place again and I will not return myself. I am beyond pissed at this business. I hope their worker enjoys the $100 tip besides the $10 tip I gave her for the fastest manicure that I have ever received. read more
