You walk in and feel totally swept away by the beautiful decor. The store is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They even offer drinks to the customers while they work. My second visit was equally charming. Max was my nail tech and he was a total professional. We had a light conversation while he worked and he did a superior job. I told him he would be "my guy" when I return in a couple weeks. The prices are fair and the range of services is wide. I'm still new to manicures, but I feel so fancy when I walk out of there. I can't remember the lady's name but she was black and the only one doing pedicures while I was there. But the nail technician was horrible! Didn't have time to ask her name. But if I remember correctly she is on the far right 3 rows back. She has no consultation skills, or knowledge of basic nail tech terms. I asked for opaque acrylic powder but she kept putting clear powder on my nails even though they had a whole wall of different color acrylic powders in the back. She then refused my service instead of trying to find a different color powder. It was not busy, nor was it a difficult request. I get the same short French tips every where I go, so I was so confused when she acted as if I was asking for something impossible. In my opinion she wanted a reason not to do MY nails.
