I tried the brisket mac and cheese. The brisket was very tender but lacked seasoning/flavor. It was boring. Even if is over roasted brisket is a large slab of beef that needs a good amount of seasoning. The Mac and cheese itself was also quite bland. It would have benefited from a sharp cheese or hot sauce in the prep. Overall just okay for us.

My friends and I enjoyed watching the game here, the place was kind of empty so it was easy to carry on a conversation. Bartender brought out some complimentary chips and salsa, I loved it and the salsa had a nice kick. Bathroom? That had to be one of the cleanest cans I ever received myself in. Didn't have a chance to try any of the edibles, pizza prepared for someone else look good. I will definitely have to come back, may next Sunday for the Playoffs.

My mom even had her first pour over coffee :) At first bite, we could immediately tell the difference between "large menu" places where most everything is frozen. You will only realize the difference once you have better grade, fresh, organic food like at Genetti Cafe. My mom who orders the same thing everywhere raved about her organic egg omelet and couldn't get over how good even the breakfast potatoes were. I tasted both and agree with her wholeheartedly. My sandwich was wonderfully tasteful and so filling that I had to bring half home. The ambiance - Wow! Even better in person than the photos. It's a very relaxing atmosphere with lovely (not annoying) background music. It made us want to stay longer an continue to enjoy. Very eclectic, even the plates we ate off of were gorgeous. The owner (I assume) was friendly and answered questions we had about things around the restaurant, so we learned a few things too. This is a must try gem with attention to detail and it shows. Just had a fantastic early Mother's Day brunch at Genettis Bistro And Cafe, and I can't recommend it enough! The atmosphere was wonderful - so warm and inviting, the perfect place to celebrate. The food was absolutely delicious, clearly freshly made with high-quality ingredients. We especially loved the savory spinach and bacon quiche, the flavorful organic chicken sandwich, and the perfectly sweet French toast. And the cappuccino was excellent too! What truly stood out was the great service. We even had the pleasure of being served by the owner herself, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
