Zack was my nail guy! He was modest about his work and said he's not the "design" guy,but he'll try! He was super meticulous and took his time making sure the nails matched to the shapes and even with the design. He was pleasant to chat with and will be going back to him. I also got a pedi and it was very relaxing. I cannot remember his name. He was so friendly and we talked about kids and life. I think I also was greeted by everyone in the shop which was nice and kind of unexpected. They weren't to busy today but the techs they have were booked up. I highly recommend booking online (which was a great perk) or calling. Check out was fast and easy. The atmosphere of this place is so relaxing! Can't wait to go back!! If I had to pick something I would change maybe the prices but honestly they are no more expensive than any other nail salon and their work speaks for themselves. read more

Just got my nails and feet done here by Nichole Schwarzkopf, I got SNS on my nails and I got a Gel pedicure. She did a fantastic job!!! She's very delicate and precise which I really like. She does exactly what you want and you can tell she really cares about your nails. I fully recommend coming here and seeing her i promise you won't regret. I had a great experience going to the Nail Studio. I got a manicure and pedicure, which is something that I didn't get in two years since Covid. The lady that did my nails was so patient and understanding because I'm ticklish with my feet. I work with computers so my hands are very tense. She was understanding and calm with me, even when I messed up my big toe after getting the pedi. I really like this nail salon and will definitely come back again read more

Don't go here. It was the strangest pedi of my life. The man working demanded I hand him the color I had in my hand even though it was not the one I wanted. He then was very weirdly aggressive when I wanted a different color. It's not like they had started my polish, it was literally just me choosing initially. The bathroom was gross and smelled like mold. The ambiance was so off-putting and honestly if I hadn't been so tired I would have left. The woman who actually did my toes HURT me by digging her nail into my nail bed multiple times even after I told her she was hurting me. She then proceeded to pile on polish, and I mean really piled it on. My toes weren't dry even after an hour. Needless to say, they look awful and are completely screwed up. I am from out of town and am leaving tomorrow morning so I don't have time to have them fix their shoddy work. If your salon has any ounce of dignity you will refund the $35 you stole from me. Yes, stole. You stole from me by not performing the service promised and then taking my money. I don't tend to leave bad reviews but I am just so appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic human decency. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

HORROR STORY. Do not go here. I went for a mani and pedi. First the water was cold, but I let it slide. Fast forward: my toe nails were all crooked and different shapes, so I asked if they could be cut. I was told to cut my nails myself and given the clippers. Shocking, but I just wanted my nails to look decent without any conflict. When I finished cutting my OWN nails, the tech snatched the clippers away from me. I complained at this point about the poor customer service and outright disrespect, so the owner finished my pedicure. When it was time for my manicure I was given several different prices by different people. When I asked the owner about the discrepancy, he told me I was "annoying" and refused to finish my nails. I told him I would be leaving a review because I couldn't believe the service. I was told I could wait for my feet to dry, pay for the pedicure (that I partially did myself) and leave. However, the owner decided to harass me while I was sitting at the dryer. He threatened to call the police on me for threatening to leave a negative review, and told me that I'm the only person who has ever had a complaint at his business. I started recording him at this point. He called the police saying that I threatened his business with a bad review. After this, I asked to pay for my pedicure so I could leave before they even dried. He said and I quote "You can't pay until you delete the video off your phone. If you don't delete the video, I will tell the police to chase you." (Also recorded on video). The woman at the front allowed me to pay, so I paid for my pedicure and left. The owner then proceeded to FOLLOW me outside after I left telling me to delete the video. I had to call the police myself at this point. Luckily, the police informed him that it is not a crime to leave a review or record in a public place, but it is a crime to pursue someone. I wasn't even going to leave a review because, quite frankly, I would not have cared anymore after leaving. But this. This needs a review. The owner told me he calls the police on customers all the time. (Also recorded on video) Beware and take your business elsewhere. read more

Usually I have a good experience here but for some reason I was given a ten o'clock appointment and I'm still waiting at 10:30 . When I ask how long it will be the girl tells me a minute. She ask if I have somewhere to go. I tell her that time is money . I'm leaving you've lost me as a customer I won't be back. I went for the first time based on Yelp recommendation. It looks very clean, no overpowering smell from the manicure stations. Massage chair worked well although not top of the line, no heat, only two styles of massage, short cycles you have to keep turning it on. Young woman doing my pedicure did a good job, could have cleaned up polish mistakes on toes a little better. At $25.00 for a pedicure I am not sure if I will be back. I am currently looking for a nail salon to be my permanent go to place. While this one does check off some of my must haves, not sure this will be my choice. read more
