a variety of nuts in a display case
    Dalia H.

My first experience with Elite Nuts was a gift. I received a huge glass platter filled with an array of chocolates. I'm not the type of person to eat chocolate much, but I really enjoyed these chocolates. The chocolate is very nicely wrapped individually and you can guess the flavor by the color of the wrapping. I do wish they can offer a map or description with the chocolates. Good quality chocolate from Turkey and Belgium. Then my next experience was buying their sour pistachios at a convention. Me and the kids loved it! So sour and good. Today I came into the store to get more pistachios and found the store so nice and Fadwa was so welcoming and offered us coffee. They have a huge assortment of nuts, chocolates, Turkish delights, and lots of decor. Highly recommend stopping by and check this place out. Wishing them the best of luck!

    Lanterns I liked for Ramadan!

So glad I found this gem in the Orland area! Absolutely impressed by the quality provided for their chocolates and nuts! The staff was very generous and friendly! The candy bar was hard to pick from but the chocolates filled flakes are by far my favorite. Everything tastes very fresh! Will definitely be my go-to place for everything nuts and chocolates! Also cute little set-up in the front!

This was my first time shopping at Pete's in Tinley Park. Pete's has wonderful fruits and…read morevegetables, and I find that the prices are way cheaper than Jewel's on produce. However, I don't care for how their produce aisle is organized. I found it difficult to find the items I needed. I also noticed that they need to take better care of the plants at the entrance of the store. Pete's is located next door to Sam's Club and adjacent to Chick-fil-A, which makes it very convenient to make multiple shopping trips without driving far. The parking lot was accommodating. The service was good and very helpful. Staff were patient and friendly. I like the sales app I downloaded, which had a variety of good coupons. This is a very clean, neat, and well-stocked store.

We dared to go on Opening Day and we were glad we did ... it was a beautiful sunny day and there was a line, but it was worth the wait. If you like Pete's stores, you are going to like this one. Since it was opening day, the staffing and number of employees working every part of the business was impressive. There was an employee in almost every single aisle to answer questions or head you off in the right direction. Every cash register was being used, and each checkout line had a bagger to speed things along. Besides staff helping all through the store, management was all around to keep everything in top form. The store layout is great, but different from that of Orland Park. The Orland Park facility is pretty much square, with the aisles being almost as deep as the width of the storefront. Here in Tinley the storefront facing Harlem Avenue seems to be twice as long, and the aisles inside are a bit shorter and more numerous. The Tinley Park building is one of the first where Pete's built the layout to their specifications, instead of taking over an older big box building and repurposing it to fit their needs. As usual, when you come in the first thing you'll be greeted by is the huge section devoted to all the fresh fruit and vegetables (FFV); this seems to be a hallmark of the Pete's Fresh stores. All the meat and dairy products line the back wall, leading to all the freshly prepared foods ... dozens of serve yourself items where you can put together lunch and/or dinner to go. And of course in the center mass of the store are numerous aisles with all the standard stuff. Once again ... if you like the Pete's Fresh concept, you are going to love the new Pete's Market in Tinley Park. Recommended.

I've been coming there since it opened 30+ years ago and I've always loved that store. A couple of employees there are beyond trashy and rude- particularly the tall guy. The last two times I've been there I've watched customers walk out because of him. He's nasty to all customers. He was aslo casually eating candy while getting orders. Gross. Sincerely, he looks like he engages in certain recreational activities which would explain his behavior and where he's landed in life.
