As I read these other reviews, there were a lot of negative vibes. This year I followed my Nail Tech when she changed shops. I was impressed with what I encountered. The shop was sparkling with the newest renovations. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who offered me something to drink. Since I made a reservation, I was taken within 5 minutes which gave me the opportunity to select my nail color. June is the best nail tech! It truly was a very pleasant experience. If you had been here before, please note is under new management. The owners are very conscious of customer's needs and aim to please. It is a totally different experience than what I read in the reviews. I would recommend Elite Nails, especially if you had a negative experience. Stopped in to get a nail fixed and they weren't able to match my pink and white ombré design so I elected to get my nails soaked off which is just dip over my natural nails. It took 45 minutes to complete and was a $15 charge. Maybe I'm spoiled compared to my normal shop (I was traveling from out of state) but I get my nails soaked off and redone for 45 minutes. I was given a price for dip nails of $45.00. I even asked if they charged more for a different color nail. The answer was no. When Renee was done with me, she told me to come up front to pay. When I got there, she told me it would be $65.00. I said you told me $45.00. She said it was more because I had to cut them down. I guarantee you I will never go back there. I went to this nail place on April 6th because I was in town. It was very busy so I thought that was a good thing. I had to wait over an hour to get my nails done. The lady that did my nails was extremely nice. I got the French tip SNS, and it looked really good when I got it. However within a few days you could already see them coming up from the bottom. They didn't last at all, and they were very expensive. Here I am a week and 2 days later getting them done at a dinner nail place. She did wax my eyebrows also and did an amazing job, but I would not recommend them for nail service. read more

I would never recommend this nail shop if it was the last nail salon on earth. I went here at the end of April to get a manicure, pedicure and gel manicure (Jen did them).. It started chipping. I called and said I wanted a refund or for them to redo it, he said they could redo it. I went back two days later, I told Andy I wanted a refund, I was just going to get a refund and not go back. Andy pointed to the wall where there was a sign that said "no refunds." He said they would do them over and told me to sit down and wait. I'm not going to lose my money after two days because these "professionals" who aren't professional at all, in any way, shape or form cannot do their job correctly so I decided to wait. They took the gel polish off and polished my nails again for the second time. I wasn't happy with the way they were, the nail polish was way too thick on my left pointer finger and it wasn't polished all over my nail.. (the second time I went back there was a girl in there whose nails were ALSO messed up very early on. if I heard correctly they were chipping and lifting after only two days) Two days later, the *GEL* polished has chipped yet again, for the second time! Linda removed my gel nails and Andy did my nails the second time. (While Linda was doing my nails she made the comment that I needed to get my eyebrows groomed, that they were bushy. I believe she asked me why I let them become so bushy. I told her I do not care. She made this face and we continued talking. I do not go to the nail salon to get criticism about my appearance! You all are a NAIL shop and cannot even do nails right don't think that I would EVER trust you with my face. Making comments about someone's appearance isn't being a salesman or sales woman to get people pay you to do their eyebrows, it's a way to get cursed out and lose business.) I called and he told me to come back in. When I got there, Andy told me "this is our last time doing your nails." I said ok. I did not care. I should have showed my butt right then but I didn't. I sat down and I waited patiently. If y'all (Jen and Andy) would have done my nails right the first time you all wouldn't have had to worry about seeing my face three times for the same set in less than a week and a half. I sat down in Elite's Nail Salon chair for the very last time. Jen began taking my gel nail polish off, I told her more than once "ow." She had the drill going and was moving it VERY fast on my thumb nail. She drilled the gel down, used foil and a very tiny piece of cotton and acetone to help break down the gel and then used the hand file to remove the gel on my natural nails. My nails are now THIN. VERY THIN. I had to cut them because they are so thin they kept bending. My thumb was also irritated after I left from the harsh misuse of the drill!! This nail salon is TERRIBLE. Their professionalism is horrible. They will hurt you, not care, thin your nails out, take your money and refuse to give you a refund. If you care about the money you make and the health of your nails do NOT go to this place. Jen and Andy both of you SUCK! Jen you told me you were ready to stop doing nails. You should do that TODAY!! Put the drill down and take yourself HOME. Do not pick up another bottle of polish or another hand file!! Both of you (Andy and Jen) need to find another job that does not require servicing other people and doesn't require dealing with customers. Companies and franchises say the customer is always right, the customer is not always right but when the customer is right y'all need to act like it! You all do nails terribly, you all's attitude is absolutely terrible. If you don't do refunds, provide services correctly the first time and you won't have to worry about angry customers wanting all of their money back for poor service! read more

