It had been years since I've been here. I came in today because my usual place was closed. I was very surprised when they were empty and everything was different. I learned they are under new ownership but the 2 workers there were prior employees. They have a new rewards system. They have new chairs, and new decor. They did a great job with my manicure. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get the usual hand massage with lotion. Either she forgot, or they took that service off. Also, a regular manicure was $25. Would not recommend them. They don't listen to the shape of the nail that you want. They're very heavy handed with their tools and hygiene standards are questionable. Nothing is sanitized including the nail brushes at the sink, their tools, and Emery boards. It was $40.00 just for a gel polish, no manicure and the nails are completely uneven. read more

I had a relaxing pedicure here. The woman who did my nails didn't talk much but did a great job. I wish she had let me know when my nails would be done drying as I just sat there at the dryer for a while until I felt it had been long enough and I was ready to leave. I have been going to this salon for 10 years. (No lie!) The salon looked alot different when I first started going and then probably 5+ years ago was remodeled. I moved out of town (4 hours away) for school/work and whenever I go home to visit my parents I make a point to get my nails done here! They do a FABULOUS job. They NEVER overcharge, and often don't charge for the silliest of things like other salons. Now, I'm sure it's partially because I'm a regular, most places make better offers for regulars and repeat customers, I definitely recommend you put this on your list of places to return to! I am VERY critical as far as how long my nails last (I always get acrylic nails put on). Many places I go to, I will notice at least one nail starting to fall off within 3-4 days, and if I don't get a fill within 14 days EXACTLY, I will lose more nails rather quickly. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE from Paradise Nails is WONDERFUL! My nails have stayed put and are long lasting (usually 2.5-3 weeks max before needing a fill) They are very social and welcoming to all. I love Paradise Nails and wish I could find such a salon to love where I am living now. read more

They need to realize what customer service means. I cane there with 3 teenagers and was extremely tired but we still sat there and waited. They were rushing which didn't make any sense because we knew there was a wait from the beginning and didn't mind. When it came time to pay i explained that the girls were paying for their services themselves ( my big girls ) and that would be after they dried. They started speaking their language. Uhm, rude. If you wanted someone to pay before hand then you should have asked before you painted their bails which is how they do it at every other shop. Don't rush me. Then she put my sisters money on the counter instead of handing it to her. You're disgusting people. Grow up. And their nails turned out horrible because of the rushed work read more

We booked an appointment for 4 people with plenty of notice. Our appointment time was 10am. They didn't get to us until almost 11. I asked for a gel manicure and it took more than twice as long as any manicure I've gotten. They made me feel very uncomfortable as they were very apparently talking about my nails in their language. The lady who helped me paid attention to details, which I appreciated. It is definitely overpriced as well. Would not recommend. read more

I came in to get a full set at 12:50p on a Friday. I was told 15-20 min wait. I hour later I was told to sit. I sat for 20 more mins . Finally I was helped, they put nails on and then She got up and helped a lady that came in. Here I am with tips on and too far to walk out but if not I would. I am so disappointed in this place. She acknowledged that I was new here and still had terrible service. Just whispered to me that it would be another 5 mins before she could help me..... this is horrible here. Typical nail salon. They keep the place very clean and continue to clean as they go. I got a man pedi. They ushered me right in and prepared a chair. However, though there were four people in the salon, only two were working. One was doing another woman's mani and the other was cleaning. I waited for over 10 minutes for the woman to finish the mani and come do my pedi. I assume she was the only one who could do nails. My water was getting cold by the time she came. My pedi and mani are pretty decent. Her shaping was not the greatest, but my foot is the smoothest it has ever been. I will probably find another place to get my mani and pedi done, but it was an average experience. read more

Lucy is absolutely AMAZING. I came here after I had a complete total crap manicure done at a salon down the road. When I came in and showed Lucy what was bothering she was more upset about it than I actually was. I went in 45 minutes before they closed and she never once rushed, seemed irritated or anything. She was very social and welcoming and listened to what I wanted. At the end of it she had 100% won me over. Paradise nails is the only salon I go to now. I normally call after about 3 weeks of having my polish on and when I go back to have the gel polished changed it still looks just as good as the day she painted them. She also always gets me in the same day I call. Lucy is excellent a waxing and shaping my eyebrows and all of the girls there give exceptional pedicures. I recommend this salon to anyone looking for a positive change. read more

Do NOT ask for David. He does a horrible job. The polish did not reach the tips of my nails on my hands & toes. He also did a horrible job on cleaning up around my cuticles. When asked to fix it, all he did was add another layer of polish. So embarrassed of this, I immediately went to a different salon to have it fixed. Will never go back. read more

I have been searching for a good nail salon and very please with the service. Awesome pedicure and manicure, unfortunately did not get the girls name and am kicking myself. There was not a wait to get in the chair, very kind and helpful nail technicians. I was getting over a cold and the smell of the polish triggered me coughing.