First time visiting and my experience was very unprofessional. The girl that did my pedicure didn't use the correct Cutical Utensil. Cut my toenails too short. Polish was clunky! I got the sns dip and the lady rushed me out of the pedicure chair to start my nails because she had an appt at 1:30. My nails looked like fuzz was in them, I told her about it and the response was idk why it looks that way. Instead of asking what could she do to correct them. She gave my ticket to the girl who did my pedicure and disappeared in the back. I will not give them any business going forward. Customer service needs work! Most of the time, I don't have to wait long; during a busy period (right before a holiday, after 5pm, or middle of the day on weekends), I am taken care of within 15-20 minutes. They were busy and I didn't mind waiting but after 40 minutes, I left. No one ever said one word to me. Even when I went up to the counter to cross off my name, I was not recognized or spoken to. A couple of weeks ago I went here for the first time and the man that did my nails did a terrible job. He was rushing, and my nail on my middle finger is way too short. The man didn't even check to make sure my nails were even, obviously they weren't. He did what he wanted to do with my nails, not what he should have done. If I'm going to pay for something, especially something with a pretty high price, I want what I paid for. If he's going to do nails and deal with people he needs to learn some patience. A woman can in to get a fill, they say come back in two hours. Mind that she said she had an appointment. She asks if some woman is in and they "oh.. no she still on vacation." "We only have one person doing nails, com back three hours" lol it's kinda funny but they are ok with nails.. I had got a French tip and it's was good, but they made my hands bleed. I've been to this place before to get a full set of coffin shaped nails and so last night i went to get another coffin shaped full set went in, picked my color and sat down not even 5 minutes later a lady called me to go sit down and she started to do my nails and i noticed the coffin shape was THINNER than normal and i asked her and she "this is the right way" and she started finishing them up and i wasn't necessarily happy with them until she added the color. they turned out good but not the shape as well as i thought it would be. it can be over priced normally i pay $25 for a fully set but ended up paying a total of $35 maybe it was the shape idk but they have fast service just not a great job. read more

First off- I came here with my sister in law, she normally never comes here, it was just a closer location for both of us. So, I walk in, ask if they have the wax for your feet and hands. One of their employees tells me no, so I told them I just got a pedicure done a few days ago and I just wanted to soak my feet while my sister in law did her pedicure. He lead both of us to chairs in which we sat down and soaked. My sister in laws lady arrived and started to do her nails....twenty minutes later a gentleman comes up to me with a towel, that had a huge spider on it, he didn't understand I didn't want the towel because of the spider, he also had tools to do a pedicure. I told him I was not doing a pedicure and that I was just soaking my feet. I wouldn't of mind paying for soaking my feet, but no one told me they charge for that. So their manager comes up to me and says she needs to charge me for a whole pedicure. I told her no. The manager was rude. Also, after I stood up from soaking my feet, they only emptied the water and just refilled it for the next girl. They did not clean the tub or use liners for the pedicure tubs. This is probably the dirtiest nail salon I've been to and on top of it, management was very rude. I explained to them that I told the gentleman I did not want a pedicure before I sat down and she still insisted that it was my fault for taking up their chair. She insisted I pay $10. I wish I said no at that point. I should of let her call the cops. Do not go here if you want a relaxing & clean environment for your nails being done. When I found out he was starting this business I waited 6 months until.he opened to have my nails done. This salon is very nice modern and very clean. The nail techician are prifessional and courteous. Business license are posted for your review. However I had to keep my coat on for my madicure and pedicure because the temperature was 59 degrees when I arrive for appointment. I spoke with manager but nothing was done to adjust the temperature. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Technician literally did not speak to me, repeatedly cut healthy skin, AND failed to actually push my cuticles at all. A week later and I've also noticed signs of a fungal infection. Absolutely would not recommend. read more
